Speaker 1: The Smoke Radio for the Masses. Headline edition July 8, 1947.

The Army Air Force has announced that a flying disc

has been found and is now in the possession of

the Army.

Speaker 2: If the game is rigged, change the game. Game changer.

Speaker 3: I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish

if we were facing an alien threat. from outside this world.

This is Fade to Black with your host, Jimmy Church,

on the Game Changer Radio Network. All right. Good evening.

How you doing? How you doing? How you doing? It's

Fade to Black. Of course it is. Today's Wednesday, October 14th, 2026.

I'm your host, Jimmy Church. Let's do this, man. What

an amazing week on Fade to Black. Very excited about tonight,

but Monday night, Mona Lisa Coburn was here. Man, that

conversation has really stuck with me. That was incredible. Alien abductions.

Last night, Sam Baltrusis was here. We talked about Lizzie Borden.

By the way, great conversation last night with Sam. I

did go And watch Monster, the Lizzie Borden story, the

new Ryan Murphy series. And yeah, I crammed it all in.

I was up so late last night. I was up

to like 4 a.m. I couldn't stop watching it. Really good. Really,

really good. All right. So all the characters that we

talked about last night on the show, they're all in

the TV series. Lots of creative freedom in the series.

Fun to watch. Ryan Murphy is always great. But I

just wanted to give you guys the update because I

didn't know that that was Ryan Murphy. You guys all

found out about that live on the air. That I

am indeed, most of the time, a complete doofus and

oblivious to everything. But I did not know that that

show was Ryan Murphy. So I did. I watched it

last night. Highly recommend it. Really cool show. Ryan, the

only thing I'm going to say is you have to

be an adult to watch Ryan Murphy stuff. It's not

for kids. And Ryan doesn't pull punches. No, man, he

follows through with everything. Yeah, and you get to watch

those 40 whacks. Yeah, or 80, whatever it is, whatever

that number is. All right, moving on. Tonight, Karen Bell

is here. Called the show The Teachings of Sarai. Yeah,

she is absolutely amazing. We probably won't have too much

time to talk about this tonight, but I did have

an opportunity to spend a couple or a few days

with her. Shoot, when was that, Karen? Two weeks ago?

Three weeks, maybe? Nobody can hear you. You're just supposed

to nod. Three weeks ago? Okay. We haven't commenced yet, Karen.

We haven't commenced. I got to hang out with her

and I realized very quickly, very cool, very dynamic, beautiful

inside and out, very smart and very talented. And I

couldn't wait. to introduce her to the world. And so

that is going to happen tonight. She's done enough TV

and everything that she does, but the world needs to

hear from Karen Bell. So we're going to do that tonight.

Tomorrow night, Samantha Treasure is here, out of body experiences.

What a great week. What a fantastic week. I wanted

to share this with you really quick before I bring

Karen in. And I'm going to make this really fast.

Maybe five years ago, I told you guys a story

when I first got the house where my bird feeders

and the hummingbirds and all of that. And I would

put out bird food in the front yard. And this

squirrel popped up, looked at me, put his hands on

the bowl and pulled the bowl down while looking into

my eyes just and threw it on the ground.

Speaker 1: Right.

Speaker 3: And then jumped into the pile of bird seed. And

threw a party right in front of it. Didn't care.

This squirrel is still with me. And this squirrel is

bold today. It's a different squirrel. So this week I

started putting out another mix. And it takes this squirrel

all of, as soon as I'm out of sight, a minute,

two minutes, I'll come back around. Because I have it

on the stand. pulls it down. And so right before

the show, I put out some, right before the show,

it was like 15 minutes ago. Um, I go out,

I'm standing in the front yard, my neighbor across the

street's having a new lawn put in. So I'm looking

at that and I turn around and that squirrel is

just like this looking at me. I go, you're not.

And he just goes, It didn't move.

Speaker 2: Didn't move.

Speaker 3: Anyway, it was just hilarious. I don't know if he's

used to me or if he just thinks he's tough guy.

There you go. All right. Tonight, Karen Bell is here

and we're going to be talking about, she's a channeler.

We're going to talk about Sarai tonight and who Sarai

is and the collective. We're going to get into that.

We're going to talk a lot about consciousness tonight and

who we are and And where we are going and

how to expand our belief system and start to, most

of you do, but there are people that come in

and listen to this show once in a while that

are unfamiliar with it. They're going to hear some of

this stuff for the first time. And it's all about

what is going on out there and how to get

to it. It's huge. It's huge. It's a paradigm shift.

It's an awakening. And we're going to talk about all

of that tonight. She's a Canadian clairvoyant. What? Those two

words don't even go together. Trans channeler, spiritual teacher who

helps people reconnect. All of her stuff is below. All

the links over on our website and throughout social media.

I would like to welcome for the first time to

Fade to Black, my friend, Karen Bell. And she's right there.

What's going on?

Speaker 1: What's up, Jimmy Church?

Speaker 3: You're the best. You're the best.

Speaker 1: Thanks for having me.

Speaker 3: You're the best. I knew we were going to do

this as soon as we could, and we did. And

I do want to thank Michelle. You know, she moved

some guests around to make this happen tonight. And so

I want to thank Michelle for that. That was really,

really cool of her to make this happen. But you

get the first-time guest disclaimer. You ready? Ready?

Speaker 1: Yes. Tell me. What is it?

Speaker 3: Karen, it's just you and I sitting on my couch

having a conversation as friends. Where the conversation starts. I'm

not done. You want to accept? You haven't read the

fine print.

Speaker 1: I sign.

Speaker 3: Where do I sign? Oh, man.

Speaker 1: Sign here.

Speaker 3: Where was I? Wherever the conversation starts, it starts. Where

it ends, it ends. But we're going to end as friends. Okay?

So now you can accept.

Speaker 1: Okay, I accept. Check.

Speaker 3: Now you can accept. All right. I left something out

of your bio. You left something out of your bio,

but this is where I want to start before we

go backwards and talk about you. You're a musician.

Speaker 1: I am a musician. That's why when I saw your guitars,

I had a bit of a freak out moment.

Speaker 3: Not in your bio. Like, hey, nice guitar collection, Jimmy Church.

But you're a musician, and it's not something that you

told me. I had to pull it out of you.

I did have a couple of people that had come

up to me and said, you know, Church, man, actually, man,

you two, she was in a band. I was like, what? Yes.

So I heard it from one person, then I heard

it from another, and then I kind of let it go.

And then I asked you about it. So since then

I have seen and heard the proof. So you are

extremely gifted. Okay. You are, you are, we're going to

move on from this, but there's a reason why I

bring this up. Musicians and artists are different. And do

you think that that was something that helped you have

to have your eyes, open and your, and your awareness open?

Was that, was that a bonus?

Speaker 1: Definitely. Well, I know when I think of artists or musicians,

I think they have to have a certain amount of sensitivity, right?

Because they're tuning into something. to pull in that art

or that music or whatever it is that they're creating.

And so I think, yeah, there's just something about artists

and musicians. We're just wired a little bit differently. And

so when I think of psychics, mediums, channelers, clairvoyants, they

have that similar capacity of like just being a little

more sensitive maybe than the average person. So I think, yeah,

like my mom would say I was always sensitive, even

going back to when I was a kid, you know,

she would describe me that way. But when I think

of myself as a kid, if someone asked me at

that time, like, what do you want to be when

you grow up? It was always like artist, musician, artist, musician. Right.

So I never thought I would be doing this, what

I'm doing now. I just wanted to be an artist

and a musician.

Speaker 3: OK, one more question about this and then we'll move on.

I don't want you to get uncomfortable, but.

Speaker 1: Just don't play that video that I sent you.

Speaker 3: No, no. Oh, man.

Speaker 1: I'm like, this is for your.

Speaker 3: Don't even tempt me. That's the wrong thing to say.

Do you still have those pipes today?

Speaker 1: Yes, but I.

Speaker 3: That range? You have that range?

Speaker 2: Yeah.

Speaker 1: Well, I'm a soprano, so... Wow. I can sing pretty high.

Speaker 3: Wow.

Speaker 1: Okay. Yeah, but I don't sing a lot. I don't

sing a lot anymore. I play the piano a lot,

but I'm not... I don't know. I don't spend a

ton of time singing now.

Speaker 3: Beautiful voice. But now let's back up. There's a reason

why I'm asking. So when you were a little girl,

let's go five.

Speaker 1: Okay.

Speaker 3: Could you sing?

Speaker 2: Yeah.

Speaker 1: So my mom had records, right? We all had records

back then. My mom had records and she would say

that I would just sing along to the records. So

she would listen to me singing. And then she would

turn the volume down, you know, so she could hear

me singing because the moment that I realized someone was

listening to me, I just stopped.

Speaker 3: So she would, I get it.

Speaker 1: So I was shy, very extremely, extremely shy. So, but

she said that I would sing along to these records.

They were usually like gospel.

Speaker 3: Oh, that's so cool. That's so cool. So yeah. Singing

with a voice like that, which is a gift. I

can't sing. Trust me. It's bad. It's bad. But anyway,

when you have a voice like that, you kind of

get what you want. Did you take advantage? Did you

take advantage? I don't know.

Speaker 1: Like, I didn't really. I just kept my voice to myself.

I didn't even really start vocal training or lessons until

I was about 14. Or so, and even then I

was so shy that I would go out and sit

in the car to practice because I didn't want my

parents to hear me. So I would have to practice,

you know, for my lessons, but I didn't want, you know,

I just didn't want anyone to see me, look at me,

hear me saying nothing.

Speaker 3: Now I have to play that video. I have to

play that video. The video is in direct contrast to

everything that you were saying right now. Well, here's the thing.

Speaker 1: I have to tell you this, though. So I had

my first vocal singing recital when I was 14. So

I started voice lessons like in the fall, like start

of school, September. The recital was December. So it was

a Christmas recital. My dad had never heard me sing before.

And so I sang Oh, Holy Night. It was the

first time he'd ever heard me sing up in front

in a church in front of all these people. And

he turned to my mom and looked at my mom

and was like, she can sing?

Speaker 3: I was pretty– no, when I first saw the video,

which I've watched a few times since, but I wasn't

expecting that at all. No. Pretty amazing. Pretty amazing. And

I'm pretty critical, okay? Hey, do you still have that

white jacket?

Speaker 1: I don't know. I have a white jacket. I don't

think it's the same.

Speaker 3: The white jacket's the star of the video.

Speaker 1: I'll take it as a compliment because I know you've

done a lot of production, engineering.

Speaker 3: It was well done. No, it was. Yeah, yeah. Okay.

Speaker 1: Well, thank you.

Speaker 3: Okay. Do you think, I'm going to ask her maybe

later if I can talk you into it. Do you

think Sarai remembers me?

Speaker 2: I do.

Speaker 3: I will.

Speaker 1: Here's the thing. I was thinking about this today because

I don't, I think our conversation on beyond belief was

pretty good based on how I felt after, but I

don't remember what is said when I channel. Right. So

I was like, Oh wow. I don't remember. I remember

what I said kind of in the beginning, but I

don't really remember like the channel part. So I'm like, well,

this is where I remember it.

Speaker 3: I don't know.

Speaker 1: So I think she does remember you.

Speaker 3: Okay. Well, Maybe if we have the time, I'll ask her.

How did this start for you? Did you know what

a channel was back in the beginning? No. Well, I didn't.

Speaker 1: But the really interesting thing is that when I look

back on my life, I was really into channel teachings

when I was a teenager. I had the Seth books

and Bringers of the Dawn books. Right. But I didn't

really think anything of it. I didn't really read the

back and think, oh, channeled or channeler. I just thought

they were really cool books. So when I look back. Oh,

and also when I was a kid, my mom had

this series of channeled books. They were called the White

Eagle books. They were by a medium in the UK

named Grace Cook. She was a spiritualist medium. And I

was I still have them on my bookshelf because I

was so drawn to these books and like totally magnetized

by them. So, I mean, it's really strange because I

read a lot of spiritual books and channeled books. I mean,

they were my favorite books, but I didn't really make

that connection. And I certainly didn't think that I was

going to be a channeler, for goodness sakes. Oh, my God.

Speaker 3: Seth Speaks, and Jane Roberts specifically, and she was absolutely amazing, right?

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: But when you read the books, and when I remember

reading Seth Speaks, I mean... 40 years ago, 30 years ago,

it was a long time ago. I didn't know what

channeling was. I could read what channeling was, but I,

in no way would I understand about it now. That

was not what I was thinking, you know? And I was,

I made the assumption, I'm going to make this really fast.

I made the assumption that it was somebody who, thinking

about this and writing it down and, and putting it

into a book. That's what I thought. Then maybe 20

years ago, I saw a clip of an interview with

Jane Roberts and, and, uh, black and white, you know,

I don't know when it was shot was probably 1970

or something like that. And, um, And I was like, oh,

that's Seth Speaks. Okay, okay, all right, all right. And

then I saw another clip of her channeling. And that's

when it all started to open up for me. And

so for her to do that in the 60s, what

you got was her being Jane, right? Her voice, her things,

her mannerisms. She had some disabilities and some issues that

she was dealing with. And so you get to see

all of that and who she was. And then when

you saw her channel, she was Seth.

Speaker 1: Completely different.

Speaker 3: Completely. And that was huge for me. Did you go

through that same thing, trying to understand what channeling was,

and then you see it for the first time?

Speaker 1: I think so. Well, I came into this really gradually

and slowly. So for me, it started out. you know,

over 20 years ago. And I was a, I was

an artist at the time. I was a makeup artist

and a musician, artist by day, musician by night. And

I was a makeup artist. And so I started having

psychic experiences with my clients. So I'd be doing their

makeup and I started having these, you know, psychic downloads.

I didn't know that that's what they were at the time.

But that's how it started. Very, you know, very subtle.

And then it just started growing. And then I started

having mediumistic experiences. So I was aware of people's loved

ones in the spirit world. And then so I started

studying that.

Speaker 3: How old were you at this point?

Speaker 1: So I would have been about 23 when it all started.

Speaker 3: Wow, that's pretty young to have all of this happen.

Speaker 1: Early 20s, like between actually 2026, like around there, 23

to 26 was when I started having the just like

the subtle intuitive impressions, psychic impressions. And then it grew

and I started having mediumistic experiences. And then I tried

to ignore it and say, I'm not a medium. That's,

I don't do that. That's not my thing. And I

just ignored it for a long time. And then the

experiences would still happen. Like I'd be out somewhere. I'd

be at a music rehearsal. I'd be at a party.

I'd be at yoga. I'd be at the grocery store.

And I would like, you know, interacting with all these

spirit people. So finally I decided that I was going to,

Study it.

Speaker 3: Well, you found out you weren't alone.

Speaker 1: Yeah. But it's really weird when I think back because

I was already into psychic development and I was already

into clairvoyance. and all the things. But for some reason,

that was OK. But mediumship was really strange. It was

like where that line was. So but finally, I was like, OK,

I'm going to study this like I'm going to get

a teacher and I'm going to study it. So that

was in 2018 when I really committed to, OK, spirit

worlds like I'm going to study mediumship. And it just

happened to be like a kind of a coincidence, but

not when you look back on it, because I had

one week in the entire year, I had a three-year-old

son at the time, and I had one week in

the entire year that I was free to do what

I wanted. And because my spouse was taking my son

to visit family. So I had one week and I

I was like, I'm going to go to the Omega

Institute that week. And I don't care what's on. It's

just a place in upstate New York, spiritual retreat center.

Always wanted to go there. And the workshop that was

on that week was trans mediumship with a teacher from

the UK named Tony Stockwell that someone had told me

three months before that I should study with. So I

went and I mean, it obviously changed my life. It's

where I learned to shift. I didn't even really learn

how to shift into an altered state. I just realized

that it just kind of happened very easily for me.

And so I started studying with Tony and I thought

it was to develop my mediumship. Still, I didn't know

that I'd be channeling at this point. I just was like, okay,

I just want to be closer to the spirit world.

And so that's how it occurred. And then again, it

just kind of snowballed and snowballed. And then in 2023,

I had this bright idea that I wanted to start

a meditation group online. And by the way, I had

already connected with Sarai at this time in my morning meditations. However,

I thought she was just my guide. And so she

was just for me. You know, I just thought, okay,

this is just my, my spiritual guide that gives me

downloads and wisdom and all the things. And I had

been writing things down because some of it was so profound.

So I had been sort of doing some automatic writing

in the very early morning. Anyway, long story short, in 2023,

I had this idea to start a meditation group online.

So I started this, you know, only two, three people

were joining in the beginning, but there was about a

month into it, there was this one week in particular

where I felt my state shift and I felt the

words starting to come through. And I had that realization after,

I remember telling my friend, I'm sure she's listening live

tonight to this conversation, but I remember telling my.

Speaker 3: Friend, What's her name? What's her name? What's her first name?

Speaker 1: Tanaz. Her name's Tanaz. Hi, Tanaz.

Speaker 3: There you go. Just put a smile on her face. Yeah.

Speaker 1: And I said to her, I'm like, I don't think

that was me. You know, like, I think that was

this guide that I've been connecting with. So it was

2018 that I first started being aware of this guide,

not knowing that I would channel her. And then 2023,

where she started coming through. And then it was just,

talk about snowball. It was just like. Snowball, snowball. So

now like I'm still maintaining that meditation group, by the way,

you know, three and a half years later this week,

I think we had 45 people from around the world join. So,

you know, it's just been this crazy journey of like,

what is happening? You know, people love Sarai and they

really connect with her.

Speaker 3: What's it like in Toronto? By the way, Karen's live

from Toronto tonight.

Speaker 1: I live in London. Actually, I'm from Toronto and I

live in London, Ontario now. So not too far from.

Speaker 3: I'm going to leave that. There's too many jokes there

that there's too many. I had like 10 and I

was reaching for one. But is there a community that

in Toronto that you hang out with?

Speaker 1: Well, I mean, I've always really connected with. spiritualism. So

spiritualism and the spiritualist church is kind of where I

got my start. So when I first started having these

mediumistic experiences, it was like, what do I do? And

I found out about a spiritualist church here in my city.

And spiritualism, if that's new to anybody, it's a belief

system where mediumship is actually honored. So in their Sunday services,

there's always a medium there every week. And the medium

will stand at the front of the congregation and give

messages from the spirit world.

Speaker 3: Get out. Are you serious? Yeah.

Speaker 1: Yeah, man. It's amazing.

Speaker 3: I'd hang out. Man, that must be a weird bunch.

That's a weird crowd.

Speaker 1: Well, I fit in. Yes.

Speaker 3: That's my people. Oh, man.

Speaker 1: That's where I got my... That was like... I only

knew about the Spiritualist Church because I had gone to

this event where Do you know, have you heard of

Alison Dubois? I don't know if you've interviewed her. So

she was coming through my city and they had this

event at a hotel where you could go and hear

her speak about spirit world. This is, you know, when

I'm having all these mediumistic experiences, I'm like, what the heck?

So I go to this event and I happened to,

they had a raffle. There was a lot of people there.

I think there's maybe, I don't know. I'm going to

guess and say a hundred, maybe more than that. Anyway,

they had like a door raffle thing and I won it.

And it was like, it was like a free reading

with the organizers, which happened to be the spiritualist church people.

And so that's how I found out about the church.

So when I was having all these mediumistic experiences, I

was like, I had this really strong intuitive impulse, like

just go to church on Sunday. Like just go surround

yourself with these people.

Speaker 3: I would love that. There's nothing like that in my town.

Speaker 1: Yeah, it's really beautiful. And I mean, there's spiritualist churches

all over the place. But anyone listening who's having mediumistic experiences,

it's a beautiful way to just get started because they

often have psychic development classes. And then obviously you're surrounded

by people that believe in mediumship. So if you are

the black sheep, then there's somewhere where you can go.

Speaker 3: We were talking about that earlier. That is such an

important thing, isn't it?

Speaker 1: It's so very, very important because especially right now, I mean,

it can be really isolating if you're starting to wake

up and awaken and have all these intuitive experiences, psychic experiences.

If you're alone in that, it can be really, really difficult.

So it's important to find community, surround yourself with community.

It's one of the most important things, I think.

Speaker 3: Wow. Hold on. Hold on. I'm going to look right now.

I'm going to look. Spiritualist Church, Palmdale. Let's see if

there's one here.

Speaker 2: Yes.

Speaker 3: I'm sure there's one all around.

Speaker 1: Oh, no.

Speaker 3: There is no traditional spiritualist church located directly in Palmdale, California. However,

an alternative spiritual and new thought communities nearby in Palmdale

neighboring Lancaster. offer. Okay.

Speaker 1: All right.

Speaker 3: Oh, the Unity Church of Antelope Valley. Is that a

spiritualist church?

Speaker 1: Oh, Unity is awesome. So Unity is not spiritualist, but

I also went to a Unity church. That was actually,

that's so funny you say that. It was in a

Unity church service where I had one of my first

mediumistic experiences. So there was, we were in a meditation

and I was sitting Next to a guy in the

congregation and I was aware of his mother. Yeah. That's

weird that you say that.

Speaker 3: Here is the Center for Spiritual Living. Yeah. Focuses on

spiritual tools, practical principles, classes, and resources for personal and

global transformation.

Speaker 1: Is that unity?

Speaker 3: Or is that agape? No, that was the... Center for

Spiritual Living.

Speaker 1: Okay. Interesting.

Speaker 3: Yeah.

Speaker 1: Because there's a church in LA somewhere. Sorry, I don't

know where, but the Michael Beckwith's church is really awesome.

Speaker 3: Yeah. I heard that place is great, but that's about 50,

60 miles from me. Oh, okay. Yeah. Anyway, I know

about the community. I didn't know that there was an actual,

there was another church that I used to go to

where we had the MUFON meetings. Okay. And that was

a Unitarian church. Is that the same thing as Unity?

Speaker 1: I don't, I'm not familiar with Unitarian, so I can't say.

Speaker 3: I don't know either.

Speaker 1: But Unity is like New Thought. It's pretty awesome also.

Speaker 3: Well, they let us have our. flying saucer meetings there. So,

you know, they, I often wondered about that. You know,

what goes on here? It looks like a church, but

they're letting us do this.

Speaker 1: So then, you know, that's a good sign.

Speaker 3: Yeah. It always is. Do you go, uh, before we

move on, do you go every Sunday?

Speaker 1: No, I haven't been in a while actually. Cause my

life just got really busy the last, I would say

a year or so. So my mom lives closer to

Toronto and I visit her a lot on the weekends.

So I haven't been, but I still, let's see, when

was the last time I was, I served the church

like once in a while, once every few months, I'll

go channel Sarai and then give the mediumship demonstration at

the church. But I think it's been a few months

since I did that. So, but every few months I'll

do that. And it's, you know, it's always a, an

interesting experience because I don't do a lot of mediumship anymore.

Now I do more channeling. Mm-hmm. So then when I'm

up at the front doing the mediumship, I'm like, God,

I hope this is like riding a bike because I

haven't done this in a while. And so spirit people,

you know.

Speaker 3: What I'm saying? I do.

Speaker 1: I do. I do. Don't leave me hanging in front

of a crowd, spirit people.

Speaker 3: Do you have a tattoo of Sarai?

Speaker 1: I don't yet, but I've been thinking of that. I've

been thinking of that.

Speaker 3: I just, I see it in your future. I see.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: I see a Sarai tattoo. Who is Sarai?

Speaker 1: So Sarai is the being that I channel. And so,

as I mentioned, I think of her as my primary guide,

but she describes herself as, first of all, a higher

dimensional being focused in the Andromeda galaxy. So she's what

I would refer to as a star being, a star being.

And she describes herself as non-physical. So She talks about

having a body, but it's more of a light body.

It's not a dense physical body like ours. And she

speaks on behalf of a collective of beings. And so

the easiest way to think about them is that they've

described themselves as sort of like the angels of Andromeda.

So she has a real angelic presence. And so when

she comes through, it's sort of this beautiful, angelic, almost motherly.

I find a lot of people describe it that way.

Motherly sort of presence to her.

Speaker 3: Did, um, so the name Sarai, her name, did you

ask her her name or did she tell you?

Speaker 1: I think she told me that's a good question. That

was one of those very early morning 5am moments where

I think I just had a name pop into my

head and I just wrote it down. Right. But What's

interesting about it, and as I was sort of meditating earlier,

I was thinking about it and and also feeling into

her presence. And I noticed that it's really hard for

her to say the word I like she'll she says

we a lot, meaning the collective. So even though there's

a sense of individuality, my sense with them is that

they're so it's almost like a hive mind or interconnection

of beings. So she always refers to it. She'll say

we we. You know, we're so grateful to be here.

We're so grateful to have this connection. Like it's always

a we. It's very rarely that she'll talk about herself

as an individual or even say the word I.

Speaker 3: That's interesting. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's where you have to

ask questions. Because that's pretty interesting. Sarah Ann is somebody

that I've known for probably 10 years now. Sarah just says,

she says, I feel like Sarai is my blue light

being counterpart. So I want to ask Sarah, Sarah, are

you familiar with Sarai or are you just drawing this

from this conversation? I just have to know because I

could take that either way. So Sarah, let me know.

Let me know.

Speaker 1: Yeah, I want to know too. A lot of people

see Sarai clairvoyantly when I'm channeling her. So especially like

the people in my community, when I'm channeling, I've had

several people describe what she looks like. I've had several

people have her visit them, even when I'm not channeling.

So in their own meditations, they'll have visitations. And so,

as you know, for the show last month, our producer

Tarek had created this beautiful AI image of Sarai. And

so when my friend saw it, this close friend that

has had visions of her, she was like, oh my gosh,

she cried actually, because it was so close to what

she sees when she connects him.

Speaker 3: Have you ever tried to draw her?

Speaker 1: I haven't, but I have someone in my Patreon community

has made a beautiful, I'm not sure if it's like

crayon or pastel, but beautiful blue Because she's very blue.

If you haven't gathered that, she has this beautiful blue glow,

blue emanation. So I haven't drawn her, but I've seen

drawings of her by others.

Speaker 3: Sarah just said, I feel like I connect to a

guy named Sarai. Is Sarai an earth word?

Speaker 1: Well, that's interesting because if you look it up, there

are various meanings in terms of, you know, how we

would interpret that name. Um, but when I was tuning

into the name and I see you looking it.

Speaker 3: Up, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1: When I remember when I first tuned into the name,

the sense that I received from it is almost like

full of light for some reason or something to do

with light. But I've had different interpretations of people telling me, um,

you know, their interpretations of what it means.

Speaker 3: Yeah. Very interesting. Sarai was the original name of Sarah,

wife of Abraham and the mother of Isaac. But it

also refers to a city, an ancient historical city, Sarai,

and a matriarch.

Speaker 1: Wow.

Speaker 3: Interesting.

Speaker 1: Well, The matriarch thing makes sense.

Speaker 3: Yeah, you didn't know any of that when she told

you her name. No, I didn't.

Speaker 1: And sometimes my sense also, though, with spirit guides or

star beings as well, is that they don't necessarily have names.

It's like they give us names so that we have

a reference point to them. Because that's how our minds

interpret them and our minds, you know, think of them.

We think of everybody as having a name. So it's

easier for us, even if the being doesn't necessarily have

a name, it's easier for us to refer to them

as something, right? So that we can interact. But I

think a lot of these beings, because they're telepathic and energetic,

my sense is that their modes of communication or methods

of communication are so different from ours that that it's like, well,

would they need a name really? Because if you think

of it, a name is just sort of like this

mental label that we place on someone. But if you're

an energetic being and you're interacting telepathically and energetically, then

do you need a name or are you just recognizing

that being by their energetic signature? So it's like, it's

really fascinating to think about, but there've been, I'm just

saying this because I've given readings where obviously people always

want to know the names of their guides, but it's

more just like, Sometimes the feedback will come back and

be like, well, just give me a name that resonates

with you or just listen for a name that resonates

with you. And then that will be a reference point

for us to communicate with each other.

Speaker 3: Well, everybody wants to know that. Everybody wants, okay, so

who is coming? What's their name?

Speaker 1: Who's my guide?

Speaker 3: Right, right, right. Or they'll throw a name out. I

want to. So, yeah, names are important for people because

that's what they need to identify.

Speaker 1: Yes, 100%.

Speaker 3: Do you know your guides?

Speaker 1: Do you have a close relationship with your guides?

Speaker 3: Do you know how many people that I know that

do this?

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: So I would have a list.

Speaker 1: You've had a lot of readings.

Speaker 3: Yes. I would have a list of guides that would

be a book. So I just listen to, I have

so many friends that I love dearly that I do

listen to. You know, I don't necessarily follow their advice.

I'd be a much better person if I did. But

what's really astounding to me is that if you give

things time, give it a day, give it two days,

give it a month, whatever it is, it's crazy how

accurate this stuff is. Yes. Agreed. Agreed. If you don't

pay attention, if you don't give a shit, right? Okay.

Then you're not going to see those things that are

happening right in front of you. But if you do

care just a little bit, it's crazy. And it's so

much fun. Can I ask you this? Yeah. What do

you see when you channel? What do you see?

Speaker 1: Yeah, so when she first started coming to me in meditation, again,

this is like late 2017, early 2018. And I was

going through a little bit of a rough patch in

my life, as we do. So I was like, okay,

what are we going to do about this? We're going

to get up and start meditating every day, not just

once in a while. So anyway, got up, started meditating.

And so she first appeared to me as just a

blue orb of light on my left-hand side.

Speaker 3: Oh, physically out in front of you.

Speaker 1: Well, clairvoyantly. So I could feel it on my left.

And then in my mind's eye, clairvoyantly, I could see

this blue orb.

Speaker 3: Got it.

Speaker 1: And I could feel like it was like a little

blue sun next to me, like broadcasting this blue light

on me. And it was so peaceful and so just

high vibe. And so, I don't know, I just felt

so good sitting next to this orb. So I started

to look forward to meditation just because I got to

sit with this energy. And I didn't really know that

I was a guide at first. Although when I look

back in some of my intuition journals, I found one

this year from 2013 that talks about a blue orb

in my meditation. So I'm like, okay, so she was

here long before I thought she was. But yeah, so

I just that's how it started. And then over time,

it was like I started receiving like these telepathic downloads.

And I was already familiar with telepathy because that's how

mediumship works. So when you're a medium, you're talking or

communicating with the spirit world telepathically, like they're popping thoughts

in your head and then you're sending thoughts back. And

that's how you communicate with each other. So I was

already familiar with that mode of communication. So I recognized

that I was getting these little downloads from this blue light.

on my left. And then one morning I very clearly

saw clairvoyantly the appearance of her or how she showed me,

you know, in terms of what she looked like, which

was extremely tall and lean, long fingers, long limbs, kind

of this blue emanation. And I wasn't sure if her,

if her skin was blue or if she was just

glowing blue from like, that was her energy blue, but

because she's non-physical, I feel like it's more, okay, this

is just her energy comes across as this blue light,

huge eyes, like humanoid, but huge blue eyes, and then

blonde hair, and just obviously very cosmic feel to her. So,

you know, I was aware this wasn't like a spirit

world being. This wasn't like a loved one in spirit.

Completely different feeling, very cosmic, but same form of communication.

The mental mediumship, the mind-to-mind communication was the same. So

I'm so grateful that I had had the foundation of

mediumship because that's what gave me confidence to realize, like,

I'm not imagining things. Because, I mean, at this point

in time, I had stood up in front of the church.

I had given mediumship readings. I had accurately, you know,

tuned in to the spirit world. So I was somewhat

confident with that ability, right, of, like, of extradimensional communication.

So when Sarai showed up, you know, I didn't really

doubt that. that's what it was. But again, I thought

she was my guide, you know, here to give me

personal advice. Didn't think that I would be this channeler

or that, you know, everything that has unfolded since would

unfold this way. I was just like, okay, she's just

for me. And I better write down what she says.

Cause it seems really important.

Speaker 3: Were you thinking extraterrestrial ET?

Speaker 1: Well, I mean, she was so cosmic that I could

feel that that was the case. But I could also

feel that non-physicality. So, you know, it's kind of confusing

because I could feel the cosmic, the ET sort of energy.

And I was familiar with the Pleiadians, right, because I

had read Bringers of the Dawn. So it wasn't completely

foreign to me, this concept of star beings. But I mean,

you never hear about Andromedans is the thing. You hear

about the Pleiadians all the time. You know, at least

I did. I was like very aware of that.

Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 1: So I had heard about other star civilizations, but I

had never, ever heard anyone talking about Andromeda before. And

I had never seen clairvoyantly a being that looked like that.

I mean, she was so tall and beautiful. I don't know.

It was just completely bizarre compared to what I had

been experiencing, which was already, I mean, to me at

that point, it was very normal to interact with the

spirit worlds. I mean, maybe to an average person, that's

very not normal, but because I was going to a

spiritualist church and I was surrounded by it and I

was studying it all the time and you know, it

was just like, yeah, this is very normal. So when

I look back on my journey and, It was like, wow,

this was an over 20 year journey to get to

this point. It definitely wasn't overnight. But I think if

Sarai had just showed up, you know, not as that

blue orb, but let's say just like showed up, you know,

in that form that I saw in that ET, kind

of entered that ET form that I saw.

Speaker 3: You'd still be in the hospital.

Speaker 1: Exactly.

Speaker 3: There'd be some white van pulling up from Toronto Methodist, right,

with a couple of dudes getting out in white suits.

Speaker 2: Come here.

Speaker 3: How you doing? You feeling okay today, Karen?

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: Try this shirt on. Why are the sleeves so long?

Come on.

Speaker 1: Exactly. Giving myself a hug.

Speaker 3: Yes. Give yourself a big hug.

Speaker 1: So it's gradual. And to be honest with our guides,

you know, maybe others are having these types of experiences,

tends to be gradual. They don't want to overwhelm us

or scare us. And I think this leads into a

really important point that I think you'll probably want to

talk about. I think this is why... A lot of

us are having psychic experiences and telepathic experiences with ETs

rather than physical. Because I think that's a very gentle

acclimation to their energy and to the way they communicate.

Because a lot of these beings do communicate telepathically. They

don't speak. So, you know, this gets us used to it.

And we're telepathic as well. We just don't realize that

we are.

Speaker 3: No, we don't exercise that muscle.

Speaker 1: Exactly. So the more you but even just mind to

mind connection, like when you think of someone and they

text or you think of someone, you run into them

an hour later or write like all of these little

experiences that most people have. That's evidence of our mind

to mind connection. Maybe not. Here's the other thing.

Speaker 3: That is such a great point. That today there's a

lot of conversation that is happening now that's never happened

before in history. Yeah. And I really appreciate that. But

you never know who is walking down the street that

understands this. You don't. Like for you, for instance, you're tall,

you're pretty, you're, you're. you don't look like what society

has tried to pin on us about people like you

and I, you're not that right. And so people are

walking by you and they have another thought of who

you are. Yes. They don't, they don't know that you're

talking to aliens.

Speaker 1: They just think that's that there's that Mac girl, that

makeup artist girl. It's so true.

Speaker 3: I'm happy about it, but there's another part for me.

I am happy about it. I like the openness that

is happening, but I kind of like the old days, too,

when it was our own little secret thing where we

were fighting for attention and everybody called us crazy. And

now we're the normal ones.

Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I experience a little bit of both. I

experience like I have the gang. where I'm normal. And

then I have, you know, the gang where I'm very abnormal.

So like, I experienced both in my life. Definitely. There's

some people that think I'm, I'm probably just totally lost

my mind, but then there's the people that get me and,

you know, there's nothing better than hanging out with the

people that get you when you're like into this sort

of stuff.

Speaker 3: Did you see disclosure day?

Speaker 1: I love that movie.

Speaker 3: Okay, so Emily Blunt plays you in the movie. Most

people don't know. You don't know how.

Speaker 1: Many people told me that after.

Speaker 3: They saw it. I've seen the movie a few times now,

and I do think of you. But when you saw

the movie... Where now this is for the world to see, right? Yes.

Our little goofy-ass community, right?

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: Now we're running around naked in front of everybody. They

get to see what we're really like. What was going

through your mind?

Speaker 1: I just cried in that movie because, obviously, it hit

so close to home. And then I did have people

texting me saying... that's you.

Speaker 3: You're her.

Speaker 1: And so before I even saw it, I was like, okay.

And nobody told me, sorry for the spoiler alert, but

nobody told me before I saw that movie that there

was any psychic anything in it. Nobody told me that.

So when I'm sitting there watching the movie, by the way,

I saw the movie with Tanaz, my friend who's watching.

I'm sitting there with Tanaz. And the, you know, there's

that scene where you realize that she's psychic, whatever the

first scene is. I don't know if it was with

the cop or whatever it was. And I was like, oh,

my God. Like, I just kind of lost my mind. So, yeah,

I mean, it's amazing. I'm so grateful. But I think

it's so important because we are evolving as a species

and we are evolving into a more awakened species, which

also means that Psychic abilities, the word psychic means of

the soul. So for everybody that is afraid of it

or has been conditioned to think that it's bad or

evil or whatever. these are your soul senses. These are

your abilities to sense beyond the physical. And everybody has them.

So as we awaken, we are very naturally going to

just become more and more and more psychic, more and

more and more telepathic. I think it's the trajectory of

where we're going. So I mean, I'm so grateful in

a way when it starts coming out in the media

in this way, because I just want everybody to understand it.

Because I just think of those moments when I was

first having these experiences, and I had nobody to talk to.

And I just thought, I actually just started going to

a psychiatrist at that time, because I just thought I

was losing it. So I was just like, well, I

better just I better just go so they can diagnose

me as schizophrenic or whatever I am, you know? And

I didn't realize at the time what I was actually experiencing.

And so it's one of my greatest passions to like

teach people about psychic ability because I think we're all psychic.

It's just dormant for most of us because our society

has been so like conditioned out of it. And the

reason for that is, is because again, this is your,

this is your connection to the divine where you don't

need a middleman. And so I think all this conditioning

around psychic ability, you know, the purpose is so that, okay,

if you don't, if you lose that intuitive connection to

the divine, then you need a middleman, right? So you

need the church or you need that person between you

and God or source of the universe. That's my sense

of like why it's been trained out of us, conditioned

out of us and shamed and all of this. And so,

You know, I love what you said about like just

having that like close knit tight community. But I'm also

just so grateful because I think of, you know, my

23 year old self. And I just think, oh, well,

what if there's there's probably so many people out there

having these experiences and they feel alone. So what if

we can make it more normal? What if we can

talk about it? What if we can make movies about it?

You know?

Speaker 3: Yeah, we were talking about that.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: Yeah, Sam Baltrusis was on the show last night, a

great research author, TV personality. He's amazing. And we did

a show last night on Lizzie Borden. But we were

talking about that. And what was– he made this comment

last night, something that I've said a lot. I hid everything. Okay,

so I've been studying and researching this since I was

eight years old, like straight up. It's been my life's journey.

But I didn't talk. No, I kept my UFO books hidden,

the magazines, videos. That stuff wasn't out in the open.

It wasn't on the coffee table. It was hidden in

the back of my closet. With dirty clothes piled on top, right?

I didn't want, I didn't, no, no, no, no. It's

completely the opposite now where I am able to, thank

God I have this show.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: You know, where I can get on here every night,

hang out with a bunch of people and just talk

some crazy shit and feel good about ourselves, right? But

it hasn't always been that kind of party.

Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely.

Speaker 3: No, I never. I remember. I'll tell you what did

it for me. Where I started to come out of

the closet a little bit. It was the X-Files. And

I'm walking through, you know, Alesis. You're a musician. Alesis,

the company Alesis. So I worked for Alesis for many, many,

many years. And here in LA. And I'm walking through

to my office. And I hear somebody say, yeah, did

you watch the X-Files last night? I did. I just stopped. What?

You guys watch the X-Files? Yeah. And the next thing

you know, right, we're all talking about because the X-Files

gave us that excuse to start putting this stuff on

the table. But up until the X-Files?

Speaker 1: Keep it quiet.

Speaker 3: Yeah. It's such a freeing thing. Now, we're going to

head to a break in about five minutes. So let's

load up for what we're going to talk about when

we come back from the break. What was the moment

with Sarai where you backed up? and said, okay, I'm

being told stuff that I need to listen to and

learn from. This is a teaching and I'm the student.

Take me through that moment. What happened?

Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, there have been several moments. Those moments

still occur. I'm still like, I talk about it within

my community. I just joke because I'm like, I'm just

as much of a student as you guys, right? We're

all in it together. Um, but yeah, I mean, her

main teaching is about recognizing your true self, your soul self,

your spiritual self. So she talks about how we incarnate

and obviously we have these physical bodies, but we also

have the mental body. So our collection of thought forms,

but that is not who we truly are. We are

the essence. We are the soul. You know, we are the, the,

the spiritual non-physical that's who we truly are. So when

we incarnate, we pick up all sorts of interesting thought forms, beliefs, narratives,

and all of those thoughts carry a frequency. So all

our thoughts vibrate a specific frequency, you could say. And

some of those thought forms are very much in alignment

with our true self and some are not. So the realization,

first of all, that I'm not my mind, And the

ability to sit in meditation and witness my mind and

create distance. And that distance is what really helps us

to navigate our mental body, recognize when we're thinking something

that isn't helpful to us, basically. But what Sarai has helped,

both through teaching, but also through these meditative experiences that

she guides people through, It's just the embodied experience of

your true self, meaning the feeling of your soul, the

feeling of your spirit. Each and every one of us

have a unique soul signature, almost like a fingerprint, but

it's energetic. So the ability to feel that and then

have that recognition like, oh, that's me. That's who I am.

Where for years and years and years, you know, you

think you're this body, this mind. I remember being in

yoga once actually and starting to feel energy move through.

and realizing that moment, I'm like, oh, wow, there's more

to me than this body. But with Soraya, it's just

that continued embodied experience, which seems to be evolving as

time goes by, of just really anchoring that awareness of

who we are so that we can live from that place.

And then when we recognize that we've diverted back to

the limiting beliefs or the conditioned identity or the conditioned

thought forms, the programming, whatever it is, then we recognize

that that has occurred and it gives us the choice

to switch back again, to like be with our truth

and be with what actually intuitively feels right, rather than

what we're supposed to do or what we should do

with ourselves.

Speaker 3: Are you, uh, what, what's your feeling on, uh, historically

in the UFO and ET community? Um, ET is, And

the ships was always a mechanical, physical presence. And over

the last, Jacques Vallée talked about it in the 70s,

but he was the only one. But now today, especially

in the last five years, four years, the word interdimensional

and energy being has rose to the surface. But that's

exactly what you have been doing. dealing with.

Speaker 1: Yes, totally.

Speaker 3: Yeah. So what's your take on that? Were you like, duh?

Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. I mean, I just, I didn't

really think anything of it because I was just flowing

with the experience as it was being presented to me,

you know? And so I, I mean, I had no

precondition that maybe this is why Sarai chose me as

a channel, but I really didn't have any, you know,

preconceived notions about, Of anything, really.

Speaker 3: Were you a student of, we got about 30 seconds.

Were you a student of, at any level, of ufology

and the history and not at all?

Speaker 1: No, not at all.

Speaker 3: No.

Speaker 1: I mean, most of my studies have been around like

yoga and intuition and clairvoyance and that sort of thing.

Speaker 3: So Roswell, don't know. Travis Walton, no.

Speaker 1: Nope.

Speaker 3: Betty and Barney Hill, Rendlesham, Stephenville, Texas, none of this stuff?

Speaker 1: No, I'm sure I would find it super interesting, but

like it just hasn't been, you know, the area that

I've been focused on at all.

Speaker 3: No, what I mean is, so with all of that history,

historically speaking on this, there's that. And then there is

the other side of it, which is the interdimensional aspect

of it. But you didn't have that foundation historically of UFOs.

Speaker 1: No, not at all.

Speaker 3: God, that's fascinating to me.

Speaker 1: No.

Speaker 3: Absolutely fascinating. Yeah. Karen, stay right there. We're going to

we'll get to that. She's a channel. And I'm fixing

my headphones here. They have to be just perfect. They are.

And right now, it's weird. They're not. And when, when

they are, when they're correct. Oh, there they go. Okay.

All right. Karen. What is the Andromedan take on our planet?

How do they look at us?

Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good question. So in the past, when

she's been asked that question, it's really sweet because she'll,

she'll talk about it, you know, as if, As if

you're kind of watching a child grow and they grow

through these stages, right? So you understand when you have

a child and they're growing through these different stages, these

are different phases of evolution. And so she talks about

us being at a specific stage of evolution, not right,

not wrong, not necessarily good or bad, but just this

is where we're at. And so everything that's unfolding right now,

even though there's a lot of chaos and for some,

a lot of difficulty, right? It's like from an evolutionary perspective,

there's a higher purpose for it. And so she talks

about everything having a higher purpose.

Speaker 3: Has she ever mentioned trailer park?

Speaker 1: She hasn't. That's a new one. That would be a

brand new question.

Speaker 3: And I only bring that up because when you think

about a highly advanced spiritual journey, technically advanced culture out there,

you know, thousands of years, millions of years in front

of us and ahead of us to look at where

we are not, because I laugh at us.

Speaker 1: Yes. Well, she did say this one thing one time

and someone kind of got a little bit offended at it,

but she wasn't saying it in a derogatory way, but

it was.

She did talk about humans sort of like comparing them

to toddlers in a sense. So that kind of speaks

to what you're saying. Because, you know, when toddlers are

angry and they have tantrums and it's kind of like

a difficult phase, right? So similarly, there's some on the planet,

not everyone, but there's some on the planet who are

in their toddler phase. That's most of us. That's just

a stage of evolution, though, is the way that she

describes it.

Speaker 3: Right, right. Because I look around, and sometimes I'm a

little embarrassed. Yes, I get it. You know, and I

don't know. If somebody comes to my house, I'm comfortable

with somebody coming in for the first time and seeing

my home.

Speaker 2: Okay?

Speaker 3: Okay. It's nice. It's neat. It's clean. There's guitars. Well,

there's that. There's that, too, as well. That's a bonus.

And what I mean is I don't know if I'm

comfortable showing this planet to E.T. Like, come on in.

Speaker 1: Right.

Speaker 3: Check it out. I'm a little embarrassed.

Speaker 1: But that's kind of a good sign that you are

embarrassed because, you know, it would be worse if you weren't.

It would be worse if you're like, come on in, guys.

Let me show you around. What's happening?

Speaker 3: And you don't care. Yeah. Right. Exactly.

Speaker 1: It shows that you care and it kind of shows that.

You know, in terms of evolution, that you've reached a

level where you can look at some of what's going

on and see the inappropriateness of it or, you know,

however it's interpreted, right?

Speaker 3: Well, I'm comforted in the thought of that whoever Sarai

is or the life that is out there, they had

to go through the same stuff that we're going through.

Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely.

Speaker 3: They just survived it. I don't know if we're going

to survive it, but you know what I mean? So

they had to go through. war and bullets and hate

and divisiveness and spiritual growth and, you know, immature, the toddler,

and then somehow getting through junior high school and growing up, right?

So they had to do that. So they must I

genuinely understand where we are right now, but here's, and

here's the other thing they must have, man, it's weird, man.

It's just like right in the wrong spot is, is this,

they had to have gone through art, the arts, religion, music, theater, right. Poetry, sculpture.

You know, they had to go through all of those

things that we did here too. So I'm sure that

they would understand our appreciation of the visual arts, the emotion, right?

The empathy that you get from a painting or music

or poetry and emotionally and consciously moved by those things.

So I'm comforted in that. They would have to have

gone from nothing to something.

Speaker 1: Definitely. Right? Yeah. And I think, to speak to what

you're saying, too, because I've often had impressions from Sarai,

because people will ask, well, why are you even helping us? Like,

what has it got to do with you guys? Right? Like, what's,

but the feeling sometimes I have, and the message that

comes through is because they do see our art and

our music and our emotion and our creations and our

architecture and all the beauty and, and like all of

these things. And it's like such a work of art

that they want to preserve that, you know, that's the

sense that I sometimes get. So there's that, but then

there's also the sense that we're all interconnected. And so

when you reach a certain level of development, you just

very naturally want to help and serve. So both are true.

Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm often asked, so what would you ask E.T.?

And I'm kind of cavalier about it, but do they

know who Van Halen is?

Speaker 1: I think Sarai does through me, probably.

Speaker 3: Yeah, you know what I mean? She enjoys Van Halen.

Speaker 1: Through my ears, I'm sure.

Speaker 3: Well, why is that such an important thought? If you

take it a step beyond that, which is this, they,

without question, have been watching and observing us for millions

of years.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: It's a beautiful planet, right?

Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Agree. Completely agree. The planet itself is a work

of art.

Speaker 3: Is a work of art.

Speaker 1: Everything on the planet is a work of art. Humanity, everything.

Speaker 3: That's right.

Speaker 1: All of life.

Speaker 3: That's right.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: So in observing us, they also know what our fears are,

what scares us, in addition to what makes us laugh

and cry. So they understand. They know our languages, all

of them, because they've been observing and watching. And so

they must understand all of that. And then... back to,

this is why I'm bringing this up, and I think

it's a very important point, is the vision that you

were presented of Sarai is probably not really her. It's

one that doesn't scare you.

Speaker 1: Yeah, I would agree with that.

Speaker 3: Right?

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: They would understand that. I mean, if Sarai really was

an octopus with eight arms... You know what I mean? Right.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: That would freak you out. Well, it's these things that

they would understand about us.

Speaker 1: Yes, totally. Yeah. From what I understand to the Andromedans

are can be shape shifting shape shifters also. So it's

like there's that sense of, OK, how do they want

to present? And then when people think of that and

they think, well, how do you know? You know, how

do you know what you're really interacting with or, you know,

aren't you afraid? But I think anytime we're interacting with

any sort of extra dimensional energy, we want to pay

attention to intuitively what it feels like. You know, what

does this feel like? Because we're all picking up on

energy vibes. So you can get that sense. But I

do agree with you that it's likely that she's presenting

in a.

Speaker 3: Way, you.

Speaker 1: Know, that would Resonate with me and others also because

she seems to present the same way to others. Whether

or not I have verbally told people what she looks like,

I've had people describe her in the same way that

I see her.

Speaker 3: Has she ever said to you, go outside and look up?

Speaker 2: No.

Speaker 3: That's me. Oh, she hasn't?

Speaker 1: No, she hasn't. She's like, go inside and look within, actually.

It's kind of like, most of the time, especially when

I'm leading meditation with her and channeling her, it's the opposite.

It's withdrawing the senses from the external reality so that

we can feel. Because we're so focused on external reality

all the time. But what that does is it pulls

our energy outward. which is fine, but we're so used

to having our, all of our energy and attention pulled

outward all the time that we miss what's going on

in our energy body. And we miss what's going on

intuitively and psychically because that's like an inward experience. So

often with Sarai, it's the opposite. It's like draw, and

she'll probably do this tonight, even if I channel it's

like draw your attention towards yourself and your energy body

so that you, because one of her purposes is to

amplify our extra sensory perception. Cause it's really important to

have that right now to cultivate discernment. And so if

we are always, you know, externally focused, there's a time

and a place for that. But when you think of

our civilization in terms of balance, The reality is most

people are too externally focused and not enough attention on

their energy body. They don't even know they have an

energy body or a sense of intuition or psychic awareness.

So she helps people create that balance where we can,

she calls it walking in two worlds, where we can

be in this physical reality. And yes, we can observe

and experience. And at the same time, we have some

of our attention placed on the energetics, subtle reality, subtle energy.

non-physical reality so that we can, in a sense, live

a more soul-led or heart-led life so that you can

be attuned to your true self.

Speaker 3: It's so important to have the ability, and this goes

for every single soul on this planet, to listen to

yourself when yourself speaks to you. 100%. Because so many

ignore it, you know? And specifically, I'll mention this. Last

month after the show, I walked outside. It's the same

thing I do every night after the show. I walk

out and look at the stars. Or check out my neighborhood.

Or look for raccoons. I just go outside. So I

go outside and something says... Look up. Just like that.

And so I was drawn, like, again, I'm listening to myself.

But my eyes go specifically to one spot in the sky.

And it was a bright star or planet. It doesn't matter.

So as I'm looking at it, right in front of

it passes this blue ship. Wow. At that moment. And I,

you know, and I was like, wow, what? And it

wasn't bright. I'm not going to get into it anyway.

So it lasted about five seconds. It ducked behind the clouds.

But here's what was it? It was so cool, man.

It was like, I was like, man. Anyway, what if

I didn't listen to myself?

Speaker 1: Exactly. Yeah.

Speaker 3: I miss it. I only saw it for five seconds.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: And it was only that one instant, right? Now, if

I'm not aware, right? If I'm not aware, I'm looking

down like everybody is doing.

Speaker 1: Exactly. Yeah.

Speaker 3: 100%.

Speaker 1: It's an art these days, I think. It's like an

art form to be... Connected to yourself and aware of

what your intuition is telling you. And, and then it's

a whole nother thing to actually follow that guidance and

take action on the guidance you receive. Like number, step

one is just, can I hear myself amidst all the

noise and distraction? So that's step one. Can I tune

into myself and hear what my true authentic self is saying?

And then step two, can I actually, you know, take

that seriously and move forward with that? The reason that's

often hard is because our conditioned self, we have our

soul self and our conditioned mind. One is expansive. Your

soul is expansive, but your conditioned mind tends to be

more protective. So you'll have your soul, your intuition come

to you and say, do this, do that, you know,

go here, go there. This isn't the job for you.

This isn't the relationship for you, whatever it is that

your soul is saying. But then you have this aspect

of your mind that'll come in and in a sense,

sometimes argue with that or create resistance around it because

it's scared. It's trying to protect you usually. And so

oftentimes on this journey, it's that sort of push pull

of who you're going to listen to, right? So this

ability to be attuned to ourselves and feel our soul

in our body and trust it. It's like, you know,

it's kind of like weight training, like training for life. Like,

can I lift that weight? Can I listen to myself?

Can I practice with just, you know, what's the smallest

step or baby step, smallest piece of guidance? soul that

you can give me that won't be too overwhelming. And

then you take that step and then you just, you know,

receive feedback and you notice, okay, when I follow my soul,

when I follow my heart, things tend to work out.

When I, when I listen to that voice that says,

look up and I look up and I see that

ship in the sky, like maybe I should be paying

attention to this voice.

Speaker 3: Have you ever, have you ever seen something in the sky?

Speaker 1: Not, no, I haven't. I've seen lots of, lots of things, clairvoyantly,

very interesting.

Speaker 3: You need to come hang out with me. I know.

Speaker 1: I've heard that there's a lot around, you know, in

the sky where you live. I heard there's a lot happening.

Speaker 3: Well, again, I think that there is a conscious connection.

So it doesn't, Some locations are better than others for sure.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: But that doesn't really matter.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: It doesn't. It's about intention. Yes. If you're– okay, I'm

going to use a bad word. Can I use a

bad word?

Speaker 1: You can, yes.

Speaker 3: Okay. If you're a dick and you're with some friends

and you go, man, this is bullshit. Well, ain't nothing

going to happen then.

Speaker 1: That's right.

Speaker 3: Nothing.

Speaker 1: Nothing's going to happen.

Speaker 3: But if you're out with the right group and the

mood is right, yeah, something crazy. And it's always on demand.

It's like on demand where you can look up in

the sky all the time. And not see anything. And

then that moment where you go, okay, just say hello

to us. And then boop.

Speaker 1: I love it. I want to hang out with you

and Whitley. That's what I want to do. Because I

feel like there would be some interesting phenomena with you two.

Speaker 3: That guy's amazing.

Speaker 1: Can I tell you a story about him? Maybe he's

watching tonight. I don't know.

Speaker 3: He probably is. He probably is.

Speaker 1: I just have to tell you a story. So after

we filmed the show. In Boulder, we went out for

dinner that night. Whitley Streber, everybody, and Jimmy. So we're

having dinner. Whitley is to my left. And we're talking

about meditation. And he's in mid-sentence. He's talking to me.

And then all of a sudden, he stops talking. Like,

he just mid-sentence stops talking. And he kind of shakes

his head. And he's like this. And the moment that

he did that, I felt Sarai to my left. And

he stopped and he looked at me and he goes,

oh my gosh, that Being You channel is like right here.

Speaker 2: I was.

Speaker 3: Like, oh my gosh. Did I hear that?

Speaker 1: No, because you were talking to, I think you were

talking to Tyler on the other end of the table.

But I was like, oh my gosh, that's insane that

that just happened.

Speaker 3: Yeah, it was Tyler and who else was with us?

There was like six of us. Yeah.

Speaker 1: So Whitley had a friend and, um, oh my gosh,

I forget. There's the other, there's the other guest that

you had had on the show that day, but I

forget her name.

Speaker 3: Uh, Oh, Lily Nova.

Speaker 2: Lily, Lily.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: That was a pretty, that was a good table. So yeah, Tyler, Lily, you,

Whitley and, uh, Whitley's friend. Wasn't that funny? Whitley's friend, uh, uh,

just wanted to meet me. Remember that? Yes. And, and

so she comes up, she goes, I used to call

in to your show. Remember that?

Speaker 1: Yeah, that was awesome.

Speaker 3: That was so cool. And I remember her. Um, and yeah, yeah,

that was, uh, uh, I'm sorry I'm fidgeting, but when

it goes, when it, it's, it's never done this. It's

like now it's fine. Um, it loses its frequency and

it becomes hollow. Um, um, How easy is it for

you to jump in and reach out to Sarai?

Speaker 1: I mean, I can do it at any point in time.

It just takes me a moment to shift my state.

So I just need a moment or two. I use

some essential oils to help my brain shift into an

altered state. And then she comes in.

Speaker 3: What's the oils?

Speaker 1: I have a couple here that I use, but the

one that I use mainly right now, I have two.

I have this blend that I'm co-creating with a friend.

So I'm kind of testing that one out. And then

I have one I have been using for a few

years is by a company called doTERRA. It's called Peace.

It's just a blend of clary sage and all these

calming oils, lavender. I forget all the oils that are

in it, but it just calms my system down. What

it really does, though, is that I use it when

I meditate in the morning. So when I'm in that

very calm, altered state, because it's easy to get into

an altered state at 5 a.m. in my experience. So

what it does is it creates a link in my

brain between the scent and that state. So it makes

it easier at any other point in time of the

day for me to shift my state. I'm going to.

Speaker 3: Have to order some.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: Did you put some on me?

Speaker 1: I think I had you. I definitely had it at Gaia.

Speaker 3: No, no, I remember that. I remember wanting to ask

you for some. I didn't follow through on that.

Speaker 1: No, I could bring you some, though.

Speaker 3: I know, I know. Because I remember thinking to myself... Um,

everybody needs to understand it's kind of a high pressure environment, uh,

that we are in there. And, uh, there's so many, uh,

people running around and things going on and lighting and

cameras and focus and people. And, uh, and it was

a strange day for all of us. We won't get

into all of that, but, um, yeah. And so, but

I remember sitting there going, ask her because you did

it in the middle of our interview. So I didn't know.

And I watched you do it, but I was thinking

about after the interview, ask her for some of the oil,

but I didn't. Okay. All right.

Speaker 1: I brought you tea.

Speaker 3: Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. It's amazing tea, by

the way. Okay. Well, I would like to talk to Sarai.

Can I?

Speaker 1: You can, you can.

Speaker 3: Get your oils out.

Speaker 1: I'll get my oils out. And generally when I'm channeling,

I also just like to lead whoever I'm channeling for.

So that's you and anyone listening tonight. Just in a

really brief sort of grounding exercise, you know, kind of

like a mini meditation, but really just drawing your attention

into the present moment. So I'll do that and then

I'll do my oils and then I'll shift my state

and then Sri will come in. All right.

Speaker 3: Sounds good.

Speaker 1: All right.

Speaker 3: Can I talk while you're doing this?

Speaker 1: Yes, you can. Do you have to talk to your

producer and get your ears fixed?

Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah. Okay. Ten seconds. Eagle is about to land. Yes.

Speaker 1: Fix my earphones. All right. So everybody listening, just take

a comfortable seat. And then let's just start together by

taking a deep breath. And hold that breath at the

top for a second or two. And then as you exhale,

feel the body relax. and feel yourself sink down into

your seat. And we'll just start by deepening our breathing,

very deep inhales and exhales, slowing your breath down, and

then very intentionally trying to make your exhale just a

little bit longer than your inhale. And you can do

that in your own timing. So for example, if your

inhale is maybe two seconds, then your exhale is four.

So just noticing yourself extending your exhale, Again, bringing softness,

relaxation to your body. And then I'll just have you

guys continue that. Feel free to have the eyes open

or closed. I will say sometimes when you have the

eyes closed that you can feel Sarai's energy come in.

So sometimes it's nice to close the eyes until she

starts speaking and then you can open them. So just

give me a moment or two to shift my state.

And so we very much have been looking forward to

this interaction. We appreciate your participation with this interaction. And

to begin with on this day, in this moment, we'd

ask that everyone listening take another very deep breath with us.

And as you exhale, really feel your physicality release and

relax and feel yourself sink down into your seat and

continue as we are speaking to deepen your breathing. to

breathe very deliberately, very intentionally. And so as you are

hearing us speak, and perhaps you are witnessing us with

your eyes or witnessing Karen's body with your eyes, we'd

ask that you continue to breathe. And as you breathe,

you're drawing some of your energy and awareness and attention

towards yourself. So again, some of your attention is focused

on what you are seeing and hearing. And some of

your attention is brought back to yourself and what you

are experiencing in this moment. And so can you witness, hear, listen,

see what is arising externally while at the same time

you begin to pay attention to yourself, witness the physical

body breathing, and then very gently start to become aware

of the aspect of you that is witnessing. Witnessing this

body breathing. Witnessing yourself, setting that intention to deepen the breath.

Witnessing the body relax. Witnessing the tension being released from

your body. And then witnessing us. So as you are

witnessing all that is arising in this beautiful present moment

that we're sharing together, ask yourself this question, who or

what is the one witnessing? Who or what is the

one witnessing? And so you can begin to draw your energy, awareness,

and attention to that aspect of you that is the witness,

the watcher, the observer. That aspect of you that is

pure consciousness, pure awareness, and emanation of source energy. And

be aware that you yourself are a work of art.

You are a creation of the divine. Do you see

yourself that way? Do you perceive yourself that way? When

you look into your own eyes each and every morning,

what do you see? Are you full of criticism or

judgment towards yourself, or do you see your magnificence? And

so in this moment, as you draw your attention towards yourself,

feel for your magnificence. Feel underneath the surface layer of

the physical body. the personality, the life story, feel underneath

all of that and begin to sense into what is

underneath that, that deeper layer, that deeper aspect of your beingness.

And this is the answer that so many are seeking.

Even though you don't know that this is the answer,

you think you are looking or seeking for something outside

of yourself when what you are really searching for is yourself.

your true self, your soul self. And so when you

draw your energy awareness and attention back towards yourself, you

make the connection. You remember who it is you truly are.

And then when you remember who it is you are,

you start to recall why it is that you are

here on the planet at this particular point in time.

Take a deep breath. As you breathe, just check in

with yourself and see, have you lost your focus on yourself?

Or are you retaining that connection? So why are you here?

All those listening, this is what we would say. You

are here to be an emanation of a higher frequency.

You are here to be an emanation of your higher

frequency self, your soul self. You have a choice when

you incarnate. Do you want to match the energy, the frequency,

the resonance of this reality, of this realm? Or does

it feel like you are here to share and to shine?

and to attune to something higher. And so take a

deep breath in this moment once again, and see if

you can perceive that emanation of source, of life, of love,

your higher frequency self, your unique soul signature, very much

like a fingerprint, completely unique. Can you feel for it is,

can you feel for who it is you truly are

underneath this form identity of And then can you attune

yourself to that broadcast? Your soul is not an inanimate object.

It is a broadcast of energy. Can you attune to

that frequency? And can you allow this human vessel to

become a broadcast mechanism for it? That is the question.

That is how you become this light worker that you are.

And so one more deep breath and moment of stillness.

In that stillness, that's where you will discover your true identity.

The breath is the access point to the present moment.

The present moment is the access point to your higher

frequency cell. And so with all that in mind, we're

very excited and delighted to interact with you once again.

So what questions do you have for us on this date?

Speaker 3: Sarai, thank you for being here with us. And we

really appreciate this. So I want to start with that.

Thank you very much. Sarai, do you recognize or remember

my voice?

Speaker 1: We recognize and remember your energetic signature is what we remember.

We remember that sensation of freedom that we felt as

we attuned to you, that desire, that sense of freedom.

and rebelliousness, and we say that in a positive way,

that sense of being here to be different on purpose,

a sense of being a way-shower, in the sense that

you're here to tune into your unique soul self, even

if that is different, and then be unapologetic about it.

We like that word for you, unapologetic. That describes who

you are at the deepest level.

Speaker 3: Yeah. Thank you for that, Sarai. And truer words have

never been spoken. So let me ask you this. When

you look at our planet, we call it Earth. When

you look at Earth and you look at the cultures here,

are there similarities to your own growth? With your own

culture and civilization that you see in us. And if

you do see that, do you see sadness? Do you

see hope? Is this collection of experiences that you observe

through us? Is all of this that we are experiencing

just normal?

Speaker 1: Well, what we sense as we perceive you and as

we perceive your civilization is great enthusiasm. This is what

we feel. Enthusiasm, aliveness, joy, excitement. You understand as we

perceive you, we do not see you through this lens

that you sometimes see yourselves, the lens of hopelessness or

powerlessness or confusion or lack of clarity. We don't see

you through those lenses. And so we can look at you,

perceive you, and sense you in a sense that, as

Karen mentioned earlier, we understand you are at certain phase

of evolution. You understand you will move through every phase

of evolution. So everything that you are experiencing, in a sense,

is temporary. And so we feel enthusiasm about that excitement, joy, aliveness.

not just for where you're going, but because of where

you are right now. Now, that may not make sense

to some, because many of you do not want to

be where you're at right now, but you understand every

stage is important. And so to answer your question about

our journey and our evolution, we'd say there are similarities,

but you're very much one to think of our civilization

as similar to your civilization, and it's not really. And

so there aren't really reference points that we could offer you,

but we would say that every civilization is unique Every

civilization has its benefits. And so you're also perceiving it

through the lens of linear time. And so you are

perceiving us as if we are light years ahead of

you in terms of evolution. But we would say it's

just a different experience that we are having. So it's

not that we are superior to you in any way.

It's just we are having a different experience. And all

of you incarnate into different civilizations for the purpose of

having a a variety of experiences that serves your soul,

to have a variety of experiences. And you'd understand if

you break it down even into your individual life experience,

you understand that both the good and the bad served

you in a way. You understand when you are... We

are laughing because of a story that you told Karen earlier,

but when you experience constraint... and then you are liberated

from that constraint at a later date, you understand it

was the constraint that allowed you to experience the liberation

and freedom and gratitude and appreciation when you are finally

free of that. And so the constraint experience is just

as important as the liberating experience. Are you understanding what

we're saying? And so that's what we are saying in

terms of your current stage of evolution. It's important, even

though it feels like To some, it feels like chaos

and constraint. It's still important.

Speaker 3: You just laughed, and you also mentioned, if I may, Sarai,

that light years ahead of us. So is there laughter

in the future, in the far future? So that is

a part of your lives and your culture?

Speaker 1: This is the way that we would answer that question.

So joy, you'd understand that laughter is just expressing an

energy or a frequency. Yes. So laughter is the way

that the body expresses, experiences and expresses the frequency of joy. Yes.

Speaker 3: Yes.

Speaker 1: So as that joy frequency moves through Karen's body, there's

a laugh. And so what we would say is that, yes,

there is joy the closer that you get to source

energy in terms of your evolution. And what we mean

by that is that you are releasing the constraints. Let's

say this is how it applies to your civilization. You

are releasing the constraints of the conditioned mind, the conditioned self,

the limiting beliefs, all of those constructs that were very interesting,

but some of them you no longer need, you release

those constraints. And when you release that, then what is

naturally present is the energy, the frequency of joy and

freedom and passion and aliveness and vitality and radiance and

love and beauty and balance. These are just words that

describe energies and frequencies. So when you release those constraints,

then yes, joy is on the other side of that.

But what you don't understand is that is right here,

right now, within you and within all of you. So

the question isn't, is it in the future? No, it's

right here, right now. The question is, what may be

limiting or blocking it from expressing in this moment? And

the answer is always pointing back to The thought forms,

the constructs, the programming, the limiting ideas, all of that

can block that energy or that emanation of joy that

is your true self.

Speaker 3: That's powerful.

Speaker 1: You are joy.

Speaker 3: That's powerful, Sarai.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: That's very powerful.

Speaker 1: Well, then you don't have to wait for a future

moment in time to experience who it is you truly are.

Isn't that liberating?

Speaker 3: Well, you don't want joy to go away.

Speaker 1: You....

Speaker 3: I think we always would want to have joy in

our lives. You know, a future without joy is very dark. Well,

I'm sure. Well, let me. I'm sorry, Sarai, I just

interrupted an intergalactic being. Is this. I'm sure you are

aware without getting into specifics, but Karen went through some

a very tragic moment. Last month. And Karen and I

went through that together. I don't know if you are

aware of that. Yes. Without getting into the specifics of

what happened, it's those moments in life where you're forced

into questioning self and the meaning of everything.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: And so what is it that Karen and I were

supposed to learn from something that was so painful?

Speaker 1: Well, the easiest way that we would describe it is

just the remembrance of how precious life is and how

important it is to be in the moment and feel

joy and experience joy and really value this moment right now.

You understand your minds, all of your minds, your mind,

Karen's mind, most of those listening, the mind tends to

be very future-focused at times, or sometimes past-focused, but we

would say with those listening, tends to be future-focused. And

so the experience last month helps you to remember that

your life is right here, right now. And yes, you

can plan, and you can have dreams, and goals, and desires,

and ideas, and all of that is beautiful. And Your

life is right here, right now. Right here, right now.

You understand what you're saying?

Speaker 3: I do. Yes. Very difficult to agree with when you're

in the moment.

Speaker 1: Yes. Yes. Yes. Well, you can feel, number one, you

can feel the magnitude of the soul that you are

speaking about. That magnificent presence of that one. You can feel...

his energy, his frequency, his presence. You can feel that.

And so the idea is to draw your energy and

awareness and attention to that even in this moment so

that you can start to feel the truth that no

one ever leaves, in a sense. Yes, things shift, change.

In terms of the physical, things may appear to go

away or may appear to quote unquote die. But that essence,

that essence, that essence, that joy, that life, that aliveness,

that doesn't die. That doesn't go away. That's a very

important realization to hold.

Speaker 3: Our next stage, I would use the word evolution here.

To me, from what I have learned on this journey

that I'm on, is we have to understand consciousness. And

that goes for all of society, every segment, whether it

is science or math or biology or chemistry, all the

way over into the arts and the other side of

the fence where neither side truly understands science. what consciousness is.

And we, we struggle with an actual definition of it too,

as well. But is it, do you Sarai and your

culture have a grip on consciousness and understand truly what

it is? And is it our next stage of evolution?

Not technology, but consciousness. Yes.

Speaker 1: We would say it is your next stage of evolution,

but in terms of answering the question what it is,

we don't have a solid, satisfying answer for that either.

Many times we are asked questions as if we have

all of the answers, and we would say that's just

not possible because we are growing, evolving, unfolding as you are,

and so there's never an end to the exploration. We

would say the way that we would describe consciousness is

that sense of being aware, although that's not very satisfying,

but you have an awareness in this moment that something

is aware, something is present, something is aware of the

body breathing, something is aware of whether your body is

relaxed or tense, something is aware that there are thought

forms in the mind. So in other words, there is

an observing presence. So we would describe that as consciousness.

And so, yes, there are all sorts of avenues of

exploration when you start to become aware of that. And

when you become aware that that is the essence of you,

it isn't the body, it isn't the mind. That essence

or that awareness, that is the true self. That is revolutionary.

It sounds simple, but it's absolutely revolutionary. And when beings

on your planet really take that to heart and take

that into consideration, it will revolutionize everything in your civilization.

The medical system, the education system, the government. Yes.

Speaker 3: Do you understand, in saying that, which is, again, profound

and fundamental, but do you understand... human emotion and how

we react to things. How long have you been observing us?

Speaker 1: We understand human emotion in the sense that we experience

it through Karen's form. So when Karen is experiencing an emotion,

we are experiencing that also, but understand emotion as, is

the felt sense in your physical body of an energy

or a frequency. So your body gives you feedback about

what energy, emanation, what resonance, what frequency you are attuned

to in that moment, and you feel that as a state,

as an emotional state. So you understand it requires, in

a sense, a physical body to feel emotion, but it

doesn't A physical body, rather, is not required in order

to sense energy. We can sense and perceive energy without

physical body, but emotion and the way you're describing it,

that requires a physical form to sense. And what we

would say that's unique about your planet is that that

is a desire that many souls have is to incarnate

and feel emotions. And as an artist, as a musician,

if you even sense those pieces of art or those

pieces of music that you experience that move you emotionally,

that is a desired experience from the soul. It's so fulfilling.

It's so satisfying. It's so exciting to experience that. Does

that answer your question?

Speaker 3: It does. It does. It does. And thank you for that, Sarai.

Let me ask you this. There must have been a

point in your own history in Andromeda where you met

for the first time another race outside of your planet. Yes.

Are we ready for that same experience here on Earth? Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1: Some of you are very ready for it. We'd say, obviously,

those listening to this broadcast, we would say these are

likely the ones that are ready for it, yes?

Speaker 3: Yes.

Speaker 1: And then there is a whole collection of beings that

are in a fearful place, not just about other beings,

but about everything. So in other words, let's put it

this way so that you can understand it, so everyone

listening can really understand it. When you hold these limiting

beliefs in your mental body or in your mind, in

your mental construct, they affect how you perceive your external reality.

They are like lenses through which you perceive your external reality. So,

for example, if a being is holding the belief in

their system, I'm not safe. That's a core belief. They

don't feel safe. then when it comes to this subject, ETs,

other beings, even beings in other dimensions of reality, if

they are perceiving that through the lens of the limiting

belief of I'm not safe, you understand that they're not

going to have a positive experience.

Speaker 3: Yes.

Speaker 1: And so this is why we work with beings and

many other beings are working with you at this time

to excavate some of these belief systems and narratives and

ideas that are, in a sense, limiting you, limiting you

from contact. Because if a being in another dimension or

another civilization can sense that that's where a human is,

meaning they are in fear, in survival, they can sense

that energetically and telepathically, that's where that being is, Again,

they're not going to show themselves or communicate with that one.

Because it would be too much for them. It would

be overwhelming. So out of respect, they would not interact.

They would want to interact with the beings that are

ready to have an interaction. And so this work that

seems very simple, the idea of examining your mental constructs,

examining your belief systems, and rewiring and repatterning them, much

more important than you realize it's actually part of it

is it is preparing you for contact because that bandwidth

of energy that many humans live at that is survival

they're in a survival state they're in fear worry doubt

anxiety constantly you understand that's not the best state of

being for contact to take place.

Speaker 3: Sarai, I want to thank you for your time tonight.

And is it okay that at a future date, not

too far in the future, that we can talk again?

Speaker 1: Yes. We would love to have another interaction with you. Yes.

Speaker 3: Thank you so much. And again, Van Halen forever. Thank

you so much, Sarai.

Speaker 1: Yes.

Speaker 3: Thank you. Yes. Can I have Karen back? Yes.

Speaker 1: Yes. We will leave you with a greeting, Sat Nam.

This is how we always conclude. Sat Nam means true identity.

So we beam and broadcast the energy of your true

identity to you in this moment and in every moment

until you're able to anchor that frequency for yourselves. And

so Sat Nam on this day. Sat Nam to you.

Speaker 3: Wow. Thank you.

Speaker 1: Hey, just give me a moment. I just have to

wiggle my body around you guys. So just give me

a moment. I do this swaying thing to bring myself back. So, okay.

Speaker 3: Wow. How you doing kid?

Speaker 1: I'm, I'm all right. I'm always a little spacey.

Speaker 3: I was going to ask, I was going to ask

Sarai if Karen is as cool as she thinks she is.

Speaker 1: I'm going to, Oh, my gosh. I don't know about that.

Speaker 3: So we've only got just a couple of minutes left, Karen,

and thank you for taking the time for that. I

always find when I interview, I've had many conversations with

channeled beings. I find it fascinating.

Speaker 1: Yes, totally.

Speaker 3: I really do. I've had some channels where I was like, Okay.

All right. But the good, the authentic channels that are

out there, it's fascinating. Fascinating. Yeah. And so looking at

you now, you look like a different person than was

on the show earlier.

Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I don't know. It was so cute. My mom,

when she first, I started posting, you know, channel videos

on YouTube and she didn't quite get what I was doing.

And I remember her saying like, why does it not

look like you? Then I had to explain the whole

channeling thing to her. So.

Speaker 3: Marty says Karen is way cooler than she thinks she is.

Speaker 1: That is kind, Marty. Thank you very much.

Speaker 3: Wow. And. I know you and I have talked about

this before, and other channels say the same thing. So

what did I say? You know, I know Daryl Anka really.

Speaker 1: Oh, about forgetting.

Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, about forgetting. And so I know Daryl really well. Okay,

we're really close friends. And I've done a lot of

events with him. And I remember, I don't know how

many years ago this was, but probably 10 years ago.

So I went up to Daryl afterwards. It was like 2,000 people.

Speaker 1: It was a big crowd.

Speaker 3: And so we do things where we wrap up and

we agree that we're going to go grab some dinner.

But I always ask the first question. Mm-hmm. Okay?

Speaker 1: All right? Mm-hmm.

Speaker 3: I can do it. I'm a dick. Right. I get that. So,

so I did. And I went up to Daryl and,

and I'm sitting down at the table. We're getting ready

to order dinner. And I turned to him and I go,

so man, what'd you think of my question? He goes, what?

I go, my, question he goes dude what'd you ask

what did you i said i'm gonna leave he this

is my.

Speaker 1: Friend yes he doesn't remember.

Speaker 3: No and i just i'm exactly the.

Speaker 1: Same i'm i'm the same like i will remember for

well it depends on the situation but you know like

i I don't generally remember after about 10 or 20 minutes.

It's like waking up from a dream in the morning

where you're like, oh, I had that really cool dream.

And then 20 minutes later, you're having your breakfast. You

have no clue. Like after our Beyond Belief episode, I

think you were like, wow, that was really good. And

I was like, was it?

Speaker 3: No, that was, I can't wait for everybody to see that.

That was, we were both in the moment. And that's

what was really cool about that. I was just getting

ready to ask you something specific, which was, man, it

just got away from me. It just got away from me. Well,

thank you. Jeez. When am I going to see you again?

What's going on?

Speaker 1: I don't know. Are you going down to Boulder next month?

I'm going down to Boulder next month.

Speaker 3: Okay, send me the dates. Yes, I'll let you know.

Is it a channeling conference or are you doing a show?

Speaker 1: No, it's just like a personal thing. Oh.

Speaker 3: I'll text you later. Okay, we'll talk about it tomorrow. Yeah,

not a problem.

Speaker 1: Blah, blah, blah.

Speaker 3: Yeah, so where can everybody keep up with you? Yeah.

And when do you do the meditations?

Speaker 1: Yeah, so thank you. So every single Tuesday at 2

o'clock Eastern on Zoom. And you can access that through

my Patreon community. If you want to join my private

community on Patreon. So my website is intuitive KB.com and

you can access that private community. If you, there's a

tab at the top that says join community. So that's the,

where to find me. And then on YouTube, if you

search intuitive Karen bell, you'll find, um, my channel videos

with Sir.

Speaker 3: I there. Awesome. Oh, that's what, that's, that's what I

was going to ask you. Um, Your– do you– it's

a long answer at the end of the show for you,

but you can make it short. Yes. Your speech pattern

and vocabulary is not Karen Bell when you're channeling.

Speaker 1: It is different.

Speaker 3: Oh, it's not different. It's completely different.

Speaker 1: Yeah, it's different.

Speaker 3: So like you mentioned your mom, you know, going and

watching your stuff. And for you, do you go back

and go, when did I learn that word?

Speaker 1: Yeah, I like watching the recordings because number one, I

don't remember what was said. And then number two, I

can see that it's not me. So but like some

people get confused because if they've only seen channeled like

videos of me channeling, then I think. probably Daryl Anka

has the same issue. Like they think he is Bashar.

So they'll think like, I am Sarai. And I'm like, no,

I'm actually not like her at all. Like we're very,

very different.

Speaker 3: Yeah. When I'm around Daryl or other channels, but we're

talking about Daryl, when I'm around Daryl, when Daryl and

I are just hanging out or just talking or whatever

on the, that's Daryl.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: Okay.

Speaker 2: I know Daryl.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 3: Right. And he's great. And he's that with that Bashar

switch gets turned on. I'm I'm in amazement and I

see it all the time. I'm around it all the time.

It's profound to me. It's man. So it's so awesome.

Speaker 2: I love it.

Speaker 1: I love seeing a switch in people because then that's how,

you know, you know, something different is coming through. obviously

still the same body and but there's like a different

broadcast coming through yeah so yeah it's fascinating to me

it's fascinating yeah me too I love I just love

watching other channelers also.

Speaker 3: So you are amazing just thank you so much Karen

and thanks for having me I want to do this

as soon as we can um yeah so uh let's

do it again and and we'll do Sarai a little

bit longer but I just wanted everybody to meet you

and and get your background next time we can just

you know, maybe even jump straight in.

Speaker 1: So. Yeah, totally. It can just be, you know, I'll

just go to sleep and you can just talk to

your eye for two hours.

Speaker 3: Oh man. All right. I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Speaker 1: Behave.

Speaker 3: All right. Thank you so much, Karen.

Speaker 1: Thanks, Jimmy.
