Speaker 3: Not the first time I have dated a neighbor in
Speaker 3: the past, and after that though, I.
Speaker 2: Told myself I would never date another neighbor again. Is
Speaker 2: that bad?
Speaker 3: Well no, because I just like my space, you know,
Speaker 3: like he would just come knock on my door un
Speaker 3: announced and I don't like that. Well, he's your neighbor,
Speaker 3: he to your home exactly. This was before, so I
Speaker 3: was never gonna do it again. But you guys, this
Speaker 3: guy he's court a court He is not only hot,
Speaker 3: he is a tech nerd, and I am so here
Speaker 3: for the sexy nerd.
Speaker 2: Okay, how.
Speaker 1: Have you been stalking does if you haven't actually like
Speaker 1: met met him.
Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't even know his name. Here's the thing
Speaker 2: in my building.
Speaker 3: I live in kind of one of those smaller complexes
Speaker 3: and so everybody knows each other. And I met one
Speaker 3: of the women in my building. She was walking her
Speaker 3: dog and she was trying to find out some stuff
Speaker 3: about me. She's like, do you live by yourself? Who
Speaker 3: are you here with? And I was like, oh, yeah,
Speaker 3: you know, it's just me. I'm single, blah blah blah.
Speaker 3: And I was like, but if you know anybody hah,
Speaker 3: And she's like, well, actually, and she points to his
Speaker 3: unit and she's like.
Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, make sure we're talking about like the place
Speaker 1: he lives, the unit of a apartment.
Speaker 3: Yeah.
Speaker 2: I really looked at you, like, yeah, duh, why are
Speaker 2: you asking me that? Now I get it. But so
Speaker 2: she pointed, She's like, yes, this guy lives there.
Speaker 3: He's so sweet, he's so hot, just a doll, so smart,
Speaker 3: very successful, all this stuff. And I'm like, okay, she's
Speaker 3: older and probably thinks everybody's hot. So I just kind
Speaker 3: of took it with a grain of salt. But then
Speaker 3: I drove by him and he smiled, and I looked
Speaker 3: at him and I was like.
Speaker 2: Okay, he's cute.
Speaker 3: Yesterday I'm going out for a run. He's coming back
Speaker 3: in from going for a run and run sometimes just
Speaker 3: my jaw dropped. He had no shirt on. I did
Speaker 3: not expect that.
Speaker 2: And then he just smiled and like.
Speaker 1: They have like a like a workout body or a
Speaker 1: tech body, workout body, because I say it was a
Speaker 1: tech guy, so you never know, I know, do you.
Speaker 2: See what I'm saying? Hot car?
Speaker 3: You know? Card?
Speaker 1: And then get this.
Speaker 3: Then I kind of turned back to look back at
Speaker 3: it because I couldn't believe what I just saw.
Speaker 2: He has the walk I thought he also looked back
Speaker 2: at you.
Speaker 1: He has the walk? Does that mean?
Speaker 2: I don't know.
Speaker 3: I only glanced and then I saw it, and I
Speaker 3: got freaked out and I kept going. I was like,
Speaker 3: am I getting married? Am I getting married? Oh? Yeah?
Speaker 3: It was so if you've ever heard me talk about
Speaker 3: it before. One thing that I'm very attracted to is
Speaker 3: a particular kind of walk. It's kind of this bow
Speaker 3: legged kind of this like I don't know how to exact.
Speaker 2: It's like, yeah, kind of.
Speaker 1: Kind of like a dude that looks like he's been
Speaker 1: riding horses for like twenty years, Like yeah, yeah, I
Speaker 1: love that kind of thing. It's like a like a
Speaker 1: hot sam.
Speaker 3: The best way that I can describe it, The best
Speaker 3: way that I can describe it is to google Derek
Speaker 3: Jeter's walk up when he used to walk up to
Speaker 3: the back the way Derek Jeter walked.
Speaker 1: Is it?
Speaker 2: And that and that's it? And there are men out
Speaker 2: there that haven't. I have turned my heads on it.
Speaker 3: And he has the walk so checklist, he has the walky.
Speaker 2: He lives in my building.
Speaker 3: He is hot, he is smart, he is a sexy
Speaker 3: nerd with the walk. I have not all those boxes
Speaker 3: have never been checked ever?

Speaker 2: Hey much she works.
Speaker 1: Everybody knows everything building with a sweet within a sweet
Speaker 1: old lady, she knows everything about everybody.
Speaker 2: Well, now I just got to go to the sweet
Speaker 2: old lady and tell her. Go tell him that.
Speaker 1: Is it a good idea or a bad idea for
Speaker 1: Nina to try to date her bow leg and neighbor.
Speaker 2: It's not actual believing Derek Peter to the.
Speaker 1: Plate eight eight three four three six one, Dina, what
Speaker 1: do you think?
Speaker 4: I think she should go for it?
Speaker 2: Yeah you do.
Speaker 4: I saw a really really hot guy in my parking lot.
Speaker 4: Joe By did this, you know, complete stare down, said,
Speaker 4: oh my gosh, I just embarrassed myself. Right, And then
Speaker 4: the next day I got to knock on my door.
Speaker 4: It's like, oh, you want to go for a date. Yeah,
Speaker 4: And we just celebrated our thirty third.
Speaker 2: Getting married, right, that's cool.
Speaker 1: Congratulations, it actually worked out. I dated a neighbor once
Speaker 1: and it did not work out the same way at all.
Speaker 2: No, Yeah, it did not.
Speaker 1: End well between us. Like she moved in next door
Speaker 1: to me. She came over like the day that she
Speaker 1: moved in, and I remember because the Oscars were happening
Speaker 1: that day, and she introduced herself and I was like cool,
Speaker 1: gave phone numbers in case you ever need anything, whatever, whatever,
Speaker 1: and then texting about the oscars like, oh yeah, my
Speaker 1: parents were here helping me move in to they're asleep now,
Speaker 1: mind if I come over and watch the oscars. And
Speaker 1: then it was about four months of drinking wine every
Speaker 1: night and it's you know, hanging out with my neighbor.
Speaker 1: And then but we were not together together, you know. Yeah,
Speaker 1: and then I met somebody one evening and all I
Speaker 1: got was a text from her being like Jesus, could
Speaker 1: you keep it down? And then after after that it
Speaker 1: was on.
Speaker 2: She would take someone. It was like a competition.
Speaker 1: Between the two of us. Yeah. I was like, oh yeah,
Speaker 1: all right, you're gonna be a loud over there, a.
Speaker 2: Lot over here. Yeah.
Speaker 1: And anyway, I ended up sounding the place of moving
Speaker 1: because I didn't want to go next town anymore.
