and talk in person? No, he said that there's any example,
sing you can get a hold of me.
Speaker 4: Well, I'm sorry to say that, but that's what we're

way of doing it, but no, he's scared the crap.
Speaker 2: Hey, do you have those warn right now? Did you
have a war like a month ago? And is it

Speaker 5: I had a I had warrant to do in Games
of Yeah that my ex wife called the lashing in
future at Task Fortunes.
Speaker 2: I was hiking in Washington board by thanking Kansas and
had a house raided. Okay, but you're here, so why
did they not watch it? Was it not a valid war?
Speaker 5: They have had recover well know there when I'm working
with them by getting that results.
Speaker 4: But they had had rushed through it, and they had
another came on around about anything else.
Speaker 2: But like they said, they're doing what's going on with it?
They didn't extra gotch You officuely know how long you
spend a day? Three days? Oh, three days, all right,
I gotta be about three tejas. And that was that
was just recently, right about three weeks ago.
Speaker 7: Okay, that's about the extent of my knowledge of you
was something that happened, Yeah, abut three weeks ago.
Speaker 2: And the officer is feeling mad me probably not Pierce
counting jails to find out there was no The governors weren't. Oh,
I can imagine that.
Speaker 4: That's one of those things that, Yeah, they don't like
to go out and get a guy if the state's
not going to take him.
Speaker 2: It's a waste of your time, our time. Everybody's not,
of course time, and there's people that need to be gone.
Speaker 5: And the warm was only issued three to six hours
before he served it before he get my doory pad.
Speaker 2: That the same ouns. Yeah, I've lived there for a
little over a few years. Okay, So what's your relationship
with Steve And I'm sorry to remember his last name.
It's both orphs morphous Steve morphus, that guy. How do
you know this guy? Just give me the basic story
behind Steve about yeah theory. You know, basically right after
he had a big do So you were in and out. Yeah,
locked up and then out in a couple of days.
Speaker 5: Okay, So back I give a phone call. I was
working at a job in Right Highlands and a guy
asked me if I come out to him and ask
him to pressure washing for us.
Speaker 2: That was their initial request.
Speaker 5: Yeah, I said, sure, where are you at? You said, uh,
Maple Valley rding. I I'm in that area of day.
Speaker 2: I'll come over. Yeah. I went over there and looked
at the roof follow him.
Speaker 5: It was gonna be like four and fifty bucks. Yeah,
he was sitting there. I talked about some other things.
Asked that I find you anybody that would help that
could help him get a lot of the garbage out
of there.
Speaker 2: Yeah.
Speaker 5: I said, well I could help you with that. What
all of you have, and so he walked me around.
He showed me, uh, there's two trucks, two white trucks.
Speaker 2: Boat that was like suspended in the air with full strapped.
He wanted that boat.
Speaker 5: Gun, we haven't gotten that far yet. There once you
like tables or both hardfair things just piles here, piles there,
and city wanted.
Speaker 6: And all gone.
Speaker 2: What was there when you were chatting with them? No?
Speaker 5: Did you come by yourself? Yes, sure we could do that.
And then he did, okay, well let me think about it,
all right?
Speaker 2: Did you say worried but bigger advertise praises?
Speaker 5: I haven't for a while, usually lately following words to mouth,
I've been so busy froward mouth that I haven't had
advertised hope, almost hearty word.
Speaker 2: I've never you heard before. And you didn't mention who
you got it from? I'm sorry, said again? Have you
ever mentioned who got it from? Is that kind of
a really gast year? You just gotta right to visits him?
What day was this? So here we are rids day now? God,
it's troughing a couple of weeks ago. Let's see.
Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2: A back.
Speaker 6: Rogers, rogers, right you all right?
Speaker 2: I would.
Speaker 5: Without looking at at the calendar anything like that, and
I have to say, it be like that Tuesday, Wednesday,
not this yesterday, last week or the week before that
was the week before that, so full at least a
whole two weeks ago.
Speaker 2: Yeah, Like I said, almost two and a half three
weeks ago when.
Speaker 6: I first met and you.
Speaker 4: You took the call and you went to do the
walk around the very same day. So of course comes
to worst. If we had your phone records, I would
see an outgoing call from you to him, and that
would have been the first time you, guys, ever spoke
in your life, and inbound call from him, he calls you,
and that would be the first time you have two
phones that ever connected in life.
Speaker 2: Right, yeah, okay, so that would be that day. Did
you go out there during daylight hours? Morning afternoon?
Speaker 5: It was late afternoon beginning evening. I think I got
done rogers. Yeah, I think three ishh that's not very
far away from uh.
Speaker 2: That's just right up a.
Speaker 6: Right up of.
Speaker 2: Six over right at school. It's I think it's first
Avenue Court or something like that. That was where you
were I had been working. Yeah, yeah, you just called
us again, I think, so, was that far. Yeah, perfect,
sounds like a good business. And you said it was
somebody else there at the place, not that some of that,
and to lose stuff.
Speaker 5: The carvers and boats, uh he said the one one
of them was just broken down. You're just couldn't get
it right. You didn't really talk about we weren't even
at that point. You were just talking. Got down the walk,
I'm doing all that. Okay, Well I'll let you know.
I said, I'll write something up officially, and if you
don't mind, I was sitting by the next they or
someone dropped off to you.
Speaker 2: Okay, if I'm not here, just leave it from from
porch lay. So you didn't make an actual deal yet.
We haven't an work thing yet.
Speaker 4: No, okay, it was just at they asked me at
stage or bidding bidding stage for the guy.
Speaker 2: Did he say whether he's took anybody anybody else's bids?
You know, we didn't really talk about much at all,
and you walk me out. You you know that I
was maybe there all of fifteen minutes, So fifteen minutes
your first way something just a quick look to see
you decided who have the condition that was on? And
then I quick walk around and then back to the
truck that I was gone.
Speaker 6: Your excursion.
Speaker 2: Yeah, that was the first time I was out there.
Is that your hearing or is it expedition or extrict expedition?
Is that in your angorys?
Speaker 6: Fucked?
Speaker 4: So what was the next thing that happened regarding is
there more phone calls or how to go knock A
couple days later?
Speaker 5: Uh, first thing that would have I would have been
on Wednesday, because it was the next time we thought
there was a Friday to start the weekend.
Speaker 2: Okay, sometimes I actually talk it out. He's starting on
to win specifics.
Speaker 5: I I opped off early because we were all good, me,
my wife and my kids. We were going to be
grooming up north for weekend. We're going to go camp,
going up to my mount burning.
Speaker 4: We're going to be a friend of ours from people
of Columbia's coming down.
Speaker 5: But I knocked off early, and Black went back as
how I have to feel like thirty two o'clock in
the afternoon, remember one day that was that was a
fright like two days later two days later okay, and
he was he was home. Uh, he let me and
we sat down. He looked over well, h he said,
I was thinking more about the traction and everything else?
What can you do for that and everything? How about
how is this what all you've done here? And that's
just kind of where I can where I can get
done for you, and so we don't have to keep
doing this back and forth.
Speaker 2: Line back and just a bit. Did you actually have
a formal bid to give him at that point?
Speaker 5: Did you actually have something for him and it was
just from the pressure washing verbal or write one paper
written estimate? Yes, good for if you're about to take
pressure wash this rif of the house and then clean
out the guys, pressure wash off back that and.
Speaker 2: The French back in front of the house. Basic pressure washed,
get ready the water or did he say why he
was doing it, selling the house, just get ready for
the winter, or or it was during what we were
sitting there talking.
Speaker 5: The second time is when he said that he was
going to be in company to coops and take care
of the dumps and he was have some n staving okay,
m hm.
Speaker 2: He said that was supposed to be starting before long,
but he was. Was he asking you to assist with
that him? I wasn't pretty know. He asked me if
I'm do anybody that did that kind of stuff.
Speaker 5: I said, not off the top of my head then,
and he said, yeah, he wanted. He said he wanted
to give all the guards out. He wanted probably ship
shaped very head. Then then I'm gonna be working on
the house, getting that house, because the house is a
mess in through your ro interior, well not really a
mess that was really clean but dirty at the same time,
if that makes sense.
Speaker 3: Uh.
Speaker 2: Yeah, we were in there and we know him stump
just everywhere and I'll dust that hopping and stuff. Okay,
so what actually that?
Speaker 4: Let me be going back up to the very first
time you met him, the very first time you went
out there. Did you stay on the outside of the
house or did you one side.
Speaker 2: I had I hadn't been from the house and stuff
out day okay. And when you stop buy on that
Friday two days later, who was with you?
Speaker 4: Just me from that Okay, I'm sorry, I thought you
said something about your wife being.
Speaker 2: There or you know. I'm back that that was the
third That was the third time that we went out there.
Speaker 5: Okay, that's coming together the Oryxie said he wanted he
was going to start getting the inside cleaned up and
all that.
Speaker 2: Probably hired maid or something like that. I said, well,
I said, I got a wife and two daughters. Mhmm.
Speaker 5: And he said, oh guys, well, he said, you did
pick me the hand.
Speaker 2: What I want to do do well, I just want
to get organized.
Speaker 5: I want to get up my stuff together and just
cleaned off and I want I just want things cleaned up.
Speaker 2: And put what was it supposed to be? And he
was referring to interior stuff also at that point.
Speaker 5: At that point he was because usually pointed over to
star Trek stuff that was here, other stuff that's over here.
Speaker 2: He's like, I just wanted stuff to be put where. Yeah,
and so okay, let's talk about it. So Uh.
Speaker 5: Had grabbed a piece of paper and were sitting there
and we got the green their moved vehicles.
Speaker 2: Uh getting in a container and then it's just still
that part.
Speaker 6: Yeah.
Speaker 2: I was there for about an hour getting a container
for for what for ol the garbage house side? Okay,
what kind of container?
Speaker 6: Uh?
Speaker 5: Recycled here like like then dumpster that's container and inside
that's all myself. Well, I said, my wife's pretty good
to keep it. Think organ I should keeps me.
Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
Speaker 5: He said, okay, Well along the year, I said, I said,
I'm going out to tell this weekend, and I said
I can. We can try to make something next week,
I think, but I don't think. We didn't make it
back the next week.
Speaker 2: With till the close to the end of that next week.
By god, we're going to be candreels. We're talking about here.
Just keep myself.
Speaker 1: Yeah, and you said all totally that they are three
times h So this is your second meeting, you're planning
your third.
Speaker 5: Yeah, it's I, I said, get it back to him,
and that's right, like his phone number, Well, my program
is don't remember.
Speaker 2: H took off? Was anything else there? Second?
Speaker 5: I never saw anybody there, even when me and my
wife came out there. He said, we had just missed landscapers.
Speaker 6: Uh.
Speaker 2: And I saw the little machine sitting on the fat
of the yards, so he was all happy.
Speaker 5: You showed me the crow the side of the house,
looked at crops, sharp circles, A.
Speaker 2: Yeah, that'spending. When we talked about everything, and I said,
well I'll do everything right now. My yes, Well, uh,
what do you want my wife? You do in? I don't,
and then well stuff, I went in, you meet her.
If everything's good, then I'll jumping up and we'll be going.
Speaker 4: Okay, let me use it, let me douse the day
you got out of you got hooked up September twenty something, Yeah,
this warm thing.
Speaker 5: I think you remember them twenty strongest, Yeah, last month. Yes,
you remember one day you got out of the clink.
I could probably look that up, but it was three
days after. It was in the third day that I
got out.
Speaker 2: So remember what day of week you got arrested. Did
they actually hit your house or how do you rest
your and they came in into the house.
Speaker 4: Was it a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or something? I don't
know the report I remember I thought it said to
twenty third. Could that be accurate? Probably Thursday? I would
have probably say more Wednesday because I had a time
to church. Do you remember what do you remember what
day he got out then? Was it a weekend day
or weekday?
Speaker 5: I believe it was like Monday, So that could have
been Monday, the twenty eighth, could be Honestly, I've worked
so much, yeah, trying to figure out when the first
time you were actually at his house, When that first
visit to his house, you were thinking it was a Wednesday, Yeah,
which leaves us sort of like, well, if it was
like two days after you got out, was it like that.
Speaker 2: Quick kind of day? Was a feedback to work the
next day, and you think you were in his house,
then that's potentially the twenty ninth that he calls you.
That's when two weeks to go see it.
Speaker 4: So yeah, right in there, it's four weeks a game
technically four Yeah, and it's your other choice.
Speaker 2: Youres the week since fifth, It would be strong from there.
Speaker 4: Yeah, So if you're pretty confident it was Wednesday, we're
thinking September twenty ninth or September fifth was the first
time you were at his house.
Speaker 2: It was definitely not.
Speaker 8: The fifth because that would have been late beginning weekend, right, well,
the fifth would have been actually the twenty weekend of
the twenty eighth, right, September twenty seventh, twenty eighth, not
Labor Day.
Speaker 2: No, that was the first job. Sorry're right?
Speaker 4: Labord was their labor day or was a Thirdember of
this year? Yeah, it was before that, so before labor
Day was the first time you were ever at his house?
Do you think it's a Wednesday, therefore it must be
the twenty ninth.
Speaker 7: Yeah, if you got out sometime that weekend before right
or Monday.
Speaker 4: Okay, So first time ever made it the twenty ninth
was use it as a running estimate.
Speaker 2: Yeah, second time was just two days later.
Speaker 4: Then yes, then we're leaving. We're still in September. It'll
be September thirty first, yep. And then that was the
weekend and I was going out of town.
Speaker 2: Where'd you developing Mount Vernon? Yeah, well we've tried to,
but maybe a weekend? Oh yeah, okay, there were okay,
so that's Labor Day weekend we out of town yep.
Speaker 4: Okay, if you get back from town, you spend like Monday,
the actual holiday, out of town or do you know?
Speaker 5: We went up on Sunday to Mount Vernon to a
restaurant up there where our friend Carry that was up
in Canada and his wife came down. We had a
pick lunch and all that, and we took a long
sight feedback down through the Deception Pass, went down and
play on beach a little, then ended up going all
the way over to like Foodsville, have the last very
back over to Yeah, excited, and.
Speaker 4: Then drove back to just sleep over somewhere or it
was just a one day trip one day long the trip, Yes,
so it's probably Sunday. The second yes, the next day
is the actual Liberty Holiday. So maybe I got lost
here a little bit. So the third time you are
its place, then it would have been soon at the
end of that week, you know what day more or
less Thursday, Friday soon mhm, weekend. It would have been
you for Friday years Saturday.
Speaker 6: Okay.
Speaker 4: So we were into September seventh or eighth proximately, okay,
And that's that's.
Speaker 2: The third time. And were you maybe you answer this,
but were you by yourself? And the third time was monny?
Wife was there?
Speaker 6: Okay?
Speaker 2: Your daughter's also?
Speaker 4: No?
Speaker 6: Yeah, okay.
Speaker 2: Is that the only time your wife is there? Yeah? Okay,
So tell us that visit from like beginning to end.
Was it the morning and afternoon? He was on the
late evening someone was just studying when you went and
got there.
Speaker 4: As a dusk Yeah, okay, But did you pop pattern
or what did you call and make a edgemin you're
stuck in We were working all day and she been
helping shinkles.
Speaker 2: Yes, so I figured getting in the neighborhood stop by
knocking the door. H Was he home? Okay?
Speaker 4: I'm sorry, probably asked this, and but was he by himself? Yeah,
so there's just the three that you and your wife
and Steve. Nobody else, animals, dogs, anything like that. I
literally never seen there besides him. Okay, I've seen.
Speaker 5: Having the people were there, yeah, landscaper or the work
that they did, but they saw an actual person.
Speaker 6: Okay.
Speaker 2: How long was this visit? This third visit? Either on
Friday or Saturday the seventh or eighth? How long did
you stay there? Hour or two?
Speaker 5: I think I was bored because once he kind of
started going saying kind of what he wanted why, he
started giving my ideas, and he kind of let us
to a tour of the house and showing us some
of this some of his some of the things he had,
like you had just glady her helmet that I thought
it was really cool. I like long Brussel crow or
and glad at he said it was a movie prop.
Speaker 2: I thought that was really cool. Did you serve your guys? Dinner?
Was a social kind of you know, coffee and tea
and chat kind of got a soda. Yeah, but yeah,
on the social type thing, and just he was showing
us some of this guy he has a lot of
Star track of Star Wars stuff. I didn't think anybody
you could have that much stuff? How much? How much?
Did you guys do a walk around the outside again?
Also no, uh?
Speaker 4: I mean now I we've been outside when the guys
with my wife I stepped on the back porch smoked cigarette.
Speaker 6: Uh.
Speaker 2: The I think I told you that he has a
lot of stuff. That's what she keep saying. That's a
lot of stuff.
Speaker 6: That's a lot.
Speaker 2: What was your brand idea? She hope he has an
idea of just sometimes I'm not surprised of it. I do. Well,
I'm gonna be busy for at least a weep to
ten days getting the yard and everything cleaned up. I said,
you can tat she'd well, sure, So what do you
want to charge him? She I don't know. You figure
that out?
Speaker 4: Okay, So did you guys ever finalize so you showed
him the four hundred and fifty dollars bill, if you
showed him the four hundred fifty dollars bill for the
power watching earlier, did you guys ever shake on it?
Speaker 2: And was it a deal or did you Well?
Speaker 5: I handed a quote right, and then well, when you
can find the guy down, brass, tacks and anything else.
Speaker 2: He was saying, even boat he wanted gone. I told
him that.
Speaker 4: I said, the boat I'm gonna have to get, I'm
gonna end up having a range flat it fo Yeah,
I said, you don't have a trailer for it or
anything like that.
Speaker 5: I said, I can get a container ordered out here,
and that way I can just start loading all the
metal and everything else. I said, I have my uh
the transport its endorsement on my business license. I can
labally move the vehicles out of here and get down
to the till yard for you or scrapyard. I'm looking
at a week to ten days where I'm not going
to be doing anything but this.
Speaker 2: And then everything I want my wife to do. I said, what.
Speaker 4: What times a reasonable to you? And he said, well,
I'm thinking about six six sixty.
Speaker 2: So the first bid was just kind of put aside.
Didn't you deal with that anymore?
Speaker 4: No?
Speaker 2: Because he had so much more on top of it. Okay,
so this is now our verbal bid. Now you're just
kind of thinking off the top of your head.
Speaker 5: This man house that now a week and a half
week can have two weeks of our time then plus
the cost running the cost of my head of getting
the basically a forty foot flat bed.
Speaker 2: Wading a semi and cheap grant, okay, six to one
hundred bucks.
Speaker 4: You were considering all the clean up that he was
asking you need to do on the exterior, plus his
wife interior, what made or he would made work slash
organized and slash? I don't know what do you want
to box and shut up?
Speaker 2: Or everybody? Everybody everything about?
Speaker 4: I know that he wanted to get all of this stuff,
all the stuff I kept, things I wanted to put together.
Speaker 2: I want to clean it. I wanted to nowhere to
get at it.
Speaker 5: So my wife, I know she was saying because she
would should help him clean and help them get organized
and areas where you can get a catalog or whatever
he wants to do with it.
Speaker 2: Did she actually start doing something work, you guys were
a long time. Well she started doing that, but she
was walking around with him.
Speaker 5: You've got a staff of Star Wars Wars figures and
who put it in the room as though she were
talking Like I said, I was bored. I'm not an
organizing you got, I have.
Speaker 2: An instruction work. I tears things up. Hyeah, I don't
deal with those fairly cards and things like that.
Speaker 6: Oh okay, but I.
Speaker 4: Mean she wasn't actually caught on the job. She was
just trying to get a sense of what means to
be done right that first time that she was there.
Speaker 5: And if if you my wife first talked to her
for a while or been around for a while, she's
just one of those she's mom, still be a strange.
Speaker 2: Your house and she'll start picking up. Yeah, that was
why why do.
Speaker 4: Alright, so you guys are there for a couple of hours,
you throw this off the top of your head. Sixty
one bill does he say, does you guys.
Speaker 6: Make an agreement?
Speaker 2: Or said how why why do you think? Do wait?
You that much?
Speaker 5: And I to him as well, somebody's gonna cost me
about two grand for the day, and said, and then
labor everything else.
Speaker 2: So figuring we have my.
Speaker 5: Time place all the little eye things that are gonna
end up having to come up that I don't want
to ask you for another opinion afterwards.
Speaker 6: Yeah, well.
Speaker 2: I think that's doable. So we're talking truck, truck, boat,
general shit that area off to the side.
Speaker 9: To make shift like hangar looking thing that you just
half buried basically all the scrap metal that can half buried,
all that that area through there, all that wiring and
things like that, and just popular that pocket.
Speaker 2: All the garbage, all that stuff.
Speaker 6: That was your job.
Speaker 2: You're going to do that.
Speaker 4: Your wife is going to do the inside organizing. That
was a deal that you guys were trying to leave.
Name presh washing and growth, ye, crash washing it very
often building.
Speaker 2: Just essentially just get a knee and tight. Okay.
Speaker 4: So if all that occurred back on the back on
the seventh through the eighth, here we are the twenty
sixth now, and tell me if you think we're off
on the days.
Speaker 5: But we're well, we always the friday that we that
we set everything up. That's what I called first thing
and get a container board Monday.
Speaker 4: Yes, And then said because he wrote everything else, So
I wrote up a handwritten.
Speaker 2: Did I letterhead you're still at the house there or
house down?
Speaker 5: And I told him about home als, hype, all this
up and everything else, and I'll have a wait when
I come out here.
Speaker 2: He gave me his credit card from me down payment.
Speaker 4: Yeah, because they asked me if I could I could
accept these mass cards? Yes too, pay out Okay, I
think I need.
Speaker 2: And the other two thousand. When we're done that two thousand,
it is basically August later. Okay, I want to write
this stuff down, so I'm sorry.
Speaker 4: You give him the route up a bad just a
handred one there the down pay What were you gonna
ask for down painting for what?
Speaker 2: One hundred bucks? And we're down? He said, that's doable? Yeah?
And how was he going to pay for again?
Speaker 5: I'm here, there's he's your master. I don't know it's
credit card? Okay, did you give the numbers at that time?
Speaker 6: Yeah?
Speaker 2: Well you use my phone and I have he's a
pay here, PayPal paym. You swipe it or do you
type it either or.
Speaker 5: That's one of those Okay, I don't Yeah, I didn't
have my swipe with me, so typed in my phone.
Speaker 2: Uh.
Speaker 4: And then so little way I got back up here
in one stuff at the time. So he gives you
the card briefly you type it or is he reading
in the numbers or are you actually speak.
Speaker 2: You tipting the numbers? I'm sitting there pisching on my phone.
Speaker 4: Uh.
Speaker 5: But for forty one hundred and I told him, I said,
PayPal will process it until after I know for sure.
Speaker 2: We have the game shot, yes to the program.
Speaker 6: M hm.
Speaker 2: So he he kept the card and he gives you
the numbers. You're you're punching here because you don't happen
to have here a swing sticky and exactly to the
card here? Is it the kind that you stick the
card in and hold it or is it the kind
you swipe it? Does both?
Speaker 6: Thank you?
Speaker 2: It doesn't plunge into the phone, but.
Speaker 5: I don't usually carry it with me honestly plan to
use it because it feels expensive and I'm in construction.
Speaker 2: Is that something is just linked to you? Yes? Sorry,
he ranked detective where you want it goes every time
you goes to Yeah, that that one's actually linked to
to the I P on my phone and to my
JP mount and that's.
Speaker 6: A PayPal.
Speaker 4: So then so does that actually you see there while
you look on your phone? And does it look like
an all successful? They did whatever I was supposed.
Speaker 2: To do well? I never I never since the mission
in because I didn't ordering the container yet. Okay, so
get the numbers so when you're ready to do it,
I got you. A lot of this is new to
us too, so we're just basically it's in my call
it shopping part. Yes, then that was adding the wherever
his house. But because the next day we went to
church and everything else.
Speaker 5: You know, we were talking a little bit about was
going on with what she would wanted to do there,
and I was saying, okay, well I'll be outside.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Did they go through every room in the house?
Speaker 4: You know, I'm really sure waiting the whole time, say
you smoke for one time?
Speaker 5: At least I did the initial walk around with him
where he like, I turned on like the rooms and
showed this kind of quick little thing at yes, what
was in there?
Speaker 2: How crowded it was, you know. But those two went
and we're just off talking everything else anything. The total
time there was about up in two hours, two maybe
a little more. I know, we got home about h
thirty into thirty. Good. I feel, yeah, everybody get on
my feet all day. Okay, so we're talking now. Saturday
the eighth, he went to church. Sunday the ninth. Some
people both the next.
Speaker 4: Interaction we had with him or what did you do
regarding Steve's business or whatever, Well, maybe one.
Speaker 2: Called very that came or ordered for him. I can
call him. He didn't an answer, so I left him void. Myslute.
I also tex, still.
Speaker 4: Monday would be if in our timeline year we're correct,
Monday would be the tenth, No nor one.
Speaker 2: Of it just did past Monday.
Speaker 4: Okay, that brings us to the seventeenth, so we're shifting
a week. Here's what I'm concerned about it. So you
were thinking you were in that parson's house after Labor
Day with the third that same week, and as the
seventh Friday, the eighth Saturday, You're thinking you were there
the eighth Saturday, or are we thinking it was the
eighth excuse me, the fifteenth Saturday, which was then just
a couple of days before he started calling around for containers.
Speaker 2: It was, yeah, just a frouble days before I called
around for containers.
Speaker 4: Okay, so I'm gonna show you what saying it was.
Let's still see the number us here. So Labor Day
is the third, so you get locked up, you get
released sometime.
Speaker 2: Around August and of August. Right, initially you said it
was just a couple days later when he calls out grew,
we think it was Wednesday.
Speaker 4: I'm pretty almost sure it was Wednesday, because yeah, it
was a few days later.
Speaker 2: And then I gave him quote okay for first one
and that was Friday. On Friday, So that's where I
was getting at.
Speaker 4: It's either the twenty ninth and the thirtieth you talk
to him, met him, or so you talked to him
and went out real quickly and then came back with quote.
Speaker 2: Yeah, either the twenty eight, the thirty.
Speaker 4: First, or potentially the fifth, the seventh, No, because it
before I went to on vacation, definitely before Yeah, so
did you.
Speaker 2: Have a week of downtime where you did nothing regarding
him passively? I mean, I've been working nice stop, so.
Speaker 4: Okay, so let's kind of move forward with These early
dates are a little fuzzy potentially, but by the time
he was already about tops who was on and we
made okay, we move get there if yout't help.
Speaker 2: But as at the time, you're actually calling around to
get a container.
Speaker 10: And we're talking just last week, right, Yeah, we're talking
at the beginning this week. Okay, like not not two
days ago Monday, but yeah, a week to go Monday.
You can go Monday, not two weeks ago Monday, but
not two weeks ago.
Speaker 6: Okay.
Speaker 2: So I talked to your partners later on that day
you talked to my partner, I believe Friday.
Speaker 4: In twenty first, say last Friday, so that Monday is
when it was that week, that week that I I
went around to what a container.
Speaker 2: And that was getting be set freaking delivery on Thursday. Okay,
let me so we'll do it. We'll say tentative.
Speaker 11: You made phone calls on Monday, on around Monday the
seventeenth ye asking plan, but the earliest I could get
a container was like see when first?
Speaker 2: All right, deal, So what what cantar company did you
deal with? H?
Speaker 6: Sure?
Speaker 4: Ben?
Speaker 2: It was just.
Speaker 6: Sure s.
Speaker 2: You are a e B I an I think I
have their an email from him? In that email? Okay,
so you called him, just call hey, this is the enterprise.
Speaker 5: So I tried to Glacier, I tried Hungry Buds Ard,
and I tried to renew the three I usually go with,
but they were completely booked out. They had nothing to
intelligate with every time a couple of weeks out late summer.
Speaker 2: Yeah, and so I just.
Speaker 5: Started calling all the ones that started at A started
working my way down and I Google search tip.
Speaker 2: He's a god Ben. It was they to comar. But
while I was there.
Speaker 3: I can't s R V I N B I N
B S Yeah, like sure, bin, yeah, like the word sure,
sure we have a been Yeah, sure we.
Speaker 2: Out here though, you fucking I guess.
Speaker 6: I'm curious.
Speaker 4: I think anyways, they're the ones that are great. Heyw
I had something out there the twenty first or whatever. Yeah, okay,
and that was the deal that you have to put
money down for that.
Speaker 2: No, there was gonna be ninety five. And what day
did they say they were able to deliver this thing?
Speaker 5: They were going to be able to deliver it on
the you know it, twenty first they were supposed to
dropped off of the there's their pride in that week
and as as.
Speaker 2: Soon as they would get there, did they be delivered?
I'm just thinking, I don't know.
Speaker 4: I know when I talked to your partner said that out,
I said, oh crap, you guys probably had any container,
probably try to be delivered there.
Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, stay of the day saying anything about it.
Speaker 4: Okay, So it was eight ninety five. You didn't yet
give him any cash or car transactions or whatever.
Speaker 2: You made a deal. Was it actually something where there
was exchange of bill? Was there bill laid out.
Speaker 5: You out the filled out the staying online for the
reservation farm. Did you speak with anybody that's my service
when he called about can you the date?
Speaker 2: So he didn't the online thing? Nicoll you back or
they not called them? U?
Speaker 5: Have you called it their eight hundred number with the
reservation number first scheduling?
Speaker 2: Yeah? Every time? All right?
Speaker 4: So at that point you get a date of twenty
aeths or twenty first you give them the address of.
Speaker 2: Where it is?
Speaker 6: All right?
Speaker 2: Did you give them your world Billy address or what's
the billion as? I think it was his address, my.
Speaker 12: Phone number, his phone number, my name is name? At
point in contact maybe once they dropped that hanging out,
they can't really do much ounce.
Speaker 2: Yeah, and did you guys exchange any emails on this deal?
They send me received via email confirmation? Yes?
Speaker 6: Uh?
Speaker 2: Reservation okay, okay.
Speaker 4: So you got the kind container dealt with? Did that
all happen on Monday the seventeenth? He made a lot
of calls.
Speaker 2: But did it like you bleed into Tuesday or Wednesday
or anything? No, my day, I have any call and
try to call.
Speaker 4: Yeah, well I've got the king ordered, I've uh process
that now, Yes, try to process.
Speaker 2: A process. This is what day? Monday? I still still

Speaker 4: Yeah, so you have your your PayPal been with his
credit card information radio well pay call trade processing request.
Speaker 2: Okay, I didn't go through, and you think this is Monday? Yeah, okay,
didn't know before you didn't think.
Speaker 4: I thought that I just ran and then I start
find out I didn't go through until that evening.
Speaker 2: So I tried to go on it again and didn't
go through.
Speaker 5: Okay, like all them left the message said it and
then they have but they're always been wrong or whatnot.
Speaker 2: I got a story smail. He didn't answer what day was?
He called, we're still.
Speaker 5: And then he wasn't answering the cell phone. So I
called the household and left the message on the answer machine.
Speaker 4: My phone.
Speaker 2: Also, I was Monday.
Speaker 5: Went to try and calling it way back into that
deg subscriber you were living mailboxes something Okay, left the

the message. I hadn't talked oh yeah, so where that was? Next?
