It is a daily mess, a chronological walk through an

This is the daily mess which will become legal. First,

will the United States legalize marijuana coast to coast or

the so called psychedelics that Robert Kennedy Junior is pushing for. First,

To make it clear, marijuana is not a psychedelic. They

are two completely different platforms or releases. Robert F. Kennedy

has spoken in favor of expanding research so that millions

of people can have legal access to some sort of therapy.

But if this was a race, what's cleared first one

hundred percent of wrongdoing, It's going to be pot or

psychedelic drugs? Who gets it? Those who make this their

living the pros. They are standing behind the national legislation

of marijuana first, mainly because it has moved further down

the path than any other thing. Federal law still classifies

marijuana as being illegal, but Washington is currently under a

lot of pressure to reform the cannabis laws. And yes,

not enough to sway the experts who say marijuana will

Why is it okay to drive while chugging down a

power drink? But oh, you're going to jim if you've

got alcohol or pot in your system. All right, here's

the hardcore facts. Society regulates impairment. It's not about the substance,

it's about the impairment. Power drinks don't take over your judgment,

reaction time, and coordination of making decisions. Power drinks are caffeine.

Caffeine improves your alertness. This is why the laws focus

on alcohol. Research show drugs and alcohol are far more

likely to cause an accident. The line becomes cloudy with

power drinks because you know what, when you really break

it down, as much as you consume. The thing is, though,

is that you get the jitters, You get panicked. You

have impaired concentration, which can also make driving totally one

hundred percent safe but yet you can still drive on

it legally. What's the story here? The question we need

to be asking is can you safely operate the vehicle

that you're presently in without your judgment and abilities being impaired?
