Clippers Summer League Wrap Up

Rob and Shap chat about how the Clippers looked in Summer League, what they saw from Keaton Wagler, Baba Miller, their most surprising and disappointing Clippers, as well as general takeaways from all the active players on the roster. We are now entering the dregs of the offseason, folks.

Speaker 1: Hi, this is Ralph Lawler. Welcome to the law the Jamoda.

Speaker 2: What's up everyone, It's the lad Vision Chaps upon come

to you. As always with Rob, I was going, Rob.

Speaker 1: You know what shop it's going Okay. The NBA off season,

I would say, is either here over, depending on how

you look at it. The actual stuff is over. We

are now in the quiet part of the NBA calendar

for the next two months or so, and we'll talk

about some outstanding items for the Clippers and things that

they might do or have potential to do. But the

Lebron James signing was like the last big thing of

this summer, and yeah, I think it's it's mostly gonna

pretty quiet the next couple of months. People are going

on vacation, et cetera. I wish I was going on vacation.

Speaker 2: August and September are traditionally the dead zone period of

the NBA off season, and it's when we often will

get guests and just like kind of shoot the ship

for lack of better terms, and just kind of enjoy

ourselves a bit. However, we do have exciting information, Rob.

The NBA Summer League concluded, and unlike many I thoroughly

enjoy Summer League. It's like one. It's not. I wouldn't

go as far as say it's like one of my

favorite parts of the league. That's definitely not true. But

I don't consider the like the NBA kind of done

until after the Summer League, because you know, we have

a podcast about the Clippers where a huge doorks. The

edges of the roster to me are very entertaining and

I get to learn a lot about the edge of

the roster. Also, Vegas is not far from me often.

I've gone to Summer League multiple times. I did not

go this year, but I was really close to going

because Keen Woggler Rob. Before we get into like each player,

did you have any lasting impact from Summer League this

year this summer.

Speaker 1: No, not for the Clippers. We'll talk about it. I

mean I watched I think all but one of the

games to at least some extent. I think I skipped

the game that Walgler didn't play, or maybe I only

watched like a quarter or two of that. I will

say on that note, it's it's kind of a bummer

that a lot of the top rookies don't play much

in Vegas anymore. Like I think aj Debantsa was shut

down after two games. Yeah, Darren Peterson is like the

only one of the top guys who actually played a

lot in the summer leagues, and it's kind of a bummer.

We'll talk about him. I I you know, I think

there were takeaways to be had. Do I like really

feel differently about any of the players on the Clippers

roster who actually matter, Not really, at least in the

long term. I think maybe even the short term, we

can discuss how any of the things we saw could

potentially translate to like next year. But no, I mean

I'm not higher or lower on Keith Woggler as an

NBA player because of his summer league.

Speaker 2: Yeah, I will say, and I'm going to talk about

each of them to degree. I don't watch much of

college basketball.

Speaker 1: Rob you are often You're not missing anything.

Speaker 2: I'm not missing anything. However, summer league does inform me

a lot because I don't watch any college basketball. It

gives me an idea about some of these players. Like

Boba Miller. I'd never seen play like an actual game

until this summer league. I've seen like highlights and stuff

into me. Highlights and everything are great, but you can

cut up highlights of you know, future Clipper Jamari and

sharp and probably think that he's well Chamberlain, but maybe

not Will Chamberlain.

Speaker 1: But you could build Russell, you would think.

Speaker 2: That he's somebody very good. And I feel like it

doesn't tell you about processing stuff and pretty with Keaton Woggler,

everybody talked about feel over and over and over again,

makes the right decision, doesn't kind of over you know,

it doesn't kind of overplay a bit, you know, kind

of you know, knows where the next passes. And to me,

as far as I'm concerned, you really need to see

a live game to appreciate that, because because highlights will

just show you all the right passes, whether he you know,

passes out of a trap into even a failed play

is important to see. And we watched a lot of

that in the very first game when the Clippers were

playing the Kings and trapping Woggler a lot, and he

was making the right play even though the plays went nowhere.

So things like that, I feel like you can only appreciate.

And definitely defense defense, I feel like you can only

appreciate in a live game how good somebody is defensively

and woggler. I will say I don't think I it

answered any concerns, but I will say I think it

reinforced a lot of the thing of his game, you know,

the idea that this is a guy who lets the

game come to him, which is good and bad sometimes.

But though we saw him much more aggressive after that

first game looking for his own shot, particularly when Padulla

was playing alongside him. When he got to play the

two a little bit more than the one, you got

to see him kind of in sets looking for a shot.

He does have some really nice Jordan miller S deceleration

going towards the basket, which I did not, you know,

appreciate as much from his highlights. He doesn't seem to

completely straight away from contact, which I appreciate. Very smart player,

beautiful shot. Every time he shoots, I think he's gonna

make it. I think he has a lot of great touch.

I love that he's just has no conscience from deep.

When a guy goes under, he's gonna pull up and

take that shot. It's gonna be a huge deal having

guys go over screens, and for him, throughout summer League,

a lot of his defenders were going over the screens

and that creates a ton of two on one advantages,

and he reacts really well to where the ball sh

should go from there. So I appreciate all that sort

of ball handler playmaking chops. He has the physicality thing

you mentioned Peterson rob It's night and Days saying a

guy like Peterson play versus a guy like Woggler. Obviously,

Peterson is champion, is one of the best prospects in

this draft, and you know, a superstar type of player,

and Woggler is a guy with star upside. But Peterson physically,

you know, athletically, you see a guy like that move

wherever he wants, particularly against summer league competition, You're like,

oh wow, that guy. You can see the transition from

that guy to the NBA Woggler. You know, he's clearly

heady and smart. But we saw in that first claim

the game, if you body him up a lot, physicality

can sometimes be a bit of an issue. I don't

think he shies away from it, but it can slow

him down a bit. And there's no bigger contrast in

watching him play, you know, against Peterson, who even defensively,

was able to recover when thought that maybe he had

he had lost him because he's such an athlete. In fact,

a couple of times he was a little too aggressive

and found Woggler on shots. But that game, I think

was really really helped me see the differences, you know,

physically between two of these top picks. But I will say,

you know, you can see how smart Woggler is. You

can see kind of why everybody talks about his feel

a lot. And you know, he shot like crap for

a summer league, but he got hot a couple of times,

especially in that third quarter against the Jazz.

Speaker 1: I believe it was.

Speaker 2: Beautiful shot. You know, he did, he did. They did

put him on some of the stars defensively as far

as the team's best wing player. And I won't say

that he shut down anybody. I mean, he still got

picked off of screens and he tried to recover, and

there was a lot of team guarding guys like Peterson

this or that. But he was up for the challenge

and I appreciated that, you know, and I appreciate that

the that the Clippers were willing to put him on

some of those guys because frankly speaking, they don't really

have parameter stoppers on this team. But you know, I

left it kind of feeling the same way going into

Summer League, which is, you know, he has some clear

deficiencies here, but you can see the tantalizing upside and

guy like him if you can fill out a bit,

if he can get stronger, he's a really smart I

think he's a really smart kind.

Speaker 1: Of opera Jason Preston esque.

Speaker 2: Oh no, rob why why? I just like talked about

this guy for minutes long. Jason Preston letting you cook.

I was letting you cook, Jason prest I will say

me and Lucas did like five Summer League pods on

Preston and President was struggling even in like summer league.

Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean this was a better summer league at Woggler,

who was younger than Preston significantly. He was better than

Preston ever looked in summer league. You know, I just

I like to make.

Speaker 2: That talk to me about Woggle. Rob Let's let's spend

a moment talking about him.

Speaker 1: I don't feel any differently about him long term. I mean,

I think you hit the nail on the head. He

was of almost anybody in Vegas. I feel like he

was one of the ones who lived up to like

all of the talking points like shot looked great, check clear,

you know, the height stood out, the lack of strength

and slender frame stuck out kind of the lack of

burst stuck out, Like all of the checkpoints are hit.

So I don't really feel any differently about him as

a prospect as a long term player, I will say

like in the short term, just like watching him against

you know, better competition than college not great, but and

certainly like sloppier than like a college game in especially

a conference game, but like just a higher level of

competition and talent and athleticism. It's gonna take a bit.

Like he's gonna have struggles his rookie season, most guys do.

But like, I think relying on him to be like

a positive impact player this season is unrealistic. And again

like I don't I'm saying that without any knocks on

him being like a long term good player, I think

he will be. I still think he has a very

nice ceiling, and I think just because of his height

and his shooting and his playmaking, I think he has

a floor of like even if he never really develops

into like a star like, I think he'll probably at

least be like a solid backup guard, which you know,

you don't love with a fifth pick in the draft,

but like it is what it is. Sometimes that happens.

But like this year, I you know, like I agree

with you. I was impressed with his defense at points,

but he will get bullied by larger players, and I

just his two point shooting is just gonna be really

bad this year. Like, I don't think he's gonna be

able to get to the basket much. I mean, he

does get to the basket, I think finishing is gonna

be a huge struggle. So like I do think like

having him play off ball more this year will work great,

and that will be alongside Garland. But also I think,

you know, he will probably play a lot alongside Chris Dunn,

who can handle least some of the rudimentary ball handling stuff,

just bringing the ball up the court and letting, you know,

wigg the run off ball. So I think the Clippers

have a solid context for him. I know, when the

Clippers first drafted him, there was a bunch of Oh,

he's gonna start. I'd be pretty surprised if he started,

I you know, because I think he's gonna be pretty bad,

and that's again that's fine for a rookie. I think

my main thing for him his rookie season I'm gonna

be looking for is the shot he shot really well

in college. The shot looks great. There were like three

or four catch and shoots where he was playing off

Padulla or Kobe Sanders where he caught the ball like deep,

like feet behind the three point r part like twenty six,

twenty seven, maybe even twenty eight feet and launched off

the catcher shoot and it look good. Like if he

is that kind of range and can consistently hit those shots,

like even if the rest of the game is still

pretty raw, Like that level of shooting combined with like

his handling and playmaking, I think will make him a

valuable player. So I'm just curious to see, like, is

he like a good three point shooter at pretty high

volume right away? If so, amazing sign and some of

the struggles elsewhere I won't care about if the shooting

you know, doesn't look great or you know, their struggles. Again,

it's not necessarily like the end of the world, but

that it would be a bit of a downsign for me.

But anyway, still like Woggler, still think him or Michel

Brown wrote the correct pick, so I was totally fine

with the Clippers taking him. I still think he'll be good,

but I do think the Clippers should probably bring him

off the bench and bring him along a little bit

more slowly alongside other ballhandlers as much as possible, and

let him kind of play off ball and focus more

on the shooting and kind of attacking in secondary play.

Speaker 2: Yeah, I have I have more to say about Woggler.

Let's take a quick break.

Speaker 1: Come back after this.

Speaker 2: Okay, we're back. You know you mentioned him playing off ball.

Rob That Laker game was also a big win for

me because in the first half he played pretty poorly.

He was a primary ballhandler. A lot of that app

second half, they started Padula next to him, and he

looks so much more comfortable, and I think that's going

to have to be a bit of a theme this year.

I actually do think Chris Dunn is a really nice

compliment to him for so many reasons, just being a

primary ballhander at least bring the ball up the floor.

You know, we know Chris Dunn isn't creating offensively, but

he'll be able to get him his looks coming up curls,

which we saw him doing some in the Summer League,

and just being such a lights out shooter. I mean,

I think he's going to be a very good shooter

if nothing else. You know, I think a lot of people,

I want to say, it was maybe our friend Adam

Oslin who liked to compare him a little bit to

Kobe Sanders, and I can see a lot of those comparisons,

but just the shot on its own, and his willingness

to take pull up threes and his you know, his

uh success hitting pull up threes in college, I think

separates him from a guy like Kobe Senders, who's much

more who's much stronger, and we'll talk about centers in

a second here too, and can be a little bit

more of a bully offensively as far as I kind

of finding his spots, and Woggler won't quite have that.

But off the catch, like and off pull ups, there's

just probably going to be quickly, even though Kobe shot

well from deep last year, just a bit more respect

for a guy like Woggler who's been such a successful

pull up shooter, and uh, you know, seeing him play

next to Padulla a little bit more comfortably and Padulla,

who also played quite well, and suddenly we'll talk about

him too.

Speaker 1: Did he?

Speaker 2: Yeah, Rob, there's a place.

Speaker 3: For Exervier Moons and for the Clippers Manster. You know,

you know what happens when you don't have Sean Padula, Rob,

I'm you have you have a mere cough, you have.

Speaker 2: A mere cough be playing point guard. You have Kobe

Sanders playing point guard and looking like they don't belong

in the NBA, either of them.

Speaker 1: You know. Oh, there's a place for him in summer league.

Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a place for him on the Clippers.

Speaker 1: There's a place for summer league.

Speaker 2: Yeah.

Speaker 1: I don't. I don't. I don't think he needs to

be on it.

Speaker 2: To you, I don't. I tend to agree with that,

But I do think that's a really valuable guy for

the I mean, he was great in the G League

last year. Yeah, he will be great in the G

League this year. And I wouldn't mind if it was

for the San Diego Clippers. With the Ocean Side Clippers,

I forget which is which now Ocean side Ocean Side.

Speaker 1: I can't. I think it's I think it is now

San Diego. But they play an ocean side.

Speaker 2: Oh, they're San Diego, yeah, but they play an ocean side.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 2: But I think he would be great for that team,

particularly for a guy like Boba Miller, who will also

talk about but just putting a bow on Woggler, I

I don't think it changed much of my opinion on

what I've heard, but I'm really glad to have seen

it on TV and like have a good idea of

what he's about. And I'm excited for him to play

next to Garland, next to done Do. I think he

should start. No, I think it would be if the

Clippers kept Derek Jones junior, which I don't think they will.

I think bringing in Derek Jones Junior early for Done

so Done could play some minis alongside Woggler so he

doesn't have to play on ball all the time would

be an interesting move. I'm very, very fascinated by that,

and I think Woggler could be really good. I think

that shot is pure. I think he will be willing

to take thirty foot sometimes even thirty five foot thirty

three foot threes. I think he has a lot of

confidence and a stroke and his ability as a scorer.

And I'm excited, you know, I think this will be

a big year for him. What we see you know?

To me, as far as the Clippers are concerned, we

want Yanick to comfortably be a starter by the end

of the year, and we want Woggler to be comfortably

a starter by the end of the year. Will Woggler

do it not like.

Speaker 1: A start, like a starting level player on this team.

Be shocked if we.

Speaker 2: Want Woggler to be comfortably starting on this team without

constantly being like, Oh, he shouldn't be starting.

Speaker 1: You know, Oh, I don't think that will happen this year.

Speaker 2: You don't think so?

Speaker 1: No, No, I mean I don't think he's gonna be

able to finish around the rim. I don't think he'll

be able to get to the rim or finish around

the rim as a rookie.

Speaker 2: And I agree, But I mean, well, you know.

Speaker 1: Like a pure off guard just shooting. I just don't know.

The defense with him and Garland I think will be

so bad this this year. Like I think eventually, I

think he could be a decent defender as he puts

on muscle. He certainly has the hype for it, and

I kind of liked some of his instincts on that end.

But I will he start for the Clippers by the

end of the year, maybe, do I think you will

be a starting caliber player, I'd be pretty surprised. I

feel similarly about Yannick.

Speaker 2: I think that's I think that's fair h But I

think it would be a win if he played himself

into like the starting role like Shaye did. I'm not

comparing him to Shae, but you know, Shaye did not

start obviously, and pretty quickly, you know, there was this

idea like, oh, we should start Shae. And Shaye didn't pop,

like his stats were like he was like ten three

and three or something as a starter, that he had

some growing pains. But if after a couple of months,

there's like a feel that Woggler is playing so well

off the bench that you'll go ahead and give him

a shot over a guy like Dunn as a starting two,

and maybe you play Derek Jones Junior at the three

and that can be your point of attack defender and

you kind of live with the results, like I would

love to see that. I'm not saying that he would

be outright better than a guy like Chris Done or

even Derrick Jones Junior, but if he kind of plays

his way into that starting role because he's the guy

that you want to be starting, even for a team

that is not trying to tank this year. That would

be a huge win as far as I'm concerned for

not just the Clippers, but you know, for the health

of the franchise going forward. That's what I hope to

see from Woggler. And if he doesn't accomplish it, it's

not like it's not like I'm out or anything. It's

not like I'm done with Woggler. But I think that's

the goal for the year. For Woggler to play himself

into a starting role. That would be like the goal.

I don't have like huge expectations as far as like

counting stats or you know, fifteen and six or anything

like that. No, I don't care about any of that stuff.

I want to see him play well enough coming off

the bench to the fact that he eventually not just demands,

but he eventually kind of like makes sense to be

to be given some starter minutes and see if he

can pull it off.

Speaker 1: You know, I would be pretty surprised if that happened.

I will just be very frank. I might have said

something very similar, you know, for Shape before that season

so you know, certainly willing to be wrong, would love

to be Yeah, notoriously, I.

Speaker 2: Thought that I should start start for the Clippers the

rest of that year.

Speaker 1: For eternity, actually he should still be starting for them. Yeah, unstatable.

It would be great if that happened. It really depends

on what the Clippers want to do this year, if

they have any illusions about contending making the playoffs play

and I I just I would be pretty surprised. Again,

and I'm not trying to sound like I'm super harsh

on Walkler. I just think the defense with him and

Garland and presumably brandon Ingram together is just would be

a complete train wreck this season forgetting the offensive stuff.

And maybe he is so good on offense that it

kind of trumps that. Again, I'd be a little surprised

just due to the whack burst and strength in terms

of like driving and finishing. But like, maybe maybe it happens.

Maybe the shot is so good it like opens things up,

and the playmaking as a secondary tertiary guy is really there,

Like it's it wouldn't like it's not impossible to me.

I wouldn't be like, wow, like I bet my life

savings that it won't happen like I think it could,

but I my expectations are probably lower. I think if like,

by the end of the season he is the Clippers

like sixth man and is logging, you know, twenty five

minutes a game off the bench, and is looking pretty

good on offense, and you know, the shot is good,

I will be happy. I I think just with this

team's roster construction, I think it it's honestly less even

about Woggler and more about just the team around him.

Speaker 2: That's fair.

Speaker 1: I just the more I think about this team, the

kind of less I like it. But that's uh, we

should probably save that for a different pot.

Speaker 2: But we will save that for many pods.

Speaker 1: Robert, Yeah, I could be depressing on on other podcasts. Yeah,

I mean, I thought it was a totally fine summer

League form Woggler, Like, outside of that one quarter against

the Jazz in the second game, he didn't have any

like insanely good moments. But after that first game, which

was was pretty dreadful in all honesty, I thought he

was mostly like fine to good the rest of summer League,

and like, yeah, he has some weaknesses. He's not in

like the world's best basketball prospect, but like the shooting

for me is the most important thing, and I'm just

I'm excited to watch him play. The Clippers have not

had a prospect as good as him since since Shay.

Like I I think that's pretty clear. Terrence Man was

better than him in Summer League. But Terrence Man was

also like four years older than him and was truly

an NBA ready guy physically in a way that Woggler's not.

So yeah, I'm I was. I was, you know, perfectly

content with Woggler summer league overall.

Speaker 2: Rob who were you most impressed by in summer league

for the Clippers?

Speaker 1: Nick Martinelli. I would say, Now the question with him

is like does any of it translate into that? I mean,

we'll just have to see. But in terms of just

watching across the summer league, who was like I was

most impressed by it was definitely Martinelli. I think the

highest flashes were probably Boba Miller and we'll talk about him,

but Martinelli, like the rebounding impressed me, like all of

his little array of like floaters and push shots that

he's able to get off, and like at his size,

I think he should continue to be able to get

this off. I think I mentioned this in I don't

know if it was in an article or in one

of our pods or just on Twitter or something. He

kind of reminds me of Hoimay Hawkes Junior in terms

of kind of like a very unorthodox game that revolves

around a lot about like he kind of goes in

the post or semi goes in the post a lot.

Hawkes also uses again like these variety of kind of

odd shots, like he's stronger and he was just a

better prospect than Martinelli. I'm not trying to say he

will be as good as Taimy hawkas, but like their

games remind me of each other a little bit. And

the shot looks a little bit funky, but it goes

in and I just you know, the rebounding, like the cutting,

his ability to leak in transition and knowing the right

time to break. I was just impressed. He's just really good,

you know. I think there are questions about the defense,

but I think to me that it's just really all

comes down to the shot. If he becomes like a

legitimately good three point shooter, like to me, he is

going to be an NBA player. It's probably just like

a bench player, Like he's probably never gonna be more

than like a ninth man. But like, if he's a

good three point shooter, I think he will have like

a real NBA career. If not, then he he probably won't.

But everything else really looked pretty good to me in

summer league.

Speaker 2: Yeah, let's take a quick break. I'm gonna talk about

Martin Elly after this we're back. I love me some

Nick Martinelli. I think he has upside as like an

end of the rotation bench guy. Yeah, and you know,

I think I think the Hawkeas comp is very good,

mostly because I think Martinelli is such an opportunistic scorer,

Like he just always seemed to be in the right spot.

He was like eight for nine out of nowhere in

like a couple of these games because he barely even

touched the ball, but he just knew where to go,

he knew when to cut, He took his shots when

they were there. He really acted like the score that

he was in college. He shot really well from deep

last year in college. You know, can he do that?

He's six seven. He's not like small, you know, he's

six seven. He kind of projects as like a wing

type of size, A three type of size. However, he

plays like a bully, so that always is a little

bit concerning for these like college guys going into the NBA.

But six seven isn't nothing. He's a really hard nosed guy.

He was never afraid to kind of mix it up

all of summer league. And I don't know, like I really,

I really think that, like you said, as long as

there's a shot, and there's no reason to not think

that there is, I think that he has a place

in the league, and I hope that he has a

place as a Clipper. He feels like a real win

now type of player, which maybe is a little bit

difficult for the Clippers just trot out there. But he

totally seems like an eighth guy as long as he

can hit his threes and just opportunistic cuts. Trust like

his little flip shots. We'll take a couple of gribbles

into the spin, knows exactly where to go. Now we'll

get pushed. Will he get pushed off his access amongst

like all the bigger bodies. Jeremy Lynn made a great

point during one of the Clippers summer league games. He

kind of said that everything is a little bit, a

little bit faster in the G League and in Summer

League compared to every compared to like the NBA, because

everyone's a little shorter. You know, there's a small all

our guards who are allowed to play a little bit more.

And I totally agree with that just watching some G

League competitors from league. So it does really allow for

guys like Kobe Sanders and Nick Martnelli to play kind

of bigger than they would be in the NBA. You

saw Kobe Sanders play a plenty of bullyball and Marnelli

kind of got away with some of that too, you know.

Is that something that Nick Martnelli can figure out in

the NBA. I'm not completely sure if the physicality will

push him off, but like you mentioned, Rob, if he

can shoot, it'll create some driving opportunities. We'll have people

playing attention to him on the perimeter. He'll be able

to find seams to find his little flip shots. However,

they just sag off of them and things are a

little bit different. We've seen this time and time again

with these type of players. But he's just really smart,

just a seamless player. I feel like to any kind

of roster where he'll go oh in the right spots,

and I came out, probably like you, most impressed with

him and thinking that he is totally I went from thinking, Oh,

this guy probably is like a G League star to thinking, Oh,

this guy could make a roster and he could be

like an end of the bench bench guy and productive.

I definitely came out very impressed with him as well.

Speaker 3: Roun.

Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I think if you if the Clippers

were just suddenly called in and had to play an

actual regular season game tomorrow, I think he would be

the most helpful of the rookies. I mean, I don't

think you would get rotation minutes on the Clippers full

roster as it is right now, but like I think,

if called upon, like if those three guys were forced

to play, like take the place of whoever would be

ahead of them in the rotation, like Kobe Sanders, Isaiah Jackson,

you know, Chris Dunn, whoever. Woglin would just be in

the rotation. I guess I think Martinelli would probably fit

in the most and look the least out of play

against like NBA players right off the bat. Again, clearly

more limited upside compared to Woggler, who's much younger. Baba Miller,

who's bigger and way more athletic. He is the lowest

ceiling of those guys by far. But like, yeah, I

mean if if he can shoot from three, like I don't,

I don't see why he couldn't just play ten to

twelve minutes a game in the NBA, like as soon

as this season, which again is not like an amazing

draft pick, but like where he was selected, that's that

that would be a win if it happens again, maybe

the shot just never comes around, or he's too bad

on defense, or the bulleyball doesn't work whatever, But like

I was quite impressed with just overall how he played

in Summer League, as you said, like kind of the

handle of the ability to actually get into the paint,

some of the little spin moves and stuff. He's just

he's just a very polished basketball player.

Speaker 2: Talk to me about Boba Miller signed to a contract

before the Summer League even started, rob Yeah, how do

you feel about Boba Miller? Of course, he was the

thirty six pick for the Clippers, a guy I knew

very little about. But I'm down to talk about what

did you feel about him?

Speaker 1: Robi?

Speaker 2: I know you had some thoughts about him as far

as being an upside guy. When the Clippers drafted him,

did he kind of show you all that and then

some or we just kind of how'd you feel about him?

Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean he's the kind of guy who I

think it's the hardest to really take much away from

summer league, right because, like he's not a scorer, he's

not a shooter. There were flashes of just the pure

athleticism on like a couple of dunks and on some blocks,

like a couple rebounds, like hustle plays, whatever, Like you

can see the flashes, but like those types of players

ultimately like dirty work, defensive oriented, especially guys who are

not point of attack defenders, it's just hard to really

get a sense for them in summer league. So I

don't really have a toune else to say. Like I mean,

I again, like he's huge, he moves really well, or

his size. I think the upside could come on either

offense or defense, which is really exciting. Like I think

if the shot comes around, like he could be a

very useful offensive player in terms of being able to

finish in kind of like a athletic rim running sense, Like

if the shot comes around, you add that in he

has some nice little playmaking abilities, like there's interest there.

And then on defense, I think it's very obvious to

get his size and his length and his athleticism. If

he's really able to lock in, especially in like help

and off ball stuff like, he could be a real

menace on the defensive side. I mean, there's maybe a

one percent chance it all comes together and he's just

really really good two way players. That's a pie in

the sky outcome, and I think him even being really

good on one end is not the most likely, but

like the flashes are definitely there.

Speaker 2: I really enjoyed a summer league. This is a guy

I didn't know much about. You can see why the

clip distracted him. You know, six eleven really athletic. Has

some great high like plays, including that one Kobe centers

Aloup in the game without Keidan Woggler. You know, he's

clearly a center in a summer league context. In a

G league context, I wouldn't say that clearly in an

NBA context, And that kind of is what puts him

a little bit out of position. Is he a four?

Can he maybe even play some three? I think in

one of the games he was compared to Jayden McDaniels,

which like I would have not done because he seems

so clearly like a four. You know, could he play

the three two and be a menace of a point

of attack guy? I don't know. He seemed to be.

He seemed to be a classic roamer type of defender.

And you know, a guy that could probably get away

playing uh over, you know, against centers because of his length,

and you could play him that way too. Yeah, definitely

processes pretty well, not afraid to put the ball on

the floor. I think there were you know, reports that

he had a growth spread much like Yannick, and he

played point guard growing up, so he clearly has comfort

playing you know, dribbling, and you know it makes me,

it makes me enthusiastic as far as ability as a

roller and to make.

Speaker 1: The next pass.

Speaker 2: So that's a really good thing. He had some threes.

He looked comfortable shooting despite being a knemick from deep.

Speaker 1: Last SHO looks good. It's slow, but it looked good.

You know, it was like five attempts, but it's better

than nothing.

Speaker 2: Stan Fan Gundy went crazy about during his game, talk

about his stroke, talked about him being a guy, you know,

and you know, I do trust and to a degree

that guy knows, you know, knows more about basketball than

I'll forget or whatever. The Saint Goats. Uh and uh,

he looked good that game. You look good all of

Summer League. But Rob, I think you're right. This is

an athletic talent who's six's eleven, who just kind of

towers with his pure talent and skill in this sort

of stun. I think he'll be a dominant, not dominant,

but I think he'll be a quite good G League player,

like a real twenty to ten kind of a guy

in the G League. Whether or not that translates into

the NBA this year, I don't know. But man, he's

got some real tools. I totally see what the hype

was about. And I think he's got some real skill

as far as a processor. The rebounding we didn't quite

see in the Summer League. But I'm hoping he's a

rebounder of some substance in the NBA because if he is,

and that's a skill right away that the Clippers could

really use. If he can shoot at any sort of

clip from deep, then he's automatically an NBA player. But

I think between the athleticism, the rebounding, and the smart

processing stuff from being a point guard and growing, having

growth spurt and ability to put the ball on the floor.

There's some real tools there that leave me kind of

excited for what he could be for sure, and the

Clippers thought as much themselves as giving him a contract.

Speaker 1: He is, whether he pans out or not. He's the guy,

the type of player who have wanted the Clippers to

take in the second round for forever, like actual real

upside again, even if it's very unlikely he reaches that upside, like,

could this guy eventually be like a real impact player.

And for so many of the Clippers Summer League or

Summer League second second round picks over the years, the answer,

even if like you liked them as players, it was

just like, oh, if Jason Preston pans out, he's like

maybe an okay backup point guard, Like if Daniel Turu

pans out, he's maybe an okay backup center. Like these were,

you know, and both of them obviously completely flamed out,

but like their upside was just not non existent. Really,

they were just bad picks in almost every possible way.

And there's a very good chance Boba Miller never plays

a real role for this team, but like you could

see the glimpses of here's a guy who like could

theoretically theoretically be like a starting level player, Like unlikely,

but like there is a world where that happens in

a way where just just you couldn't say that about

most of the Clippers second round picks over the past decade.

So yeah, I was, I was excited when they picked him. Again,

Like it's hard to really deduce much from his summer league,

even more than most players, just because he's not the

type of player that really flashes a lot there. But

again I was, I was encouraged, and I find it

a little unlikely. Of the three of these guys, I

think it's the least likely he will play much this year.

But like maybe the Clippers do view him as a center,

and like I would think not because of the Jamerian

Sharp signing, I think that is actually a sign that

they don't view him as a center. But the Clippers

are also really shallow at power forward right now, like

Kobe Sanders, I guess is their backup power forward, so

like there's a road for him to play there as well,

So Yeah, I mean I maybe he does. Maybe he

does have a real role as soon as this season,

especially if the defense looks better than expected. So yeah,

I overall for the Clippers three rookie, I don't think

there are any like A plus showings, But like I

think Martinelli was kind of in terms of just the

day to day in the Summer League, was the most impressive.

Bob and Miller had kind of the most impressive flashes,

and Woggler like look pretty solid. He's one of the

youngest players in Summer League, so you know, good stuff.

Speaker 2: Jaman Sharp, by the way, was given a two way

contract by the Clippers. Seven five, seven and seven four

blocks a game. Very tall man gets many blocks in

the G League.

Speaker 1: That is all.

Speaker 2: That's all I really have to say about him. Seems

like a rim roller, you know, vertical defender type who

you may be familiar with on the Clippers, whether that

is just.

Speaker 1: The Moses Brown Kai Jones, just a guy who's not

really very good, who can you can throw in for

eight minutes in a pinch because he's gigantic. Yeah, and

that's it.

Speaker 2: Hopefully he plays well in the G League and hopefully

doesn't play you know, plays a lot, because I'm hoping

Joanna comes back and we'll just be an NBA guy.

Speaker 4: That's a whole different thing. I'm hoping out of the walk,

out of the walking boot. So fingers crossed. It looks

like he's playing on the court and getting some sessions in.

Whether that's what kind of Jeralsey's doing. I don't know

what his timeline is.

Speaker 2: I don't know. We'll find out in a couple of months,

probably when training cap starts how quickly he'll be back

six to twelve months months for this, Frank, I think

we had some you know, promising stuff from from Justin

Rousseo a while ago about him being back before the

end of the year. But I really just don't know yet.

We will see. Let's take another quick break, come right back,

talk about the rest of the summer league roster after this. Okay, Rober,

we're back really quickly. Some guys under contract. Kobe Sanders

looks like looked like he was too good to be

in summer league. Gratefully, you know, different than how I

felt coming after last year Summer League. Shout out Kenny

the Jet Smith, who came onto the broadcast in the

second quarter and talked about set Trimble for like thirty minutes,

and then when Kobe Sanders hit a layup at the buzzer,

he said, to give Kobe Sanders a contract based on

the smarts of that last play. Keep doing your research, Kenny.

That was that made me laugh really hard. But we

had Kitty talking about a UNC guy for fifteen minutes

and not knowing Kobe Sanders was already signed to a

deal for the Clippers. Real typical stuff. Bringing that hard,

hard analysis to esp head. Kobe looked very comfortable. He

looked like a bigger guy, a comfortable guy. You know,

another reason why a more physical guy really shines in

a setting like this. He hadn't made three's for a

bit and to start the Summer League, and then he

kind of caught fire a bit, and that I believe

it was that second quarter in that game that Woggler

didn't play. Had some nice games here, real nice connector,

was a huge cheerleader for all the guys. Had that

great Top five moment with Woggler post game in that

second game where Woggler got the schneid a bit. I

just seemed like a great locker guy, like he's always

been shout out Kobe Sanders, who once said paper bowl,

paper bowl a couple of times in the podcast.

Speaker 1: Really, I would sorry, if you're listening, Kobe, I would

I hope you are. I would not necessarily say he

looked too good for some league. He looks pretty good.

I I was fine with him not playing the last

game or two. I wouldn't quite go that far. But

I also, like, just I don't know why he was there, Like,

I think it's actually more of a compliment to Kobe

Sanders for me to say this, Like I just he

was a rock solid rotation player for like most of

last season, Like I just I don't and he's not

the kind of player who like I just really needed

to see in some league, Like the Clippers have done

this before, like they sent him your coffee in a year,

Like I didn't think he needed to go last year.

I didn't really think Jordan Miller needed to be there,

Like they have a tendency to do this and it's fine,

like it doesn't really matter, but I I just didn't

really care much. It was nice to see him play.

I like Kobe Sanders, He's gonna be in the Clippers

rotation this year and hopefully will continue to improve on it.

A very nice rookie season. But I took absolutely nothing

away from his leaky Yes, yeah, yeah, I guess maybe

that is just the definition. I don't think he looked

too good to be there, but I think he is

too good to be there, so I didn't really care

how he looked.

Speaker 2: So okay, Cam Christy was bad.

Speaker 1: Rob oh god, he had a good first quarter and

then the next seven quarters were bad, and then he

sat the last three games. Yeah, it was not encouraging.

And he's the guy who I wrote you know before,

was like kind of the guy who was probably the

most important for him, like much more important than Walker

and Walkler was just a fifth pick. Even he was

terrible in summer, Like it doesn't matter to him. It

would matter to a fan and maybe to the organization

if he was truly abysmal, but like he has a contract.

It was not great from camp Christie, who was still

very young.

Speaker 2: He was.

Speaker 1: He was the second youngest player on the Clippers summer

league roster, not just like their act actual roster, which

he's also the second youngest, but like their summer league roster,

which goes to show how yunkie still is like he was.

He came out, he was a one and done. He

was I think he was the youngest player in the

NBA his rookie season, or one of like the two

or three youngest. Like the book is not written on him,

but like you really would have liked for him to

have been better than he was. He looked out of control.

I think the coaching staff put an emphasis on him

to drive because he wasn't shooting much. He just kept

driving and it kept looking ugly. You know, again, we've

seen Kim Christie play like limited but actual NBA minutes

and like there's some stuff on the defensive end. He's quick,

like he is real style. It's for him. It's kind

of just like the three point shot looks great, it

doesn't fall in enough. He doesn't seem comfortable taking it enough.

I think he's probably not gonna be on the team

this year, but like right now, he's the fourteenth man.

They certainly do not need to cut him, and if

they can't find somebody else, they're like even if they

signed Benedict Mathern or whatever, they will still have fifteen

guys on the team. And he's a small enough salary

that even if they bring him into the roster, you know,

he makes it past the non guarantee date, they can

always wave him and it's you know, a minor eating

of salary. So I would lean towards him probably not

making the team, Like they'll probably do something else and

he might get cut at the end of training camp

before his salary becomes guaranteed. But like the Clippers have

two whole years of evidence on him, so like the

summer league stuff probably doesn't factor in that much either way.

It just was not a good showing.

Speaker 2: He's not shooting very well from boughtwick volume in the

G League. He is shot very poorly from as a

Clipper in his limited sample size. I love how his

shot looks, but he's missing his shots.

Speaker 1: And he's supposed to call the Wes Johnson brutal man.

Speaker 2: Wes Johnson next Sean Mary and I.

Speaker 1: Heard, oh god, oh no, it was not true.

Speaker 2: He was a Clipper, for he was a Clipper for

a very long time, longer than you would realize, because

he was an assistant coach for a very long time ONCET.

Kevin Durant. Very good guy, that's what we That's usually

not a good phrase. Here.

Speaker 1: Yeah, when you hear me say that it's about a Clipper,

it's it's bad. It means they think for those who

for if this happens to be your first time listening

to this podcast, God help you.

Speaker 2: If it is, Yeah, first time, let me tune in

for this summer league pot. I love it.

Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, the shot looks great. It's the sample

size is still small, like, and he's still really young.

You know, I think he would be the type of

player of the Clippers word to wave him. I think

he probably would get a two way somewhere else. Like,

I think some team would give him a two way

due to pedigree and just his age and stuff. But

like it was a disappointing summer league showing.

Speaker 2: You know, I still think Cam Christy will be an NBA.

It has a great chance to be an NBA player.

It just might not be for the Clippers. He just

might be too young. That's unfortunate. I mean, Max is

playing really well. I wouldn't be surprised if he has

something similar to Max in a few years and a

couple of years and suddenly Clipper fans are like, oh

this is another guy we let go too quickly. But

he was so young that I think that just parts

of his games that he needs to fill out. You know,

last summer League, I thought that we saw some nice

strides from Cam Christy. This summer League, I did not

feel that way. Rob Let's talk about a couple other

guys un impressed that are maybe on the fringes here,

Sean Padulla, who you talked about a little bit, and

north Shad Omeir, who I went mostly between. I wish

we could give these minutes someone else. Oh, look at that.

Those are some nice Those are some nice things Omir

is doing in particularly this setting. Tell me about those guys.

How you felt about that.

Speaker 1: I'm pretty out on both of them. Padula is just tiny.

I think the best comp to him would be like

Colin Gillespie on the suns. I think there's even a

resemblance of of sorts. Uh, guys, that's small. I just

think you have to be abnormally good to be. Yeah,

But like I and I, I haven't looked up the

official sizes. He looks so small, Padula, like he can't

be six feet and I think I think Gillspie is

a little bigger than him. Yeah. To me, he's just

like too small, Like, he's really good. He's he's a

good shooter, he's a good ball plainler. He can play,

he can play, make like he is very good at basketball.

I think just in the modern NBA, he's too small

to really be able to do very much. You described

him earlier as the Xavier Moon. That's exactly what he is.

He's a guy who, like, if the Clippers need him

in an emergency to run an offense for ten minutes,

he can probably do it, okay, like here and there,

I would rather sign a guy who has a little

bit more upside to a two way deal. But like it,

you know what is what it is Omeir is a

fascinating player. The first two or three games I was,

I was firmly on like the please get him off

the court and give his minutes to literally anybody else

in the entire world, Like put Lucas out there, just

anybody but this guy. Sorry Lucas for the pot shot, Lucas, Yeah, yeah,

put him at center instead of nor Shadowmere And then

he was much better in the last two games again

kind of similarly, like he's a really undersized big man.

He plays hard, he tries really hard. He's probably he's

like insanely strong. I just I think if you're an

undersized center in the NBA, you have to be just

better sorry nor shadow mirror, just kind of better at

like shooting and playmaking and other stuff. Like he he

seems like a guy who, like fifteen years ago, could

have made it as like an undersized backup center. Not

saying he's as good as Chuck Ha's or I'm trying

to think of other guys like they played differently, like

Carl Landry, those types of like like undersized like backup

centers used to be kind of.

Speaker 2: Chuck CA'SE was so good, underrated pastor defensive.

Speaker 1: School was good. I'm just like ometer is not.

Speaker 2: I will not take I will not take this comparison

to legend Chuck ha'se.

Speaker 1: The Chuck Wagon Chuck.

Speaker 2: Wagon, he was so good, it's so smart.

Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just saying that, like I don't know, I say,

just last in today's NBA, maybe he would. But you know,

NBA has gotten bigger in the past five to ten years.

It's gotten more athletic just constantly, and uh yeah, I

don't know, oh your yeah, I don't know if they

keep on the two adeal that's fine. But like the

two A deals seems set between Martin, Nelly, Sharp and

Padula is still on a two A. But like two

a's are also like you can just wave two ways

that very little penalty. So like if they find somebody

better than Padula or Sharp or whoever, they can just

like if Yannick is back in training camp, but my

guess is Sharp, that's acts. Then they put in somebody else.

Maybe it's O Me or maybe it's somebody else. But yeah,

I mean he had moments like the last two games

he was really good. Padula had like two or three

like outstanding games. But I just don't think either of

them is really NBA players. There's no fault of their

own really, I just think the limitations.

Speaker 2: It really is kind of like g Leeue Garland, Like

I'm okay with him kind of being that way in

the g and letting guys playoff ball naturally, I am

fine with him being a two way guy. Do I

want somebody that has a bit more upside as like

a an NBA prospect and that slot, Yeah, I always do.

I felt the same way about Xavier Moon, who, despite

being a consummate pro and hitting a game winning Summer

League Showcase game over. I believe it was the Clipper center,

the former Clipper center who we always went am I

forgetting his name. You'd mentioned him earlier in the Pod Robur. Yes,

he had a game winning winner Showcase game winner over

Otu ro and really just was a very very solid

score for that G League team and had a couple

of flashes with the with the big league team too.

But Padulla very much feels like one of those guys,

and I think that's fine. But I do think it's

helpful for a guy like Boba Miller in the G League.

But would I rather be a guy that sums upside? Yeah?

Speaker 1: Probably.

Speaker 2: Let's do some quick hitters here, Rob about the other

guys and see if you got anything from them. Jimill Telford,

former Clipper two.

Speaker 1: Way, he's probably more more interesting to me than Padula

or Omir. I mean, he's also probably more replaceable. Like

he's just kind of a bog standard like three and deep,

like guard slash undersized wing. But like, I don't know,

Like again, it feels kind of similar as to what

I said about Martinelli, Like if the Clippers like desperately

needed like ten minutes of like you know, play from

like a shooting guard small forward, which they shouldn't, it's

the deepest position on the team. But like if they did,

like I feel like you could throw Jamil tel Ford

out there and he'd be fine, Like he'd make a

corner three, he'd play okay on defense and that would

be that. So yeah, yeah, he didn't really have any

standout moments, but he just looked competent and he has

NBA type skills. So to me, he's kind of more

interesting than those other two guys. Yeah, even again, like

he's not young and it's there's no real upside, but

like he to me, he's more like if a if

you need him, you can plug him into an NBA

game than Padula or or omir.

Speaker 2: Real do it all wing. We had a lot Murray

on last summer. He had a good segment talking about

Telford there.

Speaker 1: So if you want to hear, clearly liked him.

Speaker 2: Definitely much to say about Fletcher Lawyer. Rob themous folks

that fremantle the rest of.

Speaker 1: These Okay, yeah, yeah, Fletcher Lawyer is very white, famous folks.

I think played the least he played like the last

two and a half games, not really much to say there,

Riley Kogle fast, he is fast. I think he's just

if we're gonna throw out super random. There was some

flashes of Tony Roton amazing, but for the deep cuts

out there. Yeah, he was.

Speaker 2: Good for a minute. No he didn't.

Speaker 1: He have.

Speaker 2: Love Wow, amazing, amazing. People who play fantasy basketball are

going crazy.

Speaker 1: Yeah, pick up themous, folks and your keeper, Riley Google.

I played, and I don't remember single thing he did.

Zach Fremantle was abysmal. Sorry, Zach Fremantle, if you're listening

because you think a podcast will be talking about you,

I regret to influ fifty minutes into this podcast that

you were were really bad.

Speaker 2: I won't.

Speaker 1: Yeah, Zach Fremantle bad. Uh Yeah, I lead with that. No,

I don't. I don't have anything. None of those guys

really particularly interesting, you know folks again, like a point

guard with his size and speed, like you can squint

and see like that could be an interesting player. But

I think he's old then, Like he was not great

in college statistically, though he won some award. I looked

all these guys up and did research on that before

some league, and then it vanished on my mind. He

won like he was all big whatever whatever conference he

was in his last year. But like all these guys

are pretty old and just not NBA players. Tell Ford

to me the only one who I'd like. He was

already on a two way deal. I could see the

Clippers putting back on a two way if they want to.

Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, a real competite player. Any closing thoughts, Rob,

I mean, the Clippers have not done very much except

for the sharp signing. We're waiting. I don't I'm not

going to give the Kawhi Leonard stuff anymore conversation. And

I'm so sick of this, dude.

Speaker 1: I don't know how. I don't know how this is

still going.

Speaker 2: Yeah, this is just a last gift from Kawhi Leonard

for every Clipper fan. I can't wait for it to

be done, and just like, get it done already. Anyways,

I'm not going to talk about it.

Speaker 1: You can't wait to watch Brandon Ingram play for the Clippers.

Speaker 2: I'm just a big Brandon Ingram stand I've watched him

drop thirty a game on the Clippers when he was

a Pelican for god knows how long. Anyways, I also

saw Chris Dunn shut him down last year. Yes, yeah, yeah,

any closing thoughts a roll before we kind of let

the rest of the Clippers off season happen. I'm just

waiting for it to happen.

Speaker 1: I would guess Benedict Mathern his back on the Clippers

next year.

Speaker 2: I just don't do you want him back, like I mean,

I think the Clippers have enough guards that.

Speaker 1: Could take you. So many guards, they have so many guards.

I'm We've talked about this. I'm a very mixed bag. Like,

on one hand, I do not like watching him play,

and quite frankly, I don't think he's very good. On

the other hand, he's still young and like has a

ton of talent, and if the Clippers let him walk

and he does become really good elsewhere, it would be

look really bad. Like he is a guy who like

again I don't really believe in, but like there's a

chance that the Clippers messing it up could come to

bite them in a way that like I think teams

usually default to just keeping those guys. So even if

it is a kind of a bad contract, it's better

than like letting a guy who could be like a

star at this point, like I find unlikely, but like

he could probably still be like a good starter. If

things really rounded into shape for him, I would guess

he's back. I'm not I'm not like certain about it.

But I don't know what other team. I don't think

a single team has been linked to him and sign

and trades every update where he's mentioned, which has been rare.

It's just like the Clippers, you know, have some interest

in bringing him back, but you know they're also signed

in trades. But like, unlike Peyton Watson or something, there's

these other guys. There's been no team mentioned as a

sign and trade option, which to me means that's just

agent fluff and that there's not really a market for him.

So as the summer drags along and like some of

these other guys get resolved, like Kaminga and Watson, like

maybe the math room market shakes loose a little bit.

But the Clippers have so many guards. I just they

could always do other stuff, like if they sign him,

they could clear a roster spot by like trading Derek

Jones Junior or Chris Dunn or Grady Dick or whoever.

But I would expect him to be back. I do

not think the Peyton Watson thing will happen. I just

reporting seems to be you might just take the qualifying

off for which I think would be really stupid. But

you know, the Nuggets seem unwilling to offer him what

he wants. And I don't think there's really other teams

that can do sign and trades for already ones either,

So yeah, I mean, and I don't think there's really

many other moves. Like again, they could trade like done

or Derrick Son swing or something just to clear up

room and maybe get some assets back, but there's been

no rumors about that, and it's a little late in

the summer for those kinds of moves anyway. So yeah,

I think it'll probably be pretty quiet. We'll keep an

eye out for like math Urn and Watson stuff, but

and obviously for the Kuhi Leonard thing if that ever,

if that ever happens, But in terms of like more

unexpected moves, I think the Clippers business is probably most

absolutely done.

Speaker 2: Yeah. I think the Clippers really want to take an

upside swing, and Watson was linked to them a lot,

you know, Cominga has been linked to them a little bit.

They might just end up taking mathurin and saying that's

their upside guy, and you know, I wouldn't love it,

but I would get it. I understand it, like I

do think the Clippers have so many guards and giving

and spreading out that premeter usage to them would be

you know better, probably, but seeing if Matherne can tap

into that upside I get it. So if that ends

up being their guy, I feel like the actual on

court product won't be more enticing to me, but I

understand wanting to see if he has it for another year,

and that'll do it for this episode of lot and

down the podcast. If it's a nice five star review,

whatever platform you listeners on, five stars, five stars really help.

Some nice words too, we'll read them on the air.

In fact, I do think that we had a review

recently that was pretty brief, and I do want to

read that on the air, just very quickly. It was

a couple of weeks ago. Best by Cody z Hansen,

Best Clippers podcast, best pot out there for l Sea fans.

I appreciate that. Man, if you're listening, I love like

these little comments and I like when they come in.

I know we're not putting out as many pods as

we used to, but we're just washed you know, we're

much like Kawhi Leonard. We're maybe one more contract left,

and we'll see whole.

Speaker 1: Takes on the route. You're going to Toronto something.

Speaker 2: We'll see who'll take us if they give me that

much money. I'll see dude, and as always, go Clippers.
