and stuff like that, but kind of walk me through,
like what it is, who your friend is, who is
applying the murder, all of that stuff, if you can

Speaker 5: So me and my friend Spencer, we run a non
violent discord server for a kind of protest server, okay,
for human rights. I guess I'm not really, I'm just
an admine to keep stuff clean. We had a member
his discord handle was a shah.

Speaker 5: That was on our discord server, who wanted He was
trying to get his grandparents murdered, I think, to take
over their house. We explained to him multiple times that
we do not accept that type of stuff on our
errors through video or not video, through voice calls, very
stuff like that through discord about.

Speaker 5: I'm saying, I'm thinking about dates because I just had
my kid on the twenty second.

to look at a calendar.
Speaker 5: I think the eighteenth, the seventeenth or the eighteenth is
when we blocked him.
Speaker 1: So the seventeenth is a Sunday, and the eighteenth is
a Monday.

you've said is making a plan to kill his grandparents
to take over their house. When did that's well, how

Speaker 5: From what I understand, he's we went to high school
with I think his.

Speaker 3: Me and Spencer. We all went to the same high school. Okay.

Speaker 1: Okay, So you and Spencer went to fight at high
school with ages.

you know who she is at all?

because I didn't want anything to deal with it.

me on various occasions that it was we didn't know
if he was meantally stable or what.

real life? You wouldn't mean that? Are you in tig school? Thegether.

to Spencer?
Speaker 1: So you use Discord? But like, what are you kind
of communication with him?

Speaker 1: Just it's mainly Discord, mainly discord test, just like phone
to phone, not Facebook Messenger or anything like that. Okay,
Well no, I use Facebook, Facebook Messenger as well as
just straight text.
Speaker 3: Yeah, text to text. Okay.
Speaker 2: So you said a couple of things that I want
more details on. I'll start with this part.
Speaker 1: You said that on the fifteenth, you guys blocked him
from Discord.
Speaker 3: We blocked him from everything, from everything.
Speaker 1: So did you have any other method of communication with him?
Speaker 5: I found him on Facebook and promptly blocked him.
Speaker 1: Okay, had you communicated with him on Facebook at all?
Speaker 3: No, he had the same The only reason I dow
what was the same was because he had the same
profile picture.
Speaker 1: Okay, So you walk him on You never talked to
him on Facebook Messenger, but you find him on Facebook.
Speaker 2: Walk him there, block him on Discord?
Speaker 1: Why?
Speaker 2: Like what happened?
Speaker 1: That was kind of the catalyst for walking him that day.
Speaker 3: It was mainly Spencer's decision.
Speaker 5: He was because he was becoming a disruption with our
art online community. We we didn't we because of the
way our rules are set in our own online community.
Speaker 3: It's we promptly removed him. We didn't know what was
going to go on. Because apparently it's gone on.
Speaker 5: So you've heard, well from what I can I can
put together from me being in this room, sure it's
something has happened.
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, obviously that's why we're.

Speaker 7: Has anybody told you about anything at all happening or
you just assume me.
Speaker 8: I'm assuming this is full assumption, because otherwise I wouldn't
have been bulken at the five thirty six o'clock in

Speaker 1: Okay, So you've talked about the server and that it
was like a human rights thing that you have specific
rules and stuff like that. Can you kind of explain
to me, like what it is, like, what's the big
hills or Riptide.
Speaker 5: Server is based on the fact of your server, ripod Rick.
The server's name is Riptide. Okay. It's entirely based on
the fact of getting everybody to work together again.
Speaker 8: As a commune human team, not being forced into social norms,
social hierarchy, stuff like that, going back to the basics
being able to build everybody's community up and be a team.
Speaker 1: So kind of like some communal living idea and stuff
like that, and who started this, like who the ideas
it or who started a discord service?
Speaker 2: Spencer?
Speaker 3: Okay, how long ago? Two months ago? About two months ago?
Speaker 1: And then you mentioned not like you're an adamant for it,
but at least when you mentioned it, it didn't seem
to me like you were quite trying into the whole
state anymore.
Speaker 3: Because of good friends with Spencer a long time.
Speaker 5: He's he's not very sociable to other people because he's
got social skills issues stuff like that. We didn't get
along in middle school, so I once we got along,
started getting along in high school, meeting and clicked, became
very best friends. He's basically my brother. I kind of
stick around only to help him out with things. A
lot of his ideals.
Speaker 3: I don't look at it. I look at it being
either stupid or not feasible.
Speaker 1: Okay, So the stuff that he's talking about with, like
you know, this communal living and stuff like that, you're
not so much into that.
Speaker 2: You're into Spenser as my friend. I want it.
Speaker 3: I got other things to keep on my mind. I
have a kid, sure.

Speaker 1: Getting back to the fifteenth, you said that Asia had
broken some of their rules or was it following the rules?
Speaker 2: What exactly happened? What did he do?
Speaker 7: So?
Speaker 5: Our rules say that we are a non violent organization.
We do not permit any of any violent acts violent actions? Okay,
And when he started talking about ticking out his grandparents,
I believe yeah, it was. We didn't know what was
going to go on.
Speaker 9: Like I said, we don't know how, we didn't know
how stable he was. Earlier than that, it was promptly
kick him.
Speaker 3: Okay.
Speaker 1: So you mentioned there was a plan to kill his
grandparents and to take so that he.
Speaker 2: Could take over the house.
Speaker 1: When did he start talking about those plans?
Speaker 3: Honestly, I don't know.
Speaker 5: I don't know where it actually came up. I never
kept a record of anything.
Speaker 1: Was it like the first time you heard about it
was on that Friday the fifteenth, or he had been
kind of mentioning it before that.
Speaker 5: It was kind of before that, within the coming weeks
before that.
Speaker 3: What were those plans? I mean, what was he he
was just saying? From what I understand, he was.
Speaker 10: I don't know whether his grandparents were abusive or not,
or if they were socially or mentally abusive, or what
he acted like they were abusive.
Speaker 11: To him, but that he was trying to look for
help to kill them.
Speaker 12: From what I understood, was anybody offering to help. Nobody
on our discortre. From what I understand, he didn't talk
to our other discord members.
Speaker 5: A lot of our discuare members don't normally come on
to our discord sertor very often how many other And.
Speaker 3: So I kind of understand a little bit about discord.
Speaker 7: When he's talking about these plans are there is no
whole group of people that he's talking to, Like if
let's say, instead of being on a server, we're the
same room. Is it just like you and Spencer that
he's saying it to, or is it you and Spencer
and like six other people in the same room.
Speaker 13: So the way that the discord works is it's it's
kind of like a chatter Okay. The way that we
have it set is it's kind of like kind of
like an office room, So we have multiple conference rooms
for it, and each conference room has specific people that.
Speaker 3: Are able to go into it. Okay, So for.
Speaker 5: We have a specific one for only admins, we have
a specific one for lower members, we have a specific
one for.
Speaker 3: Various people who.
Speaker 5: Work either in construction or stuff like that that have
certain skills.
Speaker 3: Ye first, and so basically not it's like a meeting.
Speaker 14: Yeah, and not everybody's invited to the same meeting because
not everybody.
Speaker 7: He has the same need to know whatever of the meeting,
et cetera, et cetera.
Speaker 3: So like we'll just call it the planning to kill meeting.
Who was he in that? Or I guess who was
in that meeting?
Speaker 5: If you remember, most of the time it was it
was mostly me and Spencer. We're always trying to tell
him either to stop or get some help, or that
we would kick him.
Speaker 14: Did you ever get like a private message or something
from another member to say, hey, this dude is reaching
out to me and he's trying to recruit me or
get me involved in anybody will tell you that at all,
he's not me?
Speaker 3: Okay, don't you know if Spencer got that at all?
I don't know.
Speaker 1: Okay, he said that Usually it was just you and
Spencer that he was saying this stuff too. Do you
know anyone else that he would have said this kind
of stuff to either their real names or their discord names,
not that I.
Speaker 3: Know of, And I don't talk to a lot of
people on this hurt.
Speaker 7: So what were the what was his plan that he's discussing,
how do you want to go about doing it?
Speaker 3: From what I unerstan he was he was trying to.
Speaker 5: Remove them from the picture and then kind of pretend
to be them for a while and then happened, from
what I from what he told us, disappear.
Speaker 3: And I don't know did he did he see how
he was going to make him disappear? No, okay, just
that they were going to be disappear.
Speaker 2: What made you.
Speaker 1: Know that his plan was to murder them or to
kill him? Did he say that?
Speaker 3: Yes? Okay?
Speaker 1: And do you remember anything specifically that he said, like, pretend.
Speaker 7: That you're him, and you in this meeting room obviously
online it should.
Speaker 3: Pretend hear him and stay.
Speaker 5: Multiple times he he'd come into the server because me
and sevents are always playing various PC games together, and
he'd jump on a server and be like, I'm done
with this, I want them gone.
Speaker 2: Did he use the word like order or kill?
Speaker 3: He didn't use those words, but he used round out
words to remove them, get rid of down.
Speaker 2: So you knew, I mean, it was clearer kind of
you could tell what he was.
Speaker 5: Yeah, Okay, we, like I said, we didn't know how
mentally stable he was.
Speaker 2: Sure, and he said that you and Spencer just kind
of tried to.
Speaker 3: Talk him down.
Speaker 2: Yeah, talking about it.
Speaker 5: And we're a non violent organization, right, we're not promoting
any of that.
Speaker 3: Okay, now this.
Speaker 2: This Spencer, no Asha and real life. Do you know that?
I don't know.

when I had heard that, So I don't know the

to figure out what the hell was going on?

on the sixteenth is.

talking about about a week before that. The sixteenth is
a Saturday. Do you remember where you were what you
did on Saturday?
Speaker 5: I was at home sleeping most of the day, okay.

me on CCTV for the Tahoma that's in Fife.
Speaker 3: For the way, it's the Tahoma gas station, seventy six gas.

old ninety nine here with the less expensive gas.

most of the day. So when did you wake up?

come up with for your wedding?
Speaker 5: Well, I'm plinly on having my wedding on October thirty first.

to have it.
Speaker 1: I have a rescheduled wedding from this summer that I
cannot because of everything that's going on.

to be planning that right now. You just don't know,

going to get money background vendors?

Speaker 5: Currently we have all of our decorations, our Halloween decorations,
most of the bodice and when we're thinking about having
the lack of this.

right there. My dad and stepmom actually got married on
Halloween and they got married in a voodoo doughnuts down
into which is pretty cool.

Speaker 2: Around to Coma for a bit. Where I did all.
Speaker 5: If you guys go, it was primarily around Marines you drive, okay,
and the fight period it was right around here. Okay,
we did take I five down to Tacoma and then
come back up.
Speaker 2: I backed to Tacoma and back up. Now when you
say for a bit, like how long were you guys
driving around for?
Speaker 3: I think I got back to just We got back
to his place around seven am. Okay, we got breakfast
and ship so.

drop them off?
Speaker 3: I dropped him off and went back.
Speaker 1: Home, okay, when you came and picked him up, and
then when you dropped him off, did.

watch your phone from Don and Roy come up to five,
which is what you said happened and we see another
phone join your phone, and we see both of those phones.
