Speaker 1: Welcome to your top through crime hob for the variety

in episodes you're looking for, enjoy any.

Speaker 2: Kind of racial slurs that were coming out at the time,

What type of things were coming out of your mouth?

Speaker 3: And reference to to raise itself? Nothing, just telling him like,

you're not welcome here, tucking. This is what I said.

What do you mean like racial? Uh? Making reference to

his race hisself? Oh yeah? And where are your rooms?

Your bat? Where is it that I put it? Like

behind not behind the door so the door closes all

the way and then there's a fan right there, so

right next to the fenk.

Speaker 4: Did you look at his if there's ain't a blood

on it?

Speaker 3: No? Did you wipe it?

Speaker 5: No?

Speaker 6: Okay, So you're saying you only hear him the one time,

and as he started like he was gonna fall, he

was out.

Speaker 4: You get to where he's gonna go, you dropped back as.

Speaker 7: You're grabbing onto him, and just the weight of him,

you kind of went with him onto the ground.

Speaker 3: Did you ever pick up the bat again and hit him? Yeah,

just and when I was grabbing it to go and

to side with the group.

Speaker 7: Did you hit him any other times when he was

on the ground, did you hit him, whether it was

with the bat or without the bat. And the reason

I'm asking is because but I was just told I

was out there is for whatever reason, someone had been

video taping. I don't know if that was Uber or

that was a neighbor or that was someone walking by.

I have no idea, but they said that they have video,

at least partial video of it.

Speaker 4: And it made a comment that you hit him again

when he was on the ground.

Speaker 3: It's better to get in.

Speaker 4: Front of this now and explain it then.

Speaker 3: Later. Yeah, so can you help me understand that? So

that part, that's the only part that a lot about.

I know, action have hit him again?

Speaker 7: Okay, walk me through that. So he goes to the ground.

Did you actually hold onto him?

Speaker 3: Say?

Speaker 7: Okay, so let's do this Queen Lake Albert Companys on paper.

Speaker 3: It's coming out. Is that still the same? Yeah, the

garden you're hitting him.

Speaker 4: And the way you described is that still the same? Okay,

we'll start right there.

Speaker 3: Phil.

Speaker 7: You just swung, you just hit him, and you're still

holding the bat. He's stunned looking at you.

Speaker 3: Now what happens? So I hit him with the bat?

Same thing? He kind of turns more falls on the ground,

hits the rocks. I hit him. Did you try to

hold on to it? Okay? Okay? So then I hit

him in the leg okay? How did you hit him

in the legs? Same thing? Just swam around? Okay? So

I hit him feil he fell on the rocks. I

was watching him fall and Watson still right by the

gros can, kind of approach him what he's laying there?

Hit him? Okay? How how many times did you hit him? Once?

So I hit him once and then once when he

was on the ground, not see it? Twice and then

what happened walk inside? Okay?

Speaker 4: Boats so the whole sos thing? Did you even try

and call him?

Speaker 3: No? Okay?

Speaker 7: And did you even get close to him to see

if he was okay?

Speaker 3: Was that even a truth? Like?

Speaker 7: Are we gonna see you trying to check on him?

Or is it just another big hit? And then you

walking away?

Speaker 3: Where am I gonna see him? Lean down by him

until I saw blood one of the house. I could

hit him the second time.

Speaker 7: Did he was he responding to you?

Speaker 3: No? Was he making noises? No? Was he moving it all? No?

Kind of no? Okay?

Speaker 7: When he was on the ground, the first time after

uh falling in and hitting his head and then you

go to hit him on the leg?

Speaker 4: Was he moving before that or after he fell? Is

he just like a lump?

Speaker 3: The first when he fell, he was kind of moving,

But I don't know if i'll call movie. Okay, alright,

the next thing, what were you saying? Is that whole

thing is going on? Yea? What was coming in your mind?

What happens when come over here when you're not allowed

to be hearing stuff like that? Okay?

Speaker 2: What kind of give me the volume in here? You're

not gonna disturb anybody else. Tell me exactly what you

were saying.

Speaker 3: And in that same way, I don't know exactly what

I'm saying it, and I know that I can't get

to that volume without being totally maded. Okay, So it's

a rape a rage that it's not as loud as

I'm making a saying, but I just can't get to

that pitch.

Speaker 7: Like alright, that's fair, yeah, okay, so without going crazy

since it doesn't work, you can use a little bit

of an inflection.

Speaker 3: What were you saying? Just like, this is what happens

when you come where you're not welcome type thing? Don't

come back type thing, and that's that's it. I'm kind

of just scaming that over and over. Mkay. I appreciate

its being more honest about that. Absolutely.

Speaker 2: The other thing I wanted you to be real honest

about is any kind of rac racial slurs.

Speaker 3: That were coming out at the time.

Speaker 2: Yeah, so what type of things were coming out of

your mouth with the reference to to raise itself?

Speaker 3: Nothing, just telling me like, you're not welcome here, typing.

This is what I said. What do you mean the

racial uh making reference to his race and self? Oh yeah,

may loom.

Speaker 7: That kind of got product to Yeah, so what what

is being mistaken? Is you uh referencing his.

Speaker 3: Race like.

Speaker 7: I I I I say, I wanna probably kay, Yeah,

so I I probably got that in there, cause when

I get mad.

Speaker 3: I tend to say that. Okay, but this is the deal.

Speaker 8: When I hear somebody say probably that's it, that's that's

a big difference.

Speaker 3: Then. Yeah.

Speaker 2: So I don't like to do is look at the truth.

It sounds like you're starting to talk about did you

bring that up?

Speaker 3: Like if it's being brought up that I probably said,

but I can't say that I recall saying it you

know what I'm saying, Like I feel like I sounded

dumb like telling you guys, but like I want to

see like going down and seeing all that. Like I

don't know. I don't like to say, well, the whole

thing is video captures, it captures it.

Speaker 2: But I'm just asking you if you specifically remember using

any kind of racial type of slur or anything like

that came out of your mind.

Speaker 3: Yeah, then yeah, I probably said.

Speaker 7: Okay, right, what do you remember saying. Let's just when

you were saying, we can just.

Speaker 3: Tell me that this is what happens when he's not

welcome the same thing, but nigga was probably adding there

like really a nigga like this is what I have

to do now, like now I gotta do it my

consequences for.

Speaker 7: Because you're talking quite politely and PC, right, okay, let's

not be PC and.

Speaker 3: Here everything is open. Yeah, everything can be said the

way it is or that was word PC lost the

type of things we say.

Speaker 4: But what is it that you said? Just flat out

thinking back and just.

Speaker 3: Say like that's why I'm trying to get to the

I don't recall like what I exactly what I said.

Speaker 7: That closure word for word. But yeah, you keep saying

I might have did you was when you're.

Speaker 3: Saying there's I'm saying that. It's because like when there's

been heated moments I've said it, you know, it like

pops out, even like places it's gonna have like on

the baseball field playing in Cuminer High School. We're all

got into it, and I got injected first saying that

with other things that I said, So that probably add

in there. That was on the list saying that I

said N I G G E R Right, that's what

said on the school form and celebrated. So yeah, okay, so.

Speaker 7: That's what you said and somehow that word gets injected

at certain parts during your upset comment. Yeah, okay, yeah,

that's the best way I can you get it? Well,

I may ask you if he was Samoan, which you've

been using.

Speaker 3: The same yeah, if he was white, the same thing.

That's just what you say, yeah, or when I'm mad,

Like it's not something i'll say like talking to my

friends or like around my friends, but it's just when

I'm I don't know, like, well.

Speaker 7: He does I ask you, is there was some talk

that you appear to be more upset because he was

African American, like general, your sister, this is not someone.

This is what you get for Lithuania for.

Speaker 3: Coming here like to my house, disrespecting me, having sex

with my sister knowing I'm under it. But no, definitely,

I'm definitely not racist. I was at the game with

Odisha like African American. James baldimin African American.

Speaker 7: Okay, in your phone, how can be phoused with dad?

When you walk out, just give it to dad.

Speaker 3: You're giving your start talking on the counter. When you're

talking about I said I want to talk to you.

They're gonna have ast you in sidor left on the counter,

okay with.

Speaker 2: Uh you talked about okay, that first incident, five o'clock

in the morning. You go up and then you come

back down. You talk about not going back to sleep

right away. You talked about using your phone or whatever.

What was going on with your phone? Then were you

talking to friends? You I don't know you got a girlfriend?

Mm hmm kind of. But now I wasn't talking house

on Twitter, going on the feet. Okay, you weren't talking

to anybody talking about how this is ridiculous, man, Just

look just looking looking for somebody to be able to

vent to basically Saturday, my friends two three. Okay, alright,

so you weren't talking to anybody at that point in time, okay.

Speaker 4: Their texts.

Speaker 7: No, you aren't doing any twitters to any wise, and

you're not texting someone saying it's happening again.

Speaker 3: Oh no, I haven't told them what about? This is

embarrassing too. And then once it's gonna happen, he goes down.

It sounds like he's just he's out room, hits his head.

You're gonna begin which legs? Very which leg the right?

Are you guessing? Yeah? Okay, I don't watch the guess

you don't know, Yeah, you know, I'm yeah right, Okay,

So he goes down. You think it's a right the

right leg. You say what you are? What you said?

You go back into the house.

Speaker 2: Did you use your phone at all after that?

Speaker 3: No?

Speaker 8: Put the bat in my room, ran right upstairs. Okay,

Now you beat a baseball player. Is there more than

one bat in your room?

Speaker 3: I think there. I think there's two other wood ones

in my room.

Speaker 8: Okay, so there's two wood ones in a composite, and

one of the wood ones might have been outside.

Speaker 3: I can't remember. I put it, you should okay, but

two wood ones, yeah, in a composite. Yeah, so it's

definitely not on the bet that was used. Wasn't either

one of the wood ones. It's it's the composite that's

by the family.

Speaker 9: Okay, alright, Why did.

Speaker 8: On the other three occasions or is this the third occasion?

What's your sister coming?

Speaker 3: Somebody there? Third? Okay? The other two occasions they ran off.

Speaker 2: Okay, this time the dude's there, Okay, there's an umber

waiting for him to leave.

Speaker 3: The situation is just it should be calm, yeah, okay,

but you don't allow him to leave.

Speaker 8: You decide you're gonna hit him this time? Why Why

did you decide that you're gonna him this time? Why

did that come up? Why did you decide do you

had to do it this time that you were gonna

hit this guy?

Speaker 3: Honestly? Cause like every time, like I've s I've like

opened the door and said something the summer, so basically

opening their door as I'm saying, like they'll just like

keep trying to get away like they know that they're

going wrong. But this time this kid like turned and

looked at me like fully, like you sure you gonna

do this type thing. So I didn't know if he's

even approached me type thing or anything, especially when you

stopped and were like that close. Okay, but you see him,

he doesn't have a bath okay.

Speaker 2: And based on where he was struck at alright, he's

walking away from him.

Speaker 3: Okay, why did you.

Speaker 8: Decide that that that you still had to hit him

even though this situation was gonna be done?

Speaker 3: Yeah? I mean did he Were you that pissed off

at this game? Yeah? Okay? On a scale from one

to ten, how pissed off were you? P Probably like,

not not at him, but the situation tank, but not

at him at all. His more out of my sister. Okay,

I didn't even care about him or it was more

like my sister just don't okay, But your sister's nothing

one that got hit.

Speaker 2: Yeah, this kid did, and he whacked him pretty good.

Speaker 3: Yeah. Where did he Where do he hit his head

on the rocks? Is at the front of his hid fit?

Do you know where? Where was he bleeding in the front?

I don't know where he's being from, And I know

he hit the rocks in the front cause he learned

it front y. Is this your house, I might as

god it.

Speaker 7: So those rocks are now they're not on this anymore,

but they're like a lot of hair and as.

Speaker 3: They're the same as those ones at the front, and

it just wraps around the more.

Speaker 7: Oh okay, and then it's that the bush is that

there's two there's two of 'em?

Speaker 3: Is there another one behind this ones? I'm just look

next to it, okay, two bushes next to next.

Speaker 4: Okay, I'm just not seeing the other one cause of

the angle.

Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, or no, no, I just it doesn't look

like there's two thirds pretty big bushes next to him today?

Speaker 4: Are they taller than that? I don't know if that

was stifferent? No, okay, so you guys must have moved

the rocks from before.

Speaker 3: I was trying to get up. Yeah, that's crazy. That

doesn't even look like my house.

Speaker 7: Well, depending on when we were getting uh, satellites and

stuff and when they get photos and everything changes.

Speaker 3: So how hard do you think you hit the guy?

Speaker 7: I mean, well, it sounds like you're pretty mad, I mean, upset, frustrated.

Speaker 3: Where do you think about all of us? What do

I think about the wituation?

Speaker 7: What got you so mad this time? What was it

about this that got your that mad. I mean you're

ten out of ten, which is pretty mad.

Speaker 3: I mean, I mean I was the same mad all

three times, because it's like that's a big thing, especially

to someone that's like the younger brother. Someone's in your

sister's room having sex with their type of thing. Okay,

but she's twenty. Yeah, that doesn't make it. I know

it's she because she could be thirty, and she's know

my dad's house, breaking the wolves, right, it's not even

to my dad's house or to my dad, it's neat.

She knows someone's under her. I want to be having

sex with a girl under her knowing that my bed

will still hit the walls instead make noise, so disrespect.

Speaker 7: Yeah, but really, your anchor should be hurt because this guy,

for all he knows, Dad's fine with it, and he

doesn't know, right, because you don't know.

Speaker 3: So as far as you.

Speaker 7: Know, it's very possible this guy was told by her

it's okay my dad.

Speaker 3: He may not even know him. Dad lives there. That's

definitely what happened. He's walking. She had to have I

don't know if she told him that it was okay,

because if it was Okay, he probably would have walked

through the front door.

Speaker 4: Well unless she tells him at the end, oh by

the way, and.

Speaker 3: You go at the back. Yeah.

Speaker 7: Right, But so here's a guy that meets your sister wherever.

Speaker 3: Yeah, but yeah, I know what you're getting to. Yeah,

it's this isn't nothing wrong, right, It's only he's done

it before.

Speaker 7: He's been told Dad told her I don't never want

you to get back. He's disrespecting your dad because as

first he knows she has roommates. Yeah, doesn't even know

if dad lives there, has no idea, right, And as

far as he's concerned, he's just gonna have a relationship

with her that night and it's just gonna go sexual.

Speaker 4: But you're taking it to a different level. I mean

you're taking it too.

Speaker 3: When you asked me, I had no words because I know,

like I took it to somewhere that it should have

never even been, not even close to that, Like it

could have been where it didn't happen, but it should

have never got to this like this, like do you

have an anger management issue? Like do you get in

fights at school? If someone calls you names? Never again

in fight? Stay to myself been through everything, stay to myself.

It's just like a different person.

Speaker 7: I mean, you get to the point that you're walking

up at four thirty in the morning with a bat upstairs,

which is already a very aggressive I'm preparing to beat

someone's ass, and then now you're banging on the door,

let's be honest, trying to hope that dad wakes up

enough that you can get sister in trouble.

Speaker 3: So it sounds like perception.

Speaker 7: You go back down, you're waiting because you're gonna wait

to see who comes out.

Speaker 4: You see Uber, so you know something's off. You go

grab your bed again.

Speaker 3: Put it.

Speaker 7: I'm just gonna call it strategically right hidden right next

to the garbage cans. Go talk to Uber find out Yep,

he's there in the right house, so to speak. You

hear someone coming out the slider, so you know what's

about that. It's you've lived there how long?

Speaker 3: Four years?

Speaker 4: Three four years, so you're familiar with You knew exactly

the sounds.

Speaker 7: And what was happening and where he would have to

come because you know the layout. And those bushes are tall,

I mean they're probably seven feet and they're wide, so

you know, standing there he's not going to see you

initially coming out, and you're starting your your rage at

ten at the things you're saying.

Speaker 3: It was more like me and it didn't start yelling

until like he had been on the ground itself.

Speaker 7: No, you said when he clicked and he started coming through,

it wasn't.

Speaker 3: Like that tone of the tone that I had when

But you got a guy that he's not trying to

hit you.

Speaker 7: He's going to the uber, he's walking relatively within the

path you're gonna naturally walk to it. It's not like

he turned you at the front steps and he turns

and bypasses the uber and walks to the front door

where you are, or turns and walks into.

Speaker 3: The garage where you are right.

Speaker 7: So I'm just trying to understand the rage if this

is something that has happened before, or I mean, where's

the rage with this guy?

Speaker 3: I don't know you because I'm trying to figure it out.

It's never the rage with the guy. Well it is

at a point, but I don't know what you're trying

to get to. Like, I'm just trying to understand you've

never been him before, So, yeah, how is this.

Speaker 7: Rage so fast at him?

Speaker 3: They tried to back because he was just having sex

with my sister twice, like that's crazy. You have audacity

twice after you just heard me a bang on the

thing saying I literally stop, like I'm hunder like someone

bang on the door. Roommates or not someone saying stop

having sex. They're under even.

Speaker 4: Right, I get that, but for all you knows, it's

a roommate.

Speaker 7: And then they stop sounds like at some point because

you didn't have to go up until nine o'clock.

Speaker 3: And then for all.

Speaker 7: You know, he asks her, what the hell is going

on with your roommine and she tells him, oh, actually

it's not my roommate's my brother.

Speaker 3: No.

Speaker 7: By the way, my DA's across the room. And he's like,

oh my god, you got to kid me.

Speaker 3: This ain't right.

Speaker 7: And he's trying to do the best he can to

cause less issues and even say he's very mumbling.

Speaker 3: Kind of whatever. That's why I'm trying to figure out.

You do football, you do baseball.

Speaker 7: You haven't been kicked off, other than using the N

word that someone thought you they heard you from baseball,

you get kicked out, you haven't been kicked out, pedalized

or anything.

Speaker 4: In football. I mean, you're what do you do in football?

Speaker 3: Running back? Running back? Yeah? I only played freshman year

and I didn't want to. I'll do it. That's why

I'm trying me.

Speaker 5: I only know you from here.

Speaker 7: He seemed very polite, cordial, and I'm just trying to

figure out the anger. What's your trigger. It sounds like

it's a respect. You're very big on respect, and I

can appreciate that with family and respect and respect of

the family and the wishes of dad and being in

our home and being protective brother.

Speaker 3: I get that too.

Speaker 4: You've got all types of stories with your family, good.

Speaker 3: Dad, indifferent that I'll never fully understand.

Speaker 7: Only you will with your sister, And so I'm just

just trying to understand.

Speaker 3: That's all right.

Speaker 7: I think regardless of how this comes out, I think

you need a You need to be able to talk

to someone about there's other things going on. I mean,

you got you rage pretty fast for a guy that

you don't even know.

Speaker 4: He really doesn't say anything to you other than you

should want to.

Speaker 7: Do this, bro or bro or whatever he's saying it,

because even sounds like even he's like, what the hell

he used to figure out too all right, do you

have any questions.

Speaker 4: For us that maybe he's popping.

Speaker 3: In your head or just trying to know as Okay,

to be honest.

Speaker 7: We maybe at least well, that's a fair question.

Speaker 4: And to be honest, I don't know. He's at Harbor View.

Speaker 3: Uh.

Speaker 7: He got air lifted up to Harbor View. And I'll

just be honest, I don't know. I try to ask.

Speaker 3: Harbor Review is the best, and there was.

Speaker 7: I don't have anything saying that it was. It went

to fatal. It's just a head injury. So a lot

of times they always assume the worst and they just

do everything they can and then that way they can

do the best to serve him.

Speaker 3: Harbor. They are just phenomenal people, a medical one. People

are just phenomenal so the world as Yeah, we've.

Speaker 7: Had a couple that we assume are and die. They

just turn around and tell us they're living and they're fine.

And I do appreciate you being courteous with us and respectful.

I hope you feel that release with us.

Speaker 4: And as soon as I can get an update, we'll

figure it out.

Speaker 7: I do appreciate, like I say, even being honest when

we say I think we got a video.

Speaker 3: Good as I'm explaining it to.

Speaker 7: Their attacker, they're getting more information and things are starting

to match up.

Speaker 3: How's your family gonna be with us? I mean they

have any.

Speaker 7: Issues that they gonna be upset with the officers and detectives,

they're no issues, okay. I think they're pretty much just

at the scene, just trying to piece things together. Yeah,

your sister's only gonna have partial only word, but just

trying to understand and.

Speaker 4: You're saying it only you only hit 'em in the leg.

Speaker 3: M okay, just keep just keep in mind that once

the docs are when they start checking him out, that

if there is anything else there that that's not explainable,

or another injury.

Speaker 2: The last thing I want to do is have to

come back to you and say, hey, what what.

Speaker 3: Differently you understand? What truth?

Speaker 7: When you struck him in the leg on the ground?

Where were you standing.

Speaker 3: So he was on the rocks something like ahead.

Speaker 7: Of him, I guess at the head or at the

legs of him when you struggles you're so you're.

Speaker 3: Standing by his feet.

Speaker 7: Yeah, is there any reason why the video would suggest

that you struck him on the head a second time?

Did you go any higher than the leg. I'm just

now I'm going off with what I'm being told that

what I'm being told is the video that they're viewing

him out clearly shows a strike to the head while

he's on the ground.

Speaker 3: Do you remember that now? I just remember hitting him

and then falls on the ground and I just hit

him in the leg and I was at that time,

I kind of had a black dot after I hit him, scream.

I was screaming, yelling. If that is what happens when

you're not welcome. You said you're blackout, not really black

out the current, but you.

Speaker 7: Remember y uh adrenaline anger tick. Yeah, okay, I canna

get ready. You know that play it's gonna come to

you and you know that uh linebacker is already staring

at you and this is gonna be that hit and

that pumped up feeling.

Speaker 3: Take advan turned feeling.

Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, part return that you know?

Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, not truly gonna think you. You know that

things happened this morning. It shouldn't happened. I mean, you've

discussA say you were talked about. I don't know you

didn't hammer that, but what should have happened this morning

would have been a life thing for you to do.

Can tell my dad and might hadn't handle it. It's

the guy getting uber and leave. Yeah, definitely. Do you

at any chips or anything that's sare what a you stock

my coffee? You get into water? You should don't want

anything else? How they could okay, chill her for a

little bit then, Uh.

Speaker 7: That's yeah, Uh.

Speaker 3: Okay, So I'm just gonna step up this for a second.

And uh.

Speaker 7: Medium now is otherwise that keeps uh getting into my office?

Speaker 3: So they probably have an officer sitting around just outside.

You're just real quicks and just be cool. I mean,

you're being cool or anybody be a cool they.

Speaker 9: Alright blacks so much so I figured an instagram pull

this out.

Speaker 3: So what are you in this year? Senior? You're a

senior at West Auburn.

Speaker 5: Yeah, the trolling's on that.

Speaker 3: What's all this? Okay? You? Yeah, alright, that's right. It

seems like it's something. Uh do you love the calories

about each caller? Right now? I'm trying to Uh, I

was gonna straight d you know, to do a man?

Will you always wanna be straight up? As if we

possibly can't?

Speaker 2: Okay differently and uh but we asked that in return

as well for you to be as straight up as

you can. Alright, there's no doubt in my mind that

you're forgetting a little bit of a little bit about

what happened, okay, So.

Speaker 10: I'd like to give the opportunity to be able to

tell us okay and reference to what happened with that

baseball bat? Yeah, okay, And I get it, man, if

you're scared, I mean, have you ever been arrested before?

I'm say, okay, have you ever been talked to the

police before by anything, not saying okay, you was a

good kid, said you.

Speaker 3: Lost it this morning if it shouldn't have happened.

Speaker 2: Okay, But the truth is worth attacked. So how many

times you hit him?

Speaker 3: You? Yeah? Is there a reason you didn't wanna talk

about this before? Notting it all was wrong for the

whole thing? Alright? What happened on the third head? Well,

I'll just hit him, say, hit him, hit him again

and then and then hit him uh in the lid. Mkay.

Speaker 7: So take a couple of good deep breaths, cause I

can see you you just need some oxygen.

Speaker 3: The thing is, it is what it is. It already happened.

Speaker 7: I'm taken for her trying to get this stupid video

to actually play it.

Speaker 3: It already happened, yea.

Speaker 4: And I want you just to take a moment, just.

Speaker 3: To breathe for a second.

Speaker 7: And what we're trying to understand is kind of what's

going on, how you feeling, what's going on in your mind?

Speaker 3: So you say he.

Speaker 7: And he's just kind of the way you're explaining, everything's

just kind of open. You could see he was going,

he went down.

Speaker 3: To the ground.

Speaker 7: You're still the lack of red turns at his feet,

you still have the bat and then what happening?

Speaker 3: Hit him again in the head? Mkay? And it's still

at the same position hitting me in the leg? Kay?

Speaker 7: Was he moving at all like when you went to

hit him the second time? The third time once in

a leg or wherever, and then again on the.

Speaker 3: Head when you hit him in the head? Ah, if

you need to stand up, that's fine.

Speaker 4: Where you hitting him like one handed?

Speaker 3: Were you tapping on him?

Speaker 4: Explain to me how you hit him in.

Speaker 3: The head, same thing, I have him both hands, okay

with that? Okay? And I know and I'm sorry, I

know you can't.

Speaker 7: Did you do it like you're to chopping wood or

are you doing side to side like chopping wood?

Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, always going through your mind at that moment

in time that like I'll s as soon as I

I don't. I just knew that it was gonna be

like something I could never take back, Like well, like

after I am the first time, second time, the third time,

I just knew nothing I'll ever be able to take back.

And like seeing him like that, like.

Speaker 4: I'm hearing you.

Speaker 7: The same, it was something I didn't think I could

ever get back. I could ever take back what do

you what do you mean by that?

Speaker 3: Like hitting him, sulting him, I just knew that I

could never take that back. Hitting him again, just knew

I could never take that back. And like seeing him

after the first time I had him, think did you

think he killed him the first time? When you hear him?

They had no what about the second time? So why

are you doing it a second time and a third time?

Literally no reason. It was like the general I don't

feel like I don't know there was n literally no reason,

no thought process to why or were to hit him

the first second or third tongue like like me saying,

like people someone asking me why did I hit him?

I could say it's because of that reason, and then

like coming down to it now, like there was really

no reason, and you guys trying to realize that even

though you had no thought process, like me thinking meet

my site. Oh yeah, I'm in here, like I'm having

sex with this girl regarded this her brother dad to

MO roommates ain that. So that's why I'm looking at

like I just felt totally disrespected by this person, which

which is no like I just just cause I feel disrespected.

And anyway, once attend doesn't mean like I can do that.

I know that I can do that, or somebody hit somebody.

Get get my point across that I feel disrespected.

Speaker 7: But after the first time, when you have him in

the head, you said, already near your diet, what do

you mean you die?

Speaker 3: Like you like that I had to just hit somebody

and hang with the bat. And what do you think

what happened is getting hit in the head died like

someone would die.

Speaker 4: Alright, Have you ever had a concussion when you're playing football?

Speaker 11: Yeah, and that's with a helmet.

Speaker 3: You gonna get the thumb drive. I think it's gonna

get on this point I'm sorry to second er.

Speaker 7: I'm so this got segmented into this little groups and

each one's taking a minute.

Speaker 3: So so you, uh, when you hit him the first time,

the first time, you're saying was behind the behind the

right ear right back in here.

Speaker 12: You sir, is there any down in your mind that

you knocked him out right then?

Speaker 3: And there? No? Cause he like at the time it

was kind of like no, but I should've known cause

like of how he was like, he like he took

the impact and just you know, I've seen this. I'm

just I'm looking for you what you you were seeing?

Speaker 2: Okay, but I'm sitting here watching this, and you ever

heard of the the term of going down like seconteous?

Speaker 3: Now? I mean he just calm, I'm think around out

light time you used to you watch it anyway? You

don't watch?

Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you know what it's like when somebody

gets there a clock wrong, alright, and they're out.

Speaker 3: That's why that's what I see.

Speaker 12: And then I'm I'm trying to understand why we have

these other why you decide to hit 'em two more times?

Speaker 3: Alright?

Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm tryna, I'm not tryna hear me here I'm

just trying to get more strong.

Speaker 3: Yes, I get it, but I'm just trying. I'm just

trying to understand, okay, cause it's what we do.

Speaker 12: We try to understand. What was the reason for the

those other other shots.

Speaker 2: Obviously you know that you should have hit him the

first part with the first with the first shot.

Speaker 8: Yeah, okay, But why when he goes down and he

is absolutely helpless?

Speaker 13: Did uh did these other shots take place? There's no

words for it.

Speaker 3: Strong, Kay, Were you think about killing him?

Speaker 4: No, cause said you knew that a hit to the

head could kill him.

Speaker 3: Yeah. The question is.

Speaker 7: You did it twice? So was that coming through your mind?

Like I've already hit him once?

Speaker 3: Uh, it would know that was coming through my mind. Okay,

And I'm asking if I don't ye even him laying

there after the fact. H it's finally bufferings though, thinking

almost about it. And I'll ask you this question too,

is it is the reason that you didn't, you.

Speaker 2: Know, go down and try to help him out is

because you pretty much knew that nothing was gonna help

him out.

Speaker 3: Of the hard time. I'll let you look gods. Nah.

So that's that. And two you're over here, I'm sorry,

I'm just gonna answer. Oh yeah, Now, really it is

more that God knew that I couldn't do anything after

I had already done when it did.

Speaker 2: Okay, because of I mean that's pretty violent, do you,

I mean you sorta consider that violent?

Speaker 3: Yes, sir? Okay, alright, you just conshow me the video?

Can you say that? Yes? Sir?

Speaker 7: Alright, so that's the car uber. Yeah, you won't see

you hit him the first time, but you'll see him fall.

Why true?

Speaker 3: Do you remember that? Yes?

Speaker 5: Sir?

Speaker 3: It's two forty eight. What are you saying to him

at this point?

Speaker 7: Cause if you're standing over him like you're about to

hit him again, what are you thinking about?

Speaker 3: Right there? It's called look at the ambulance until I

see it's the blood. But you never did no, okay,

did you think he was dead at that point? No?

Cause like just cause he was moving a little, that

doesn't mean that he was dead.

Speaker 7: But but you've had concussions before with a helmet.

Speaker 3: Now you hitting him with a thirty one inch.

Speaker 7: Composite cause you're right, I mean when he falls here

about for two seconds, there is no life in him,

I mean, boom.

Speaker 3: Out n And it's almost an immediate leag h. Yeah,

like you said, almost like an axe coming down at him.

Speaker 12: Petulian, are you are you wearing the same clothes you

got right down or that the video was, well what

are you wearing?

Speaker 3: Did you change your clothes at all? No? I think

I just took off the hoodiea glood you took on

kind of hoodies. I can't see it looks dark. It's

blue blue. Yeah's some something in the front, says Samoa.

Speaker 7: Samoa, Yeah, like it's dark blue, light blue, light white printing,

white printing.

Speaker 3: Okay, is there a reason you took off the hoodie? Yeah,

my gout upstairs. I just when I was talking about start,

I was just taking off color. I was just getting hot. Okay.

Did you know the same blood ring like that on it? No? Alright,

where did where did you put that?

Speaker 5: At?

Speaker 3: The hoodie? It upstairs on the couch. I'll sitting upstairs

on the couches there. So this is them all on

the top and it's a dark blue. I'm sorry, I

can't it's lightly a light layer. Okay. Looking at this,

does it.

Speaker 7: Bring back or help you recall any part of this?

I mean, is there something that does this help you

refresh your memory on anything it now you said, cause

sometimes that people do have a better recall, like they go, okay,

I do remember this differently. I remember thinking this, Oh,

he'll show up for a second and there anything that

you're thinking of. Are you yelling at him at this point?

Speaker 3: Seeing anything? No? How about now? No? Kind of just

looking hold holding the SOS thing. Do you know what

would I have to do?

Speaker 7: Okay, cause we'll look at your We'll look at your

phone and see if that was activated at all, that

was brought up. I don't know what the SOS thing is,

but but that might be uh apple ten thing. I

don't see your phone in your hand. Did you have

your phone when you went out there? Yeah, you just

always have.

Speaker 3: It on you. Was it your phng flock in your

hand or kay?

Speaker 4: So when you were woken up at four thirty, you

started and you've gone out to do all that?

Speaker 3: Were you using your phone then?

Speaker 7: Like you couldn't You said something like you couldn't get

back to sleep or no, No, I thought you were

you're doing something you're twittering or you're a chickens.

Speaker 3: Well you meant like using it like y in any way?

Speaker 7: Like were you using a phone Twitter, and okay, that

was after four thirty four, four thirty.

Speaker 3: You Okay, did you send any did you call anyone

after this? No? And he's not moving at all. Does

it make any noises? Mm mm? After you kneel down

in front of him and then you walked back towards

the uh garage? What's going through your head at that time?

I just knew that I shouldn't have done what I did,

and that I could have handled it better way than

would have impacted whatever I wanted to be impacted a

hundred times more.

Speaker 2: Did you realize and I again I don't wanna put

words in your head, but uh, did you realize you

had really made a poor decision which screwed up?

Speaker 3: Yeah? Definitely. Did you think about taking off? No? I

knew that now I was just gonna make it worse,

and I needed to pay the consequence for my actions. Now,

didn't wanna make it worse? Well? The hooper drivers right

there and can hear everything going on? Yeah, so obviously

it's gonna be a real important his information? Is Is

it he who a guy driving or a female driver? Now? Yeah, driver?

If it was just an other driver, I mean, just

the driver wouldn't anybody went him?

Speaker 2: No, alright, So if he tells me that you were

I mean yelling, you know things about this guy's race.

Speaker 3: You shouldn't be with my sister because of your race.

And I know you have you know it sounds like

you have black friends, and and and.

Speaker 2: But if he tells me that, if I if he

you know, fills out a affidavit, okay, I s even

in reference to what he heard under a penalty of perjury,

is whatever he says going to be the truth? In

reference to this, you know, these slurs that were made,

I mean he se is he going to do you

think that he would tell us the truth in reference

to these slurs being made?

Speaker 3: Does that make sense? I may not be made sense

to you. Did you say more than what you talked

about for because you left some stuff out? Credibility is

huge yea? And when you leave something out, they were thinking, ah,

what else is left out? Okay? But do you remember

telling this guy that because of whatever you know the

background he has? Ask me, am I face? But if

racist comment might have come out? Definitely not. And if

the gouper driver tells me that those did come out,

is you lying? Definitely? Because I'm not racist. I have

most of my find Okay, but he doesn't know you. Okay,

but sometimes I'm just letting you know. Yeah, I'm not

quar're racist. What I'm saying is if he says that

you said racist words or yeah, okay, but I I

did say and would not with the e er, which

makes it no different. Yeah, yeah, which makes it no different.

And I know that because of the consequences out of

the deal with by getting kicked off using So you said, nigga,

I'm not a nigger? Or right here a hudio bad

didn't even bresh my ear yet, that's why you had

your judeo. Yeah. I usually have a routine when I

get it. Do you guys have a surveilance system at

your house? We don't. You could just want cameras or

anything at your house. No, do you pay your phone

or is there any you your dad's phone built? My dad?

Speaker 7: Is he is that at and t smrit spray is

everyone on the same Well, I'm trying to get a update.

Speaker 3: On uh his status. If you're Jilli, do you think

you kill him? Do you think he killed us? Hope? Does?

I'm not? Do you think what you did you definitely

could have killed him? You sure? Would it surprise you

if if if he does die, Yeah, it would surprise you. Yeah,

or I guess I'm uh that confuse Your hands are

kind of confuses me. So based on what you did? Okay,

do you think would you be surprised if he died

based on what you did? Mm? Do you think somebody

you said you hit? Somebody hits? Yeah? Now I know

what you're sayings are okay, So what you're saying is

like what I did, what I be surprised? Yeah, so

you would or would not be surprised if he dies?

You would not be ye, cause I know how one

is you have to say? Well, I mean cause I

think you're professionally honest with your understanding that just the

one hit could have killed him. And then you go

because of you know, the the bathing is.

Speaker 7: I mean, you hit one hit to the head, you know,

especially with a thirty one in a composite that's already

gonna be bad, and you're you're hidding.

Speaker 3: That that lobe that you know has a lot of issues.

Speaker 4: But then his head is next to the rocks, so

now there's nothing to move like when you for.

Speaker 7: Him the first time. There's a little bit of movement, right,

I mean, he's gonna give way. But now his head

is against that hard rock. And like you said, chopping

wood for the ACKs.

Speaker 3: Yeah, what'd you hear when you hit him? What'd you hear?

I don't remember, Kay, you didn't.

Speaker 7: Hear smash or ash or a crack or remember a

crack or a whush or aush or like hitting a watermelon.

Speaker 3: Then you get that. So so far there.

Speaker 4: His pretty big swelling, but they're keeping it under control.

Speaker 2: You just in yourge your hands when you eat 'em.

You can get that vibration up into your hands itself.

Speaker 7: That's alright.

Speaker 3: You were holding on to that bat, that type. Do

you know a loose loose bat you gonna you gonna

feel it. You can get that ring. You felt that ring?

You know that ch I can't remember how many times

I got pissed off when I felt that. You have

an in skin, you get that all the time.

Speaker 7: Yeah, And it's a difference of that, uh that's gonna

go or shit, that's gonna be a pop.

Speaker 4: Right, I mean you can just feel it, you just

knowing it. You got that sweet spot and with this.

Speaker 3: Is it.

Speaker 7: Alright, Well, I do appreciate you in this interview with

us and talking and understanding it helps in understanding what happened, right,

I mean, as you can see, this is only a

two day or two D video so to speak.

Speaker 3: I don't know the.

Speaker 7: Mindset of what's going on. Are you trying to kill 'em?

Is there a rage you're upset? I mean, I don't

know any of the background. And I hope, no matter

what happens coming out of this, that maybe you can

find someone to speak with and help find a way

to vent your age before it gets to the point

that you're at at ten out of ten, before very

much of anything. But I get it though, going back,

I hear what you say, uh when you sk of respect,

and that is very big.

Speaker 4: Regardless of culture.

Speaker 3: That's just very big.

Speaker 7: Some culture seem to be more in tune, but it's

also big with someone who's big with family and it's

connected and has that And so I don't look at

you as a bad person. I just look at someone

who got into a situation that got to the point

that we had to get called Okay, but I want

you to do this if if this ever happens again,

and we get you get to that point where.

Speaker 3: Something like this even happens, you know you you've you

made multiple bad choices, right, I mean, I'm just it

is what it is.

Speaker 7: He made multiple bad choices one or after the other

to the point that you're hidden with a bat to

the head at least twice in the neck. At some

point you have to be able to pull yourself back

and try to do the right thing. Now, you're doing

the right thing on this as far as you're venting

and you're letting it out. But you can always have.

Speaker 3: Someone to need.

Speaker 7: I mean, even if you're him like that, you can

still call render aid trying to do something right. This

you're eighteen, This does not define you, right however this

comes out, this doesn't define you. And you can still

do incredible with your life after this. But you need

to uh find a way to make peace with yourself. Clearly,

your family is already wanting you to be with them as.

Speaker 3: Part of them.

Speaker 7: So you're always gonna have a family, right, And you

and your sister are close. Sounds like good dad, and

you guys went through a hardship I could never imagine

with their mom.

Speaker 3: And so we're gonna see what we can do.

Speaker 7: We're trying to let them know as much as possible to. Okay,

I'm probably not gonna show them the video, but I

don't want them.

Speaker 3: It's pretty graphic. You live through it. I don't you know.

Speaker 7: I'm not gonna show them. But is there anything you

want me to tell them? I'll certainly do that.

Speaker 4: I'm not I can't let you talk to them face

to face right now.

Speaker 3: You'll have that ability later. But do you want me

to express something to them if they Uh, I'm sorry

for the lash now, mkay?

Speaker 7: Alright, I can do that and I don't know him.

Is there something you want me to tell his family?

I don't know if they've made contact that they're his family?

Speaker 3: Get or done?

Speaker 7: Is there anything you want me to tell them? And

you surely don't have to right now? Alright, give any

questions for us?

Speaker 3: No?

Speaker 7: Sorry, Okay, let me find out, uh, what's going on? Essentially,

they're trying to work through the process and y it's

either gonna be and how there's our DC even know?

Speaker 3: Mmm? Hm uh, I think it'd be cool trip score?

Is it ever talking about? Yeah? Score versus right cause

we have to be booked in and then try to

go over. So have you ever been, Jim?

Speaker 2: Oh?

Speaker 4: Sorry, Okay, So I think what they're gonna have you

do is be booked into.

Speaker 5: SCORE.

Speaker 3: So SCORE is in Des Moines.

Speaker 7: It's a regional jail that we do both mocial cities

own it, uh, misdemeanors and felony holds. And so you're

obviously there's just gonna be a felony. I don't know

where they're charging you at. It's at least assault one.

But you're gonna go there first, and then you'll get

sent up to Seattle King County Jail, probably tonight today.

Speaker 4: Uh today being Saturday, I try to Saturday.

Speaker 7: Yeah, and then uh so Monday, you'll see a judge

on Monday. Okay, and guys, I'll and I'll tell your family.

I don't know what they do with visitations and how

that works. And don't think you can make a call

to your your family from SCORE. I don't know if

they have that, but I know they do at King County.

They lab accesses to do that, and then there's a visitation.

Speaker 3: I don't know what that schedule is.

Speaker 7: So I'll tell your family just to check with the website. Uh,

so they can at least have a conversation with you

and you.

Speaker 4: Guys can mate. Okay, however that will sound how they

do that?

Speaker 3: Okay?

Speaker 4: Uh, let me go check and see what's going on.

Speaker 3: I don't with the rest of your family. And one

one last question, did anybody else have any in your household?

Speaker 8: Anybody else have anything to do with this? Did your

dad tell you to do this? H did your step

month where you you will take care of this guy?

Speaker 3: Alright?

Speaker 4: The first time that you had contact with them is

when you came.

Speaker 3: Back in from outside.

Speaker 4: Alright, So they ask schedule? Is everything you told us?

Speaker 3: Uh? True or correct to the best of your ability? Yeah,

except for to start, how's happened? Okay?

Speaker 4: And was there any threats or promises made to you

in order to talk with us today?

Speaker 7: Okay, So let's take a break care of us against

U two ten. Let me go find out what's going on.

They were in the promises of getting some paperwork started

and at transport. Let me see where they're going.

Speaker 3: Put it out. You pay rent or anything that at

your house? Your dad? Okay, your dad owns that house,

pays rent on it. Yeah, Okay, you don't want to

leave me, yeah, okay, do you mean is the bos

guy two ten? Did Julia? Ooh? Try what that? Yeah?

Speaker 2: I wanna ask you a little bit about you talked

about this lie that you're sisters coming up with.

Speaker 3: You had talked about I think we started talking about

it before he Doug came back in.

Speaker 2: But there was a car there when you got home,

and like what time you get home from the football

game or sea basketball game?

Speaker 3: Eight p forty five? About eight forty five? Yeah, and

there was a car there. Did you recognize that car?

You never seen it before? Do you know what kind

of car it was? Clips? I think okay, redy clips, Red,

like a newer car there? Look nice or was it?

It was kind of it was dark, so I couldn't

really see that it was like a nice or not?

And s I swear I remember seeing any clips and

then it was just red. Okay.

Speaker 2: And just so anybody listens to this, when you talking

about eight forty five, we're talking about at nine pm?

Speaker 3: Yeah, right, okay? And do you know who owns that car?

I have no idea. I've never seen it at my house. Okay?

Did that? Where was it parked at in front of

the house, like on the street? Yeah? On the curb. Okay.

And then did you when you went into your house?

Did you try to figure out who it was that

that was driving that car? Cause I had to before

I had left. I got out of the shower when

I heard my sister coming through the garage. It sounded

like it was a friend. At first, I grew up. Okay,

I just assumed that it was a Surge car. Oh

before you left? Yeah? Okay, So was the car there

before you left? You go to the ball game? Yeah, okay.

So you're in the shower, you hear your sister coming

in with a friend. Uh another female? Yeah? Okay. Did

you hear any other voices? Was there anybody else with them?

You think I didn't? Okay? So you you just hear

the your your, your sister's voice, and another female's voice

for talking. So you get out of a shower, you

go to the ball game. What time did you leave

to go a ball game? I left late cause my

friend was taken forever. It is probably like six fifteen. Okay,

I left house. And when you laugh that Sam ready

clips was out there. Okay. And then so you get home,

the clips was still there marked in the same spot.

Uh huh. Okay, did did you see anybody? Did? Was

her friend there? This other female? Did you see her?

This other female? Ever, I didn't see him even when

I went out the front door. No one was upstairs. Okay,

oh least upstairs. Were you in the common area? Yeah? Right, alright?

Speaker 2: And then you said I think you said briefly that

you saw that vehicle leave or you noticed it was gone.

Speaker 3: At something I noticed. I noticed it was gone when

I had got up or when I had came down.

I think it was you. When I had came down,

I was living outside and I had noticed that the

car wasn't there anymore. When when was that though? What

time I think that was? It was? I can't remember

if it was five or nine when I saw the

car when I hadn't looked out the window and see

if like when I was leaving, Yeah it was five

because I had been on the wall, went upstairs, checked

out on a drink, went back downstairs and looked out

the window, and anybody clutch wasn't there. Okay, but you

didn't see.

Speaker 2: Actually who came to the reddit clapch You just you

just remember your sister's voice and another female urs.

Speaker 3: How by times you get back from the game eight

forty five because we didn't finish the fourth quarter.

Speaker 4: So eight forty five at night, the car is still there. M.

Speaker 3: Four thirtieth car is not there?

Speaker 2: Okay, in between eight forty five when you got home,

when you're playing a game, because you're up.

Speaker 3: To what eleven thirty is what you said around there?

Did you hear any voices at that time? Hear anything?

Had the pluggings alright at the astros too, I can

hear a thing?

Speaker 2: Yeah, Now you talked about your sister making up this lie?

What was what was this lie that that she was

making up that you were trying to call her on?

Speaker 3: She's said, Uh, she's kind of repeating, I wasn't doing

anything that wasn't a coworker's friend. And I wasn't even

speaking her house, kept larking her my dad. It's like,

I'm not lying, Like I heard the noises, I'm not

crazy the sex noises.

Speaker 4: What would be her reason to be dishonest to us?

Speaker 3: I mean, after all of this, I seemed so much.

That's what I was telling her to the front about,

like you're really gonna lie for this kid over your meat?

Like you're read that's been too, Helen back with you, Yeah.

Speaker 7: It is she would she be worried she gonna get

kicked out if she's found with another guy.

Speaker 4: Does she get lots of money from dad?

Speaker 3: Is there? No? Is she just worried about respect? I

mean to lie so boldly? Why would she continue? I mean,

what what is it for her? That's I have no idea.

That's what I was asking her too, Like where whether

you're gonna lie over family like and now that it

g took this far, you're still gonna lie like you

see me get cuved, put it in the car and everything,

you're still gonna lie.

Speaker 4: Like what's a benefit can you? Can you think of

any benefit for her?

Speaker 3: Not to be honest? Sh nom like not seeing like

there's already a guy there when there shouldn't be. So

I don't know why, Like that's all I could see

is not trying to get in more trouble saying like

that they were having sex again. It's the third time, now,

datter whether they showed this type thing third time? There's

not two?

Speaker 4: Yeah, so that would be third oh thirty venus person?

Speaker 3: Yeah, not third time that night. I'm sorry, Okay, thanks

for correct me.

Speaker 2: And then while what you guys right in this conversation side,

was she going in names on or anything like that

on who this character is?

Speaker 3: No? Alright, but wasn't that.

Speaker 2: I was just tryna figure out exactly you just said.

I'm trying to figure out if there would be a

reason for her to make something up?

Speaker 3: Alright, man, friend? Was it two twenty? Yeah? Surely see

h a partner of your whistle for you? Can you reason?

My hand right in here? So?

Speaker 7: Uh, that's your dad's phone nuber and that's your grandma's

plan number. Do you know, cause obviously we had your phone.

And since that's how going, I think you can't use

your phone in the job when you do get there. Uh,

at least those are two things.

Speaker 3: Now you get the new phone X yeah? Is that

base recognition? Only that have to put the next does? Yeah?

Speaker 7: And then what happens if you don't have your face

like it's too dark and you can't see it?

Speaker 3: Is there a pass code like a phrase? How does

that work? Is that numbers? Or is that a doers numbers? Okay?

Speaker 7: Uh, what we would like to do is get that

so we don't have to do your phone thing. Just

trying to confirm things that you're saying, Kay, what's your password?

Six three five six three five four zero three four

zero three.

Speaker 3: There's that.

Speaker 4: Six three five war zoe two four zero two school number?

Speaker 3: Your school number like you used to be my number?

You get like lunch instead that I.

Speaker 7: Wasn't like elementary easy to remember them really, So when

you went to lunch, you just give your student ID number.

Speaker 3: Type in your number on a little pad and then

walk up to the r whatever one you want and

whatever type of food.

Speaker 4: Oh so six three five four h two and then

it looks So have you had any issues.

Speaker 3: With it working with your face? So? What if you

were in classes? You probably would have to do the

face recognition thing with your glasses on? Oh most likely?

How dark is it? Gotten? It it still work? Mm hm.

So you can have a pitch black room. You're just

gonna have your biteness and then you'll fully it'll still

work because it rminates from the light that's on the screen.

So have you ever had a network Yeah, oh all right,

So is it gonna be anything on your phone that is.

Speaker 7: Gonna be problematic for this that's gonna conflict with what

you told us? Now let me ask you, did you

delete anything from that phone after the incident. Did you

get off did you tell your past is your mom

or dad or sister? Now your password? No, So the

only one that would have been in it would.

Speaker 3: Have been you.

Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, So cause what happens is when they look

at the phone, everything's kind of time staff.

Speaker 3: Right, It's just it's just like a Peter just tiny.

Speaker 4: After the end's at there, not gonna see anything.

Speaker 3: Being deleted, cause even though you delete, it goes into what's.

Speaker 7: Called a reverse cash get back, and that cash will

kind of still have everything that got deleted.

Speaker 3: Yeah, he said, that's there's gonna be a video of

me basically recording him saying like this is what I

was saying, saying like this is what happens. I'll never

come back and stuff like that.

Speaker 4: That there's gonna be a video of that. Okay, talk

talk to me through that.

Speaker 3: How how did that happen? Cause that's new Cause when

I was staying there, uh, basically taking a video. So

when I went inside, I could s like show my sister,

so she'd go out and help him and now try

and delete it.

Speaker 4: Oh, when you're after you hit him, Yeah, and he's

on the ground, him and I him.

Speaker 3: I did see at one point you're leaning. It looked

like you were doing something. Is that what you were doing?

Speaker 4: So it wasn't you were doing so as you were

doing video? And what were you telling them on that video?

Speaker 3: Just like this is what happens when you come and

disrespect my household some other things. I can't remember what

I said.

Speaker 4: Okay, And then you tried to delete that video. How

did you try to delete it?

Speaker 3: Uh? My gully and just delete it? Okay, so that

will be in the deleted cash.

Speaker 4: Any text messages that you deleted.

Speaker 3: You we're gonna find my cash. Any photos that we're

gonna delete? Now? Did you show that to your sister? Yeah?

What she say? She just said, must have called the cops.

Obviously he's heard and while she's running down starts to

help him. Okay, how could you never bring that up before? Wrong?

I'm gonna ask you again. Man.

Speaker 7: That seems you're done, but it seems like we need

to Is there anything else I'm gonna find out later.

Speaker 4: That you haven't fully told us?

Speaker 3: Yeah? Like I said, how it started me like the

bat sitting in the bat there and stuff that didn't happen.

I came out to the garage, went over to the

fence like and s like you know, I said, I

was standing right there. Yeah. So I went over to

the fence seeing him come out, and then I was

on the other side. So I was on the next

day's jarge trying to peek through the fence to seat

and he was coming down and then he came out

and I was behind him, and that's when I had

hit him. That's good, so he'd even when he was

there hm, cause I was like it was good. Uh,

why are you coming downside of the house wherever? He

kind of mumbled and was looking at me, and that's

when I hit him. So where are you? Stuff? Right

the right here?

Speaker 7: Any years a pat if you want? Oh god, right here,

that's you.

Speaker 3: Yeah, do what I say. Put me so I don't

get computered. Okay, here's alright. That's when you on this

side of the fence. Yeah. And then I came right here. Uh.

And then he came right here, and then we were

right here, and then I kind of moved. I kept walking,

so he was kind of right here coming up and

I was like, who the fuck are you and stuff?

And he stopped and then I kept walking and then

as he came out, he was walking and I was

kind of right here, not walking, but like standing there

like saying like who are you, Like why the fuck

are you at my house? And shit, why are you

messing with my sister and stuff? And then he just kept,

uh just like gnadding him kind of he was kind

of turned, like I said, I when we were just

looking at each other. And then I had hit him

at that point, and then that's when he fell, hit

him in the leg, hit him again, and then uh,

when I was standing there, I took him the video.

Speaker 7: Inside so just I can hear this, right, he is

just get closed this, get guarded, and you're over here.

Speaker 3: And so I walk over here from where he could

see you as he walks out now cause he was

at the he was coming down right here, right, and

then I had walked, so he had to send you

a walk in front in the out right here.

Speaker 7: Well, but let's be honest, you moved in a spot

that is a blind spot to him. Yeah, right, But

so and you guys didn't have any conversation prior to

you walking past here, no, okay, beside me saying like

who the fuck is this?

Speaker 3: Like why are you in the house and stuff in

then out right here and then like I seen him

and I stopped right here, and I was like, the fuck,

I must just go back to the front. Went back

to the front, and then that's when he was right here.

This is only like eight feet I mean, it's not

that big. So he walks out as the gate closer

upen open, but he doesn't walk out so like, so

he doesn't walk out there. So he's coming down, I'm

walking past. We see each other. He opens it, and

then I come back around because he's opening I'm trying

to catch him. As he opens the door. Were you

thinking he was gonna jump or something? Yeah?

Speaker 7: Okay, all right, so he opens it. Now he's not

gonna jump, so you know he's not gonna jump.

Speaker 3: He starts walking towards it, stands there, so he he

opens it, and I'm walking back as he opens it.

So he opens. As soon as he fully opens it,

I'm right square in front. Okay, who the fuck you? Now?

Speaker 4: You hold the Batah, that's the bat?

Speaker 3: How you hold it my left hand like this? Okay?

And I was like, who are you? What the fuck

are you at my house? He starts approaching me and

I kind of like this, and he's keep walking, and

while he's walking, he stops, and that's when he was like,

are you sure you want to get into this little road?

And then I swapped him. That's when he fell.

Speaker 7: Well for being moron us, did you hit him with

the left or the right? Cause he's walking away at

this point.

Speaker 3: So I'm like this, walk over right here he comes out,

I'll come out like this, who the fuck? Or you

did a side seven? As I know? He has to

get that way side Steven and the bats like that

and right here. And then when you me and him

turned like right about here, like he was kind of

like I was just literally squared up like this, be

sure you wanna do this little roll? And I just

want to that. And then when you go on the

grown have the bat hit him in the leg with

bulltowns like this hit him again in the head. So

white line to us, I remember I was wrong the

whole time, which doesn't make any sense, cause that just

is another wrong correct well, wrong is wrong. It is

what it is.

Speaker 7: But what white light OUs, Let's see this guy lips right,

Let's let's hope that he lives right.

Speaker 3: He's gonna have a conversation about what he remembers.

Speaker 7: So is that what he's gonna remember is as he's

walking out, you coming up, you're coming around from his

left to his right in front of him, because he's

not trying to hurt you. He's just trying to get

to Zuber, right, because for all tense purposes, what I'm

hearing you.

Speaker 4: Say is you're gonna smack him one way or the other.

Speaker 3: This was not a maybe, This was not a could

have This was a I was gonna do beat down

today if you didn't stop and tell me, if if

I was sure I wanted to do this, then nothing

would happen if he kept walking or just did the

same thing I did all the last few times sitting

there and actually leaves right now, Yeah, my dad zero off?

But why am him because I don't I don't know

what he's gonna do after he tells me, are you

sure you want to do this? But you're but you're

going off on him, right, You're yelling I'm asking him, yeah,

oh yeah, asking him like that. You're going off on him.

I'm asking him why he's at my house? And how's

your tongue? How's your tone? Like this there's no yelling.

He's we're looking right at each other. Why are you

you're calm? Not just like this not this isn't calm.

But this is how I was talking yet with bat. Yeah,

so he knows that he's gonna get wet, but that

he knows that he's wrong, but he has no weapons.

He's not that much bigger than you. Right, Let's be honest,

He's really not that much bigger. You'll see when you

see him. He's bigger than me. Okay, a couple of right,

two three inches.

Speaker 4: It's not like he looks like the Incredible Hulk and

his muscles are out of here.

Speaker 3: And it doesn't change the situation either way.

Speaker 4: To be honest, it sounds like you're going to him

in the melon wonder this guy is.

Speaker 3: Gonna get where I could see.

Speaker 7: I mean yeah, because you said, as he's saying, you

should only do this, because he's probably thinking, what the

hell you got this?

Speaker 3: Bat? Yeah? What do those thing in that? Right? So

he stops and gets whacked ahead. Yet yes, he's thinking yeah,

because he is right, you're going to stop, and he

is looking at hit me. Wow. Yeah, I think that's

what you're saying though, because he's sitting here thinking that

you reacted.

Speaker 7: You you responded faster and he could react. I mean,

you're hitting so hard, so fast that he couldn't even react.

Speaker 3: He couldn't put his hand out because you were there,

and you know that he couldn't react, and that that

I hit him so fast. Uh well, well yeah, yeah,

because that's what you just said though, So you know

that's what I'm trying to understand. You said his hands

are in his fock when he's falling down. I hit

him without him having no reactions, so you knew, right,

I'm asking you don't know? Are you asking? I'm confused,

like I'm asking which side did he was he even

able to put his hand up to get I don't know.

I'm not supposed to know if he's because he said

his hands are in his pockets when he goes down.

Speaker 5: Mm hmm.

Speaker 3: Then I said his hands were in his pockets when

he was walking out. I never said his hands in

his pockets when he goes down. Hm.

Speaker 2: But obviously he did, you I mean, in your opinion, yeah, okay,

and I think you talked about this before, but uh

you did.

Speaker 3: He didn't know you were gonna have him the bad.

I mean it was kind of like, yeah, just cause

I had it didn't mean he's you know.

Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, this whole situation from the time that you

were behind the fans too, when you were a videotape

and yeah, how much time do you think you even

passed maybe out?

Speaker 3: What was it? It was pretty quick.

Speaker 8: Now did you take that videotape for like some kind

of uh no bullshit here, Okay? Did you take that

as like a trophy.

Speaker 3: Type of thing. No, sir, kay, you took it to

show your sister with what you'd done. Why didn't us, Well,

you don't run her out cause I didn't wanna go

back outside to what I had done, to what I

knew that I was gonna have to take consequences for it.

Oh well, and I'm just gonna ask you one last time.

Do you think the last time you hit him? Yeah, okay,

I'm just trying to understand it.

Speaker 2: I tell you would be a little upset because people

want kind of understand where you're probably well, when you

struck him that second time and then the third time,

especially when you him in the head to the third

stripe of the head.

Speaker 3: I mean, that's not that's not a light Bult hit

Kase Like we talked about it before. It was light

on Mkay.

Speaker 8: The reason you did that was because it was like, fuck,

I'm Marty at this farm, might as well hit him again.

Speaker 3: Excuse my language, but you don't. I mean what, I

just don't understand why you would hit him again. Yeah,

especially in the head as hard as you did. No,

I don't understand either, And it's something that's can I'm

not the little forever, but you understand I could kill

any guy. Yeah, And I understand that I could have

killed him simply with the one hit. Kay.

Speaker 2: I mean, and again it's this isn't like I'm not

trying to be little anybody. I'm just I maybe throw

an example at it. But even when WHENNA play baseball,

you know, Yeah, that's why characters out elements when you're

when you're swinging that bad Yeah, it's a lot of

force coming through there.

Speaker 3: Correct. Definitely, So there's no doubt in my mind that

you that you that you knew that that could have

could've heard hadn't killed him. Definitely. I was thinking it

like that cause then that part when it had done

it and made the choice that I did. But I

I knew. M definitely knew, right, and then at what

point in time did you try to delete the video?

Wh wh when was it when I was sitting there

waiting to be talked to about the cops.

Speaker 2: Okay, and the reason that you tried to let again

or you did delete it to the reason why the

reason why you did delete it.

Speaker 14: Yeah, it's c I knew that, Like that's just another wrong,

Like why would you record no matter what my reason is,

that's gonna just look like no matter what I was

trying to get it, like you said, like a trophy

from my action.

Speaker 3: Right, there's there's people out there to do that all

the time, though, you definitely that. There's people on on

uh it's YouTube, you know. They they they think it's

the fight club or whatever it's called. You don't know

an exact term for it.

Speaker 2: But maybe you go take this stuff and then it

seemed to get pleasure from people would get hurt, you know.

Speaker 3: So alright, and.

Speaker 2: Nothing else your everything, I mean right now, everything you're

telling us is the truth. There's nothing else there.

Speaker 3: Let me ask you about the hoodie thing though, Okay,

and then you say you had a bad hairdea, But

this is the deal. If if I was in.

Speaker 2: Your predicament, I don't think I'd be worried about my hair, okay,

because obviously you had other things going through your mind.

Speaker 3: All right, Did you have the hoodieup cause you're trying

to hide a little bit? No, I honestly didn't like, like,

seriously didn't. I literally took the hoodie off because I, oh,

did you sing on? Yeah, when you're outside and your

hoodie portion was up. No, there's there's nothing to hide from.

I mean, the kid was gonna be laying on my front.

I don't like it. I did.

Speaker 2: I'm talking about beforehand, because you knew he was coming

out the back.

Speaker 3: Yeah. Did you hear the backslider of opening. No, okay,

you just knew that that's interaction you would probably come, yeah,

cause cause the neubor was there. Yeah okay, So, but

but there's time to hide when you went around by

your neighbors. Uh, there was no hiding. I was just

trying to see where he was, Okay.

Speaker 8: So I wasn't putting up the hoodie crotch around the

side way for him to come out and whacking it.

Speaker 3: And it didn't happen that way.

Speaker 2: No, Alright, what was giving you upset just a little

bit ago, cause that's how your demeanor it would just

changed and you.

Speaker 3: Were getting pissed. How did be pissed? I was like

repeating the same thing, especially when you knowing I'm wrong,

because sorry, this is good. I get it. Everybody gets mistakes.

This is just a huge mistake. Okay, it is. We

made bad choices. I'm I appreciate you. I met your dad, alright.

Speaker 2: I just try to make sense of things, alright, Alright.

I think what they're trying to do is just locate

uh a car to be able to take you up

to score.

Speaker 3: Right, So.

Speaker 8: If we have any other questions, you call with us

coming up and that we're talking to you, mkay. Uh,

I'm not sure that's gonna happen. This maybe the last

time you guys that you talk to us. But I

wanna talk to your sister.

Speaker 3: I wanna talk to your dad. I wanna talk to

your uh, your stepmom.

Speaker 2: See if there's any differences here, okay, And if something

really weird pops up, I may need to maybe you

r run up to their score or up to uh Well.

The weekends they usually usually go to Seattle with the

King Kunty jail in Seattle. So and then what happens

is for a week, then they transfer you back over

to Kent. The r JAC ex usually what happened. Yeah,

but either way we may end up coming and talking

to you. Is there anything that you anything else that yours?

Do you think your sister will say to us that

might be fictitious?

Speaker 3: No? Alright, just the situation with this co workal yeah. Issue,

and were the other guys that she was with, were

they uh co workers as well? I honestly I have

no clue. You no clue? Okay, alright, alright, let course

see where these guys are at. What's the quote? What's

the call on your phone? Again? The date? Okay? The uh?

Now is that you just pushing those numbers? Yeah, it's

just those numbers. You don't do any kind of you.

There's no design on it like that, okay, t.

Speaker 1: Yeah, Oh excuse, so he's doing all that makes sense

for alright, sorry, figure out you wanna say an ad

with you?

Speaker 3: Huh?

Speaker 5: Do you have a bad with you?

Speaker 3: Alright? So what we'll do is we'll.

Speaker 4: Put this in your pocket and we'll tell the officer

gets in your pocket, so he knows.

Speaker 3: And then you can.

Speaker 7: When you go to the jail, they'll take off your

person all that stuff, but you can ask them later,

cause everything goes with you. Okay, okay, let me get this.

Speaker 3: When you what's the zoo? The engineer? Nothing? Thank you

you good, thank you. I do now you've listened. Now

go do your thing.
