Speaker 1: Unless you're an avid listener of podcasts, it sounds like

a crazy idea. Somebody creating a network of choices when

it comes to podcasting? Really? Oh yeah. How many times

have you been locked in traffic or at work and

you're going, I don't want to hear about the news.

I'm tired of true crime. I need just a break,

but I also need a story. I need something to

get inside. Well, it's called arrow.net, A-R-R-O-E.net.com. 21 different podcasts

to choose from without having to go to Google or

go to Bing and sitting there going, I think it's

on here. I think it's on here. I think it's

on here. Well, yes, you can. Arrow.net. A-R-R-O-E.net. Enjoy your exploration. Hey,

it's me, that question guy. You know, that dude that's

always asking questions because there's always a lot of fun

in doing the research. For instance, why do only a

few amount of people find it to be extremely important

to spell correctly? Plus, can bad spelling ruin a person's

chances of growing inside a business? Oh, boy. My name

is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf. I

stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,

then activate. I call it the daily mess, a chronological

walkthrough in everyday world. It is my daily writing. As

a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend

to throw things to the side because we're going to

deal with it later on. Do what the rock stars do, man.

Come on, put that idea inside your smartphone and come

back to it when you have the time. When a

subject arrives inside of me, it is time to dig in.

It's still keeping that daily journal, but by doing the research,

the picture is going to become clearer. This is the

daily mess. Why do people find it to be extremely

important to spell correctly? I am a daily writer inside

these journals. Not only is it words on a page,

but what you put into play affects how other people

are going to receive your message. I mean, clarity is everything.

Misspelled words confuse your readers because a misspelled word can

change the word's meaning, which then leads to a credibility issue.

If your spelling is spot on, it shows how important

professionalism is to your efforts growing forward. So you've got

to pay attention to find a tail because it is

that important. It also shows how much you respect those

who are reading your thoughts. This also includes text messaging

and proofreading. Oh boy. Your speech to text. As great

as AI technology is, that daily battle of truly getting

the right words in there is going to test your skills.

It's not that the readers can't understand your thoughts, it's

just that a lot of people get mixed up with

your lettering and it toys with their angle of receiving.

Our brains are really good at recognizing word patterns. With

bad spelling, the brain is set to become really confused.

Which I'm sure my family is going to do when

they dive into my early days of this journal writing.

32 years, and I can guarantee you all that stuff

in the early days, you don't want to read it.

And how do I know this? Because I went through

it during the first publication of my book. And in

this day of bad spelling, I knew it was time

to correct the situation. Every day, I have a dictionary

sitting beside me. Every day. Because the mind will play games.

Coming up next, can bad spelling injure a person's chances

of growing at work? Hey, thanks for coming back to

The Daily Mess. Can bad spelling injure a person's chances

of landing a higher position at work or scoring a

brand new job altogether? Oh, without a doubt, bad spelling

can put a huge dent in your mission to make

more money. Why? Well, business leaders know that great spelling

means you give a damn. It showcases professionalism, giving off

a great vibe of being a great communicator. Your resume

and emails need to be spot on. All the time.

Not just when you're in the mood. All the time.

Bad spelling can create a negative impression that you're going

to play hard to escape. Hiring managers refuse to look

at candidates... If their spelling is out of tune. I mean,

if there are mistakes in your writing, you'll probably make

bad mistakes as an employee. Many high-capable people fail to

rock it in the Department of Spelling. Spelling isn't at

the top of their list, and millions of people are

suffering from it daily. But it doesn't mean you're not intelligent.

The good news sits in the data that makes up

the AI tools. It'll call your ass out in a

heartbeat because rules number 1 through 15 should clearly state,

did I spell everything correctly? You have to proofread everything

because bosses, they may not notice your bright colored tennis shoes,

but they're going to know. when your spelling is out

of place. That is a test that'll fit into your

every day. I'm Arrow, and that's The Daily Mess.
