Speaker 1: Craig is on the phone today for our first date
Speaker 1: follow up, and he's getting ghosted by a woman named Serena.
Speaker 1: So in a few minutes we'll call her and see
Speaker 1: if she'll tell us why she's ghosting him and maybe
Speaker 1: get him a second date. But first, Craig, how long
Speaker 1: has it been since you heard from Serena?
Speaker 2: Yeah it's been about five days.
Speaker 3: Okay, not too bad.
Speaker 4: How long?
Speaker 3: How many times did you hit her up?
Speaker 4: Just a couple, you know, like I'd send her a
Speaker 4: text and then I kind of followed up my usual
Speaker 4: as like an upside down smiley face emoji. I tried
Speaker 4: calling her, but yeah, nothing, okay.
Speaker 3: Oh well, why don't you tell us about the date?
Speaker 4: Yeah? So it was great. We went to this like
Speaker 4: super chill indie bookstore cafe kind of thing. Yeah, it
Speaker 4: was really nice. I had like live music in the back,
Speaker 4: they had candles on the table. It was super low key.
Speaker 4: It just like really perfect for what we were trying to,
Speaker 4: you know, what the day was trying to be what
Speaker 4: I was trying to make it. And yeah, very romantic. Yeah,
Speaker 4: nobody was yelling in this place, so that was nice. Yeah,
Speaker 4: and then you know what we talked about you know,
Speaker 4: we talked about like everything, the most underrated cartoons, weird
Speaker 4: family tradition. She actually told me that she celebrates her
Speaker 4: childhood stuffed animal's birthday every year, which I thought was
Speaker 4: super interesting. And yeah, admitted to her that I once
Speaker 4: cried during a dog food commercial. So yeah, it was
Speaker 4: a solid, really solid date. Definitely felt the vibe with her.
Speaker 4: I really felt like we got each other. I walked
Speaker 4: her to her car at the end of the night,
Speaker 4: and she, you know, she even said she wanted to
Speaker 4: see me again, so.
Speaker 3: Oh she did. Did you guys have any kind of
Speaker 3: intimate moments.
Speaker 4: No, nothing too, nothing like that. You know, I kept
Speaker 4: it professional, but yeah, like it sounds like a good exit.
Speaker 1: Okay, why do you think she might be ghosting you?
Speaker 2: I don't know.
Speaker 4: I might have made like a dumb joke at the
Speaker 4: end of the night, and you know, I offered her
Speaker 4: a mint and said something like, I hope you're not
Speaker 4: doing anything for the next forty eight hours, and then
Speaker 4: pretended the mint was like laced with something.
Speaker 3: Terrible. Yeah, maybe wouldn't joke about that on a first day.
Speaker 3: That's a really bad joke.
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we see if that is the thing that
Speaker 1: did it. We'll play a song come back, and then
Speaker 1: call her and see if she'll tell us why she's
Speaker 1: ghosting you and maybe get you a second date if
Speaker 1: you still want one.

Speaker 4: Yeah? So it was a great date. We went to
Speaker 4: a really romantic place. We had great conversation. But at
Speaker 4: the end of the date, I made a stupid joke
Speaker 4: about drugging her with a ment I totally regret making.
Speaker 4: Now I am getting basically ghosted.
Speaker 2: She is not calling me back. We're testing me back,

Speaker 1: go on a date with somebody and you end up
Speaker 1: ghosting them, that person can email us to get you
Speaker 1: on the phone and ask why you're ghosting. And we
Speaker 1: got an email about you Are you ghosting somebody?
Speaker 2: I did go out with a guy named Craig recently. Okay,
Speaker 2: is that who wrote to you?
Speaker 1: Yes, it is Craig. He emailed us. We talked him
Speaker 1: a little bit about your date. He really liked you
Speaker 1: and he was wondering why you're ghosting him. So we
Speaker 1: thought we'd call and ask if you wouldn't mind telling us.
Speaker 2: Okay, sure, Well the date was lovely, but what I
Speaker 2: saw at the end of the date kind of like
Speaker 2: freaked me.
Speaker 3: Out and say what you saw?
Speaker 2: Well, I okay, I it was a good time. Honestly,
Speaker 2: I wasn't expecting him like him as much as I did,
Speaker 2: Like we clicked, we had a really nice time. Like
Speaker 2: he's quirky, but he's charming. And then near the end
Speaker 2: of the night, we're standing by my car and he
Speaker 2: wants to show me a picture of him with elephants
Speaker 2: in Thailand. Okay, And so he hands me his phone
Speaker 2: and says, you know the here's me with the elephants.
Speaker 2: And I swiped to see more pictures and I swiped
Speaker 2: too far. That's when I saw just like endless bathroom selfies.
Speaker 2: He's shirtless in different bathrooms doing like look how hot
Speaker 2: I am poses, and some had towel action and some
Speaker 2: did not have twil action, which you know, like I
Speaker 2: did not mean to do that. What are you doing
Speaker 2: with this many photos? And who are you sending them to?
Speaker 2: Like nobody should have that many naked photos of themselves
Speaker 2: on their phone.
Speaker 1: Oh okay, and that's the reason you're ghosting him? Yeah, okay,

Speaker 4: Yeah, so you're saying you don't like what you saw? Like,

Speaker 4: not attracted to me? Naked, nothing to do?

Speaker 4: case I need one ready to send to somebody like you.
Speaker 2: I okay, you can save your photos for your like scrolling.
Speaker 2: I'm not interested in them, more in seeing anyone who
Speaker 2: like admires himself that much. That was just a lot
Speaker 2: for me.
Speaker 4: What, Like, you don't want to date somebody with confidence
Speaker 4: I'm confident, Like that's that's just me being confident.
Speaker 2: That's great. I'm glad you good about yourself now, But
Speaker 2: that doesn't change the fact that you'll take longer than
Speaker 2: me in the bathroom because you're trying at the right
