somebody I don't remember who. It was, a random couple

down I don't even know their name. They're just new

up there. I said, she's freaking, she's laid on the ground.

She's laying on the ground.

Speaker 1: She was laying in the tent and she was laying

in the threadsholder. I was already knocked out, pasted out.

At some point she must have because she didn't go

to bed with me, so at some point she had

to crawl up in there and later.

Speaker 5: Tell me about your night. Just go ahead and tell me.

Speaker 1: Well, see me and a bunch of random individuals up

there were fucking drinking and carrying on. Okay, and then

at some random individuals just people just live on the hill,

tent city people.

Speaker 3: Okay, you don't know any of their names, nicknames. Okay,

how long you been up there? I don't know, a

couple of months, But you don't know anybody's name. They

Dra was all drinking. Dre was drinking with us at

one point, and then that's when fucking he flipped the

fuck out and came down, fucking slid me in the

back of my motherfucking head and then freaking I thought

it was a random situation because we ran into it

several times.

Speaker 1: Before, but he was drunk and carrying on. Him and

his girlfriend were fighting about something.

Speaker 3: Were you and your girlfriend fighting? Huh huh? No, somebody

out there told me you were. That would be a lie.

Speaker 1: It would have to be because her and I have

never got into it. You never got into it with them,

not with her.

Speaker 2: No, So the people up Mount Street are lying to

me when when she comes in, there beats the ship sometimes.

Speaker 3: What do you mean I've never put my hands on her.

Speaker 5: What do you think I mean?

Speaker 3: I understand what you're seeing, But sir, I have never

put my hands on my freaking girlfriend.

Speaker 2: Dude, so she's never reported you to the police for no,

of course, you never put Have you ever put your

hands on anybody?

Speaker 4: Oh?

I never actually hit anybody.

Speaker 1: I was charged with assault and some police officers a

long time ago, but that was a.

Speaker 5: Have you ever been charged with a salty and anybody?

Speaker 3: Ass?

Speaker 2: Have you ever done time in penitentiary for sauting somebody?

Speaker 5: Me about that trumped up charge.

Speaker 1: I was resisting arrest. Oh here we go, Hey, thanks

for God bless you.

Speaker 5: You were resisting arrest.

Speaker 1: I was resisting arrest, open container, resisting arrest, and then

the process of the resisting arrest, one of the officers

got freaking nudge, knee or kicked, and then I was

charged with freaking.

Speaker 5: As So you've never your girlfriend.

Speaker 2: If there's never been any kind of history, anybody anybody

would tell us anything about that is making that up?

Speaker 9: Oh?

Speaker 3: Yeah, by anybody and everybody. They would have to because

I don't associate with anybody.

Speaker 2: Well, you you list a couple of people in him, well,

and who are those people?

Speaker 3: So if cowboy told us something like that, I don't

see why you would, but he did, well, then he's lying.

Speaker 2: Okay, all right, so cowboys lying? So tell me again?

What so last night you start telling me about.

Speaker 3: It and then you jumped the rails because I'm freaking out.

You're sitting here telling me you're taking girlfriends. Potentially you're the.

Speaker 5: One that left her and walked away.

Speaker 1: No, I went and called the freaking ambulance and or no,

I had them cook. I had to have a ward

from my parole officer. I can't sit down and freaking

I don't know. I thought she just needed to freaking

go to the hospital because we got jumped and beat up.

Speaker 10: I can't.

Speaker 1: Dre fucking started taking it me and d dude, he

started mauling me. Dray freaking started malling me. Then ed

comes over and freaking I guess it was fucking ed.

It was a long haired individual, presuming he was fucking head,

started kicking the fucking ship out of me.

Speaker 3: She jumped on Dre's back. I remember that. That's pretty

much the last name I really recall in that.

Speaker 5: Fashis What time was that all going on?

Speaker 3: Sometime in the early morning hours?

Speaker 5: Well, your tent was still standing at that time.

Speaker 3: Yeah, let's say, yeah, nothing wrong with my tent, shouldn't

be anyway. It was up this morning when I left,

and we'll close your tent? Is this the same one they.

Speaker 5: Helped you put up yesterday?

Speaker 3: No, mine's blue. The one they put up yesterday's a

story's tent for the freaking other couple that stay down there.

Speaker 1: Who's the other couple, Stephanie? I think that's all Stephanie.

If she's one of the other ladies that stay up there.

Stephanie and some random dude that she sees, I don't

know his name.

Speaker 3: You called him Jay. So when you went to get

help for your girlfriend this morning, who's tent?

Speaker 2: Was she in.

Speaker 11: Our tent?

Speaker 5: And who'd you go to to get help?

Speaker 1: The couple down there? I don't really they're a young couple.

I don't really know their freaking name. Man, I don't

know their names. I've only been up there a couple

of weeks.

Speaker 3: I know the other dude Ed's and there and some

other chick within a dog. They ain't been up there

but a week.

Speaker 2: Ed's not the person you went to, huh Edgar with

the dogs.

Speaker 3: No, the people beside them, they are the young couple.

Those were the ones I went to. Was a young couple.

I told everything.

Speaker 2: So you went out there to Realmsberg this morning to

get protection from Drey.

Speaker 1: I went out there to freaking hide from who from

Dre and the other character. And the dude's been trying

to fucking kill me for freaking.

Speaker 3: A month now. I don't know who he is. He's

a random guy. Man.

Speaker 1: They come up there and drink with fucking cowboy and

a few other fucking people, and then.

Speaker 3: He started fucking malling me. Dude, he's on me, busting

me and my ship. She this, well, do you want

me to say the truth? I got a chair fight

with another fucking man for the most part. Did you

care about your girlfriend with all my heart? I love her?

Did you sometimes drink too much?

Speaker 4: Well?

Speaker 3: Of course we all, we both do. She's been an

alcoholic for thirty years.

Speaker 5: And do you sometimes do things you can't remember when

you're drinking too.

Speaker 1: Because I have been in a situation like that a

couple of times where I don't really recall a lot

of things.

Speaker 3: Here's the deal, Dan, dude fucking mauled us last night.

Speaker 11: Drive.

Speaker 3: I remember you got knocked out. You don't know what

the fuck happened.

Speaker 1: Right, I remember him, but I remember her jumping on

his fucking neck and he fucking flung her out, and

then he came back in and blasted me in and

started with knocked out for I don't get so early

more until daylight?

Speaker 3: Were you passed out or knocked out? Knocked out?

Speaker 1: All right?

Speaker 3: Because I well, I would probably a little bit of.

Speaker 2: Both, because I don't see where did just knockout?

Speaker 5: Punch Land?

Speaker 1: Well, I got a nice, big, solid fucking knock back

here behind my fucking ear. I feel that part, And

then I got.

Speaker 2: The one that show me that lip one more time.

Speaker 1: I don't want to see. That's that's the fucking one

to put me to sleep, Your kidd dude, I was

fucking drunk.

Speaker 3: I was okay, so you so maybe you don't correctly.

I remember dreaming in your tent? Well, where was she

in your neighbor's tent? How's that?

Speaker 5: The kids that just moved out?

Speaker 3: Three three four days ago. They've been gone for a week.

Speaker 2: Uh, they've been going four days and and that's where

your girlfriend was found this morning.

Speaker 3: Well how did you get there?

Speaker 5: I don't fucking know.

Speaker 3: That's where you took Edgar to show you boke Edgar up.

I went down and talked to freaking the young couple

ed were in their fucking tent. The guy with the

guy was with the dollars.

Speaker 2: So everybody else down there and this camp is lying

to us, and you're telling us the truth was a

young couple Edgar cowboy.

Speaker 3: What are they saying? What are they talking?

Speaker 4: They did?

Speaker 3: They did?

Speaker 5: You talk to Dream?

Speaker 3: And I think they're saying obviously backed her around all

the time. That's horseshit. It is horseshit. Dude fucking started

jumping us Man Drew. I'm pretty sure his name's fucking Drea.

Could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure his name. Dude

fucking took off on me. Man the only person that

took off this morning. I have a dam violation, so

I didn't land Sarah. It's got problems with the police.

I understand that.

Speaker 1: But I had a warrant and I called I went

down and had to call the ambulance because she's laying

there fucking beat up, dude, that's my understand I woke up. Now,

maybe I was beat up. Maybe we were in fucking

the tent next to us. Maybe she was because she

was laying Yes, she had she had to because I

was already in there. She had to crawl up in

there with me at some point.

Speaker 3: How were you?

Speaker 5: How did you get he knocked you out inside the tent?

Speaker 3: No, I fucking got up at some point and fucking staggered.

Speaker 2: And when she when you got up and staggered in

your neighbor's tent, she.

Speaker 3: Was still in a tent far as I know, which tent,

our tent.

Speaker 5: Next to not even standing up?

Speaker 3: How's that? Just? I got like three of them and

then we started to put another helped you put up?

Speaker 5: Yesterday is torn up.

Speaker 3: It's torn down, torn down. I don't see how.

Speaker 1: Maybe a pen came out from underneath of it or

something and it collapsed in.

Speaker 3: But it shouldn't be torn out. It's torn down.

Speaker 4: This this fight we said with dre right, where was

that at? Which? Which camp was that at?

Speaker 3: It started towards cowboys Hut area.

Speaker 4: Okay, so down there we're in Cowboys farther down.

Speaker 3: Right, and this where it started. And then that's where

we started.

Speaker 1: That's when him and I started at one point arguing

or whatnot your.

Speaker 3: Cowboy no drag character. Me and cowboy won't argue on nothing.

Speaker 1: The Dre and I started arguing this, that, and the other.

We never actually fought down there. I went down fucking

towards my camp and I fucking that's probably why the

fucking tense tore down. That explains it, because I freaking

remember he fucking popping dude, and I went I went

flying into that motherfucker well I did, and I backed

into it.

Speaker 3: Anyhow, Dre and I.

Speaker 1: Started freaking fighting down there verbally for the most part,

and I came back down towards my ten area. She

as far as I freaking know at that time, she's

just sitting there freaking, you know, sipping her beer and

reading her fucking book, well not a book, flipping through

on the little magazines.

Speaker 3: And then I carry on carry on.

Speaker 1: Like this, motherfucker air just did this, that and the other,

and there's guy comes down fucking pops me right up

out of my motherfucking chair man. And then from there

we kind of scuffle a little, but then he fucking

put me down, hit you with a good one, and

then she jumped on his fucking back.

Speaker 3: He flung her to fuck off.

Speaker 4: Why why would he attack you?

Speaker 1: We're all fucking drunk, and I probably did. Who knows

what'd you say? I don't remember specifically, but I did

an mouth off to him. It was kind of my

fault for the initiation.

Speaker 3: I would have made you.

Speaker 12: Were fighting with Cowboy first, I would never got to.

Speaker 4: That's what That's what we're hearing. You and Cowboy were arguing.

Speaker 12: I'm be honest with that's not you two were arguing

and then you got on top with Cowboy.

Speaker 3: M hm, that's what we're hearing.

Speaker 4: No dreams that did help Cowboy out and you got upset.

Speaker 3: That could be. I mean, I'm not gonna be a cowboy.

Have never had our differences for any reason. You're pretty

drunk yesterday.

Speaker 5: How much had you had to drink yesterday?

Speaker 3: I don't know.

Speaker 1: Fucking Cowboy came down with a fifth and black velvet

there you go.

Speaker 3: Do you know that?

Speaker 4: Well?

Speaker 3: Okay, but that don't explain why fucking dre fucking pot me. Yeah,

because you called him well, I don't call anybody for

I'm not racist. Okay, Well this is what you're goutare

telling me that.

Speaker 5: That's what everybody else out there said. Okay, I wasn't

out there.

Speaker 3: I wouldn't do that. Okay, Well that's what we are.

Speaker 12: Okay, if you're drunk and you and cowboy are kind

of arguing one at each other, but.

Speaker 3: Then why is that X?

so that did not happen.

Speaker 3: This doesn't make sense. It does make sense they wouldn't

let it happen. But it's my point. Hit her, no bullshit?

Think about it, guys, how did I freaking If them

guys won't let her the hem hit her and do

all that, then how the hell am I do it?

Speaker 5: Because it's inside your tent that's soaked in blood. What's

inside your tent that's soaked in blood?

Speaker 3: No, he did not sing. She did.

Speaker 5: Why are they.

Speaker 3: Making this up? I don't know anything about it. They've

been asleep. I thought she was freaking.

Speaker 1: I thought her and I were just beat up from

the fucking scuffle from the evening before with old boy man.

Speaker 5: She was beat up from.

Speaker 3: The scuffle with you. I never was look at you know.

I never got into a fight with her for any reason.

that's that's two days.

Speaker 5: So you fled out to your parents in.

Speaker 3: Mid I took them all the way because it's pretty

evident that I can't stay away. He can't stand around

and wait for the ambulance to show up.

Speaker 5: Fuel enough to change your appearance and flee the scene.

Speaker 3: I just changed Look didn't no one else was standing there.

I just grabbed this off of the freaking ground type ship.

Speaker 5: Edgar was still there, Cowboy was still there.

Speaker 7: Well, they don't have no worries, Like, yeah, they don't

down or two from the fucking edge.

Speaker 4: I just I just talked. I left.

Speaker 3: That's who I had called him. Well, he might they

might have got ed and sent him down there.

Speaker 4: He said, you and Cowboy were arguing. That's w that's

when the is that happened with Drey?

Speaker 1: Then why did Dra come down there and fucking crack

me in and fucking stock her dude?

Speaker 3: Well, she jumped on his back and he threw her

off the world drunk.

Speaker 1: Now I could see where that shouldn't have manifested any

more than that.

Speaker 12: And then, so, how did you do you remember going

from cowboys camp back to your camp?

Speaker 3: Vaguely?

Speaker 4: Yeah? How'd you get back there? How'd you get back there?

Speaker 3: Slowly? On you and her? Yeah, she came with me.

Speaker 1: So she went back up to get a couple more

shots and a can of beer, because dude had a

thirty pack down there. And then I sit down there

for a few rolling me a cigarette, and then she

Mosi's back down and is sitting in the tent and

reading her little magazine. And then I don't know, within

probably i'd say fifteen to twenty minutes. After that, I'm

fucking cussing a little bit because der fucking was acting

some kind of odd man and I just didn't get it.

Then he comes down and fucking knocks me out of

that fucking chair man, pops me.

Speaker 3: He down there, hits me once or twice.

Speaker 1: She jumps on his fucking back, de flings her to

fuck off, reaches back and again pops me.

Speaker 3: And then she crawled up in the fucking tent and

for a little bit and I just.

Speaker 5: Presumed that she freaking presumed you passed that.

Speaker 3: She didn't even fucking beat up or none.

Speaker 1: At that stage, she says, she was okay, dre fucking

turned around and freaking watched you kick her.

Speaker 12: Dude, No, then why don't you tell Edda and talk

to ed This morning?

Speaker 3: I talked to the young boy that was down there

by Ed. But it's who I.

Speaker 4: Talked to you, eighteen year old kid?

Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what well. I talked to him and his girl.

I I asked to call the police.

Speaker 1: Maybe okay, Well, when you said eighteen eighteen eighteen, Wait

called down.

Speaker 1: I had well, then, maybe it was freaking him and

beat your girlfriend of dad. No, I didn't got minor

minor injuries. I got to fight with dude.

Speaker 2: I never got into it with her for any mo

at all, certainly not with as a man, fucking knots

on my head and a split fucking lift.

Speaker 3: Dude, try to fucking poke me. Dude poke you.

Speaker 1: Well, he had a little fucking pen knife. That's that's

argument you.

Speaker 2: And so you got these minor scratches of a pen

knife wound and a nod on your head and your.

Speaker 5: Girlfriend is beat to death? That does that make sense?

And you you changed clothes and you go to Realsboro.

I didn't have to go. See here, here's the thing.

Speaker 3: I've been doing this for a long time. I've been

doing this longer than you've been homeless.

Speaker 5: Okay, I know whatever.

Speaker 3: I didn't hurt my girl. Okay, let me tell you something.

Speaker 2: There's two kinds of people I talked to in this room,

cold blooded killers of don't a fuck, or people that

got a problem.

Speaker 3: Maybe there's his alcohol and you black down and.

Speaker 2: Sit got out of hand because you got your You

got slapped around a little bit by dre and you

go home and take it out on the old lady.

Speaker 3: But that's not true.

Speaker 3: Nobody else had any reason to.

Speaker 5: You've been beating her all tell me up there, that's

what they told me.

Speaker 3: Well, they're full of crap.

Speaker 5: Everyone i'ms lying on Danny?

Speaker 14: Is that what it is?

Speaker 5: Today's the only one who changed.

Speaker 2: Clothes how to bust aral her to go home to

his mommy and daddy, leaving her that's not there and

die even her lord and went down and I had

the right down there, and he told.

Speaker 5: That I think she's dead.

Speaker 3: I never said that to nobody.

Speaker 5: Why would he make that up?

Speaker 3: I don't fucking know.

Speaker 5: Why would he make all this up on Danny?

Speaker 1: What did he make up besides the freaking fact that

you're saying he made up everything you're telling me. He said,

I walked down there, and he walked down there. I

didn't do any of that crap. So so he is

freaking bullshitting.

Speaker 3: He's gotta be. I went down, and you look like the.

Speaker 5: Cold brother, fucking killer that you are.

Speaker 3: I went down. Somebody's got a problem. Do you have

a problem?

Speaker 2: I got all kinds of problem, all right, Well, one

You hopped the bust of Royals Bard change your bloody claw.

Speaker 5: Well I did that, and everybody.

Speaker 3: At the hobless camp knows you beat this woman, but

I don't. I went down like shit. I got up,

pulled my freaking shirt off, looked down at her, freak

to the tent. I thought it was the other couple

right there. Maybe it was freaking well, jin man, I

got the fucking names you said, ed right.

Speaker 1: Well, so you said that, that's who I talked to

her some help.

Speaker 2: They didn't need to because she was dead sometime last night.

Speaker 11: She was dead.

Speaker 3: When you left this morning. So you gotta be a

little bit more descriptive.

Speaker 2: About how she went bad and how she got into

Ashley's tent.

Speaker 3: She fucking went in there and passed out. She had to.

Speaker 5: I already passed out. I but I didn't do it.

Speaker 3: Man, This what I'll fucking get. I mean, dude, we're fighting,

and wear are your bloody clothes?

in the tent watch tent, but Ashley's person's tent.

Speaker 3: So you were in Ashley's tent too.

Speaker 1: I crawled in there and laid down, and she crawled

in freaking shortly after.

Speaker 2: So I went in there and passed out. Earlier when

you told me you woke up on the on the blacktop, I.

Speaker 3: Didn't wake up on the black cloth. Some point later

on in the evening, I woke up in that sense,

and then I crawled into the fucking tent.

Speaker 2: You didn't get her in the tent at that time, huh,

she's already in there.

Speaker 5: Well, no, you should she crawled in beside you.

Speaker 3: No, I called it. No, she was already in there.

to death. That's the story. How that's the story.

Speaker 3: He must have hit her too hard. He must have

hit her too hard, somebody unless she because he's fucking her.

Speaker 2: All your hands out like he put your hands out

like that, put him down, put them down on the table.

That's from the puppy. That bruises where they are from.

Speaker 5: Pro changed your bloody clothes, but you didn't wash your hands, dude.

Speaker 2: I just took this shirt off, grabbed shirt and pants

and jackie on.

Speaker 1: No that had a pair of other swishies on. I

took these off, or took the swishies off. I pulled

the shirt off, put these swishies on, tossed this on,

and grabbed this and freaking went down and had them

call the ambulance. And then I went down to the

fucking bottom of the hill, waited for a few let

the freaking ambulance come make sure that they freaking seen

which way to go up. That's when freaking I saw

a fucking head from a distance.

Speaker 3: They long God's tent.

Speaker 17: Maybe it was fucking head, and I heaped them too,

took your mother and showed you the body.

Speaker 3: You let him back to the tent, showed him the butty.

Speaker 5: Why is he making that up?

Speaker 4: Dude?

Speaker 3: I did not take nobody nowhere to do nothing.

Speaker 1: I went down there and told the man called the

fucking ambulance, no man he's called supposed to.

Speaker 3: Find her with all those tents, who was gonna lead

him back.

Speaker 5: To where she?

Speaker 3: We know where her and I are at.

Speaker 5: You're not in that tent.

Speaker 3: That's not your tent, that's actually's tent. I told him that.

Speaker 1: I told him that she's down there in the tent,

said them, them, the young couple, and then they probably.

Speaker 3: No you didn't, because that's my freaking fiance.

Speaker 1: Of course I'm gonna be questioning, talk to and putting

in through the fucking wringer. But I told you I

have a parole warrant, so I couldn't wait for the

when you have a parole warrant, Yes, because I should

forget you for assault the police officer. A disorderly conduct

gone fucking wrong, I guess you could say, or.

Speaker 3: Resisting arrest is what it was. Mean, think about it.

Speaker 1: They gave me four eight felonies for it and gave

me seventeen months. If I was really that freaking guilty

of the situation, they would have freaking they would have

got me, for real, got me.

Speaker 3: But Dre and I fucking got into a fight. I

maybe said a few heating things to calvi with what

I would recall now, Drew and I got into a

fucking fight.

Speaker 5: You said, only recall when it's been when it points

to Dre.

Speaker 3: That's the only thing, because that's.

Speaker 5: What I remember.

Speaker 1: I remember dream fucking kicking my ass, and then she

jumped on his fucking back to get him off, and

heat fucking she heat through her.

Speaker 3: Then you'd pass a polygraph all this. Yeah, sure, if

that's what you'd like. No, no, it's not what i'd like.

What I'd like you to do is tell the truth.

I'm telling you because why aren't you the one to

beat to death?

Speaker 2: Then?

Speaker 5: Because if I why to seat her, but not that

that out.

Speaker 2: If i'd have knocked you out and I hadn't been

on hurting somebody, why was he been on hurting kitty cat?

Speaker 5: Huh? Why has he been on hurting her? If I

got you, no, I got I'm as stop your pen head.

She Here's what I'm gonna do.

Speaker 3: He kicked the may a couple of times, but knock

Speaker 5: In that tent not your tent?

Speaker 3: Our tent was freaking collapsed, But you just told me

How did your take get collapsed? Maybe I didn't even

go back into my fucking tent.

Speaker 1: How did your can't get collapsed? It shouldn't have been collapsed.

That's where I thought I was in my freaking tent.

turns out it must have been fricking Ashley and M's tent.

It had to be, if that's what you're freaking telling me.

Speaker 5: You were the one that was there. You're the one

that let Edward to.

Speaker 3: Her body go leave there nowhere.

Speaker 1: I went and told them young couple called the ambulance,

and then I fucking left. And then from there, maybe

Speaker 3: Up this point?

Speaker 1: At least half that black velvet, A pint of generic

vodka and at least two three, three tall boys of

ice house edge, and then a few of those beers

he had.

Speaker 4: Is that a lot of you? What must be it? Okay?

All right, So you don't remember getting argument with a cowboy.

when you when Dre hit you down here at the

Cowboys camp.

Speaker 3: M h, he adn't hit me.

Speaker 1: He cussed me out a little bit, and then we

and knocked me out of my chair and we were

we sitting at them.

She's sitting there, flicking through her thing, reading, drinking her beer.

Speaker 3: Okay, and then she pops up by her says, get

the funk off of me. And me and him, I'm

just kind of still kind of getting you know.

Speaker 1: He starts kind of going at it on me a

little bit, and then she jumps on his fucking back

and he slings.

Speaker 3: Every fuck off. I go to hop up to go

back at him again, and he fucking plows me, dude.

Speaker 19: And I don't remember anything pretty much after that until

this morning. And you woke up where in Ashley's tent,

which started when you're.

Speaker 4: Walking into the tent left side, right side? Where are

you at.

Speaker 3: Left side? Is she in there?

Speaker 4: Yes?

Speaker 3: Okay?

Speaker 12: And you don't remember from the time you got knocked

out in front of yours till waking up in Ashley's.

Speaker 1: I remember laying on the concrete in the front of

mine in front of mine, and she's all I see.

Speaker 3: The puppy is hanging out of the door, because we

have the doll. That's how I knew she was down

there in the other tent.

Speaker 1: Ours was a freaking folded up from the scuffle from

fricking dre because I remember falling into the damn thing

and I hopped up. She came back at him again

and then he blowed me, and then I get up

a little bit later, I go down there and she's

already in there, laying in the tent with the pub and.

Speaker 3: I crawl in there and lavyside her. Did you see

her at that point?

Speaker 4: Now she's in there?

Speaker 6: No?

Speaker 3: Not really No.

Speaker 4: Do you remember what time that was?

Speaker 1: It was early hours in the morning. It was late,

real early, pitch black. You don't have any freaking have

no lights or anything like that.

Speaker 4: So she got flung right here on your tent by him.

How'd she get down there?

Speaker 3: She went down there, obviously, went down there and got

in the tent.

Speaker 4: Well of those guys said, you never do you guys

ever stay in Ashley's tent.

Speaker 3: Remember down again? We all, yeah, they've been gone for

a while, that's what they're telling me. They've been gone

for a while.

Speaker 4: Okay, So how does she get from your tent to there?

Speaker 2: You know, m.

Speaker 3: I imagine she went down there and crawled in. Thinking

she walked down and went in there. I would imagine

that's where she went.

Speaker 4: All right, you woke up? How you woke up?

Speaker 3: Like I'm laying in the tent beside her. I wake up.

I looked down at me.

Speaker 4: I know, this is what you said. You woke up

on the car.

Speaker 3: That was early in the morning, and then I crawled

up into the tent.

Speaker 4: He woke up. He woke up in front of your tent.

Is that what you're saying?

Speaker 1: I woke up between but now you know, i'd say,

kind of in between. Ashley's tinting them. And then she's

already in there. And then I wake up boom, and

I go over and I crawling inside her. I looked

at she. I don't notice anything out of perspective. She's

laying in there. She's fine.

Speaker 3: And then I wake up this morning and I look

over at her, and she does look bad. I don't

know how bad, but she looked bad.

Speaker 20: So I run down and I have a.

Speaker 12: Couple called a freaking ambulance here's the problem with all

that is inside your collapse tent.

Speaker 4: Uh huh is where all the blood's at.

Speaker 1: Okay, so maybe she's got some freaking she was bleeding

from a busted lip.

Speaker 4: No, there was more than a busted lip.

Speaker 3: Well, what else would have been bleeding. I didn't freaking

do anything to nobody. Me and Drake got in a fight.

Speaker 1: I didn't hurt nobody that I can recall. I didn't

freaking I didn't get shot, didn't shoot or didn't stab,

didn't be.

Speaker 3: None of that.

Speaker 1: Dude did come on in with the fucking knife, though

at one point I remember that a little bit. That's

only because it freaking hurts, dude.

Speaker 4: I didn't.

Speaker 3: I didn't hurt my girlfriend. I didn't that. I fucking

got into a fight with another gentleman, and then she

hopped on his back to help me out, and he

fucking plunger maybe fucking punsch her. Maybe kicked him. Maybe

he didn't, he did pop her, I remember maybe maybe

Maybe I don't recall I could talk long he had to.

How else would her to freaking happen? And maybe I'm

thinking with her injuries, apparently she went in there, crawled

in and went to sleep, and then no, she went.

She was already in there when I came. When I

came up off the ground.

Speaker 4: How was she lighting when you went in there?

Speaker 3: Like?

Speaker 4: Do you remember.

Speaker 3: She laying like this a little bit? She was just

kind of laying back on her back, propped, not like up,

but propped a little. She's laying there. I thought she

just passed out drunk asleep. I've seen her passed out

drunk asleep a thousand times. I didn't realize the severity

of the situation when after dude and I got in

a fight, he fucking flung her around, popped her and

popped me. I didn't understand that. I just thought she

was laying in her sleeping. I didn't fucking know.

Speaker 5: I didn't know.

Speaker 1: I know.

Speaker 3: I got it this morning and I saw that she

looked bad. So I went down and had somebody call.

Speaker 4: How'd you check her today?

Speaker 3: I just spoke up and looked at her. I didn't

check her at all. I looked at her.

Speaker 1: I saw that her face was freaking bruised. So I

went down and had him called the ambulance.

Speaker 12: You didn't check her pulse, You didn't see if she

needed any mouth the mouth.

Speaker 4: You didn't anything.

Speaker 3: I went immediately to have something called the ambulance. So

it's something I can do because she needs to go

to a hospital. You can see that her face is

swollen from freaking an injury. She needed to go to hospital.

Speaker 1: Was she breathing.

Speaker 3: She was breathing from what I gathered anyway, But I

didn't really check that. I don't know.

Speaker 12: I'm this is somebody who you love, this is your fiance,

this is somebody who you care about, is your life,

and you didn't check to see if.

Speaker 3: She wanted out.

Speaker 4: I checked her and her bruised. I'm leaving.

Speaker 3: No, I left and went down there and had him

call the ambulance. And then I know that I have

a fucking warrant for my arrest.

Speaker 1: So the come moment the ambulance and the law enforcement

shows up, they go through the process. Okay, what happened.

I tell them about the fight between dr. And if

I tell them all that, boom, they're gonna run my name.

Speaker 3: She's going to the hospital. I'm going to jail regardless.

Speaker 5: Now she's not going to the hospital.

Speaker 3: She is, She's fine, She'll be all right. So you

don't be just fine.

Speaker 4: I've been fine if you either checked her make sure

she wouldn't what dead?

Speaker 3: I didn't know anything, I don't what what the fuck

am I to do? Wouldn't call the ambulance?

Speaker 4: No, you know why because you knew she was already dead? No,

yes she did.

Speaker 12: Oh hell yes, I went down and had them call

the ambulance because she came back with it and agreed

with you that she's dead.

Speaker 9: No.

Speaker 3: No, no, I never talked. I know no, because I

didn't talk to.

Speaker 4: Everybody's lying again, yeah, everybody's everybody's lying e.

Speaker 3: Stuff from how No, that's what you just told me,

is that I freaking talked in.

Speaker 2: Chance more being harmed by somebody that you know than

a stranger, because who those are better than you?

Speaker 5: And you never put your hands on her?

Speaker 3: Never heard? Bike marks on her body might be Yeah,

her and I get kinky from time to time about that, so.

Speaker 5: By marketing bike marks on her body would be from

being kinky.

Speaker 1: Oh, there may be one on on her neck, her ribcage.

She's had her ribcage right here broken several times due

to uh whatever the case.

Speaker 3: She had ninety seven different broken bones right here.

Speaker 1: It's a sensitivity by her ribcage show. I freaking nibble

on that, and I nibble around in the general area.

Sometimes we're drunk as fuck and I might get a

little aggressive.

Speaker 3: Is that what happened last night? What happened when am

I got in a fight with another dude? You don't look.

I mean we both saw her out there.

Speaker 1: He had to because I once he hit me, I

watched your finger off and go over and kick her, dude,

I did. After that, I got popped in then I

don't really remember too much after that. I woke up

this morning and fucking Ashley's tent. Well, no, I woke

up earlier on the concrete, and then she was already

laying in the tent, and then I crawled up in

there because I see my ship's collapsed.

Speaker 2: So there's so much so you remember it being collapsed

now and earlier, earlier when I was talking to you.

Speaker 4: It couldn't be collapsed.

Speaker 3: It had to be, because that's what I recall. What

else are you recalling now about thes you recall?

Speaker 1: Ain't that the process, gentlemen, Ain't that the process? So

we can get to the bottom of this. I didn't

my girlfriend. That's what I'm telling you.

Speaker 3: I'm telling you that because everybody else I'm talking to today.

Speaker 1: What if they told you besides what you told me,

They said, me and my girlfriend get into a f

and I flip around, I beat her up.

Speaker 3: But that's not the case. Have have we had our

arguments screaming, shouting?

Speaker 5: Sure were you having one last night?

Speaker 3: Not with her, not with her with fuckingboy. That's not

what we are.

Speaker 2: You weren't even acknowledging being an argument with Cowboy, said,

never gotten an argument with Cowboy?

Speaker 5: Making you're just making ship up.

Speaker 3: I never said, we didn't argue.

Speaker 5: There was a little bit of what we're telling you happened.

Speaker 3: I said up. You know, if the I did fight

with Cowboy, you said that I freaking was on top

of him and freaking poored beer on him. That's a

physical case, not a freaking argument. And I didn't get

into that freaking with Cowboy. Didn't That didn't happen.

Speaker 4: Well, you don't like Cowboy?

Speaker 1: Why on?

Speaker 4: Mainly because you were in jail at one point? Did

he hook up with KitKat?

Speaker 3: I don't think so. And that was only on for

a couple of months and her and you don't know

from what she tells me and what I trust and

believe in her. Yeah, I don't think that they had

anything going at all. I really don't believe that. Oh

I don't believe that at all. Damn, this is not

how you want to go with this. This is the

only way to go.

Speaker 1: I haven't done anything that you guys are actually now

giving me, and you're telling me that I beat my

freaking girlfriend to day.

Speaker 5: You know what, I never met you.

Speaker 3: Before the fucking this morning.

Speaker 2: And before I met you, I met seven different people

say you put hands on her, two of them.

Speaker 5: We're at sixty one East Mount Street. It's at the

home at the shelter over there.

Speaker 3: She comes in beat the.

Speaker 2: Ship all the time. Now, these aren't people drunk in

the woods living in a tenth These are people trying

to help people drunk.

Speaker 5: In the woods living in a tent.

Speaker 2: They tried to talk her into leaving you because she

comes in there with her eyes swollen shut, She comes

in there with these fat lips.

Speaker 5: She comes in there with bruises.

Speaker 3: Oh well you don't know, No, don't get that twisted.

She has had some bruises on her face instead and

the other.

Speaker 5: But yeah, because you fucking put her ball.

Speaker 3: I didn't I don't believe these. If your badass right, Oh,

she'll get fucking drunk and freaking go down the hill.

Speaker 5: Dude.

Speaker 3: I've watched her, but.

Speaker 1: She has no equilibrium when she's drinking. She fucking busts

herself up more times than I can count on accident.

But I did not fucking put's.

Speaker 3: A body in the camp that says they've seen you

put hands on her. They're lying to they're lying their

ass off.

Speaker 5: Everybody's lying, But I have never put my.

Speaker 3: The only ones out of the truth?

Speaker 5: Is that right? Is that I get the only one

has got something to lose here, and yet you're the

only one jumped on a.

Speaker 3: Cold this morning to unasked the area. No, I went

to go see my dad. That's all out of the blue.

Speaker 5: No, because the freaking kitty cat was hurt. I'm hurting

your dad a doctor.

Speaker 3: No, that's some kind of surgeon, and that has your

dad's gonna do.

Speaker 1: Just wanted to go see him, and you have some

support with the situation, because I can't that work. I

can't go to the cops.

Speaker 5: What did they can't What did they do when when

they saw.

Speaker 3: You show up?

Speaker 5: What happened?

Speaker 3: They they they called the police, tell the police. I

don't know. I wasn't there two minutes when law enforcement

showed up. Who else did you talk to?

Speaker 6: That?

Speaker 3: Just texts my dad a couple of different times.

Speaker 1: And I say, I texted him and said something about

how I think Kitty's hurt.

Speaker 3: She's she's going to the ambulance.

Speaker 9: To go to the e R.

Speaker 3: And I I went to the e R. I went

to your phone.

Speaker 1: Uh, it's our phone. It's in my property somewhere. Probably

it was dead, it's been dead since this morning. But

I had enough juice to see, wells our phone? Who oh,

Kathleen and I?

Speaker 3: So how many times does it text your father's I

don't know, between three or four times he text your back. No,

he didn't know. Well, he may have, but the phone died,

so I didn't wait to see his text message. So

do you what do you remember texting.

Speaker 1: Him vaguely something along the lines is is I Kitty's hurt?

I don't remember if I told him exactly what happened.

We got a freaking jumped on by old boy.

Speaker 4: But I remember what.

Speaker 3: Specifically know. So you don't remember ship about ship?

Speaker 1: I will recall here just a moment I said something

along the linesa you recall I think he had.

Speaker 3: To pitch you off last night. That's what I man,

she doesn't do anything to make me upset. We could

drunk and carry on, but I've never never nothing, no

reason that when you put your hands on I never

put my hands on her. Why you keep saying that,

because that's what everybody's told me.

Speaker 14: All right, I didn't live out there on the ball though.

Speaker 5: How would I come up with this stuff?

Speaker 3: You think I just you think I picked you out

as a wife beater. The people that deal with you

guys on a daily are telling me you're a wife beater.

But I'm not. Man, That's the thing.

Speaker 1: I'm not.

Speaker 5: Well, why are these people telling me this about you?

You're recalling a little fit. You text your dad getting it, I'd.

Speaker 3: Say, kidd, he's hurt. I think I got the ambulance

is going to take her to the hospital. That's that's bullshit.

Something to that effects. That's what he's.

Speaker 14: I'm already going back.

Speaker 5: And confirmed she was cold to the touch.

Speaker 2: You don't.

Speaker 6: You don't remember that, but Ed's gonna testify to it.

You need to get your ass in front of this Dan.

I didn't do what you're saying I did. I got

into what I was saying, dread. You're saying that I

beat my girlfriend. Death is what you're saying.

Speaker 3: That's not the case. I didn't. I got into a fight, dude.

Speaker 5: Somebody did.

Speaker 1: I got into a fight with another fucking dude. And

then he suck She jumped on his back. He fucking

flung her off. Then he popped me, and I went

fucking out.

Speaker 5: Man, Well then you saw stuff happening.

Speaker 3: Now you're out again.

Speaker 5: No, I got hot, I caught it, but I went out.

Speaker 3: You don't look like a guy's been knocked out.

Speaker 18: You don't look like you know.

Speaker 5: You look a lot better than kiddy.

Speaker 3: I gotta be honest. She got a broken jaw. There

are words out there to a personalis he did this,

He did this, Go get it.

Speaker 4: He did this.

Speaker 5: You don't remember doing it. That's one thing I don't

be doing.

Speaker 3: Con frame and somebody else something innocent person. Because you

drink yourself to blackout drunk, that's the case. I O.

Speaker 5: You drunk yourself, and when I got drunk, when you're

doing enjoy.

Speaker 3: Fucking jumping on me. And I remember, I can understand

that I didn't do this.

Speaker 7: I don't woke up covered in her blood, change your clothes,

hopped on the curtain bus, and got out the fucking

Rolsburg to your daddy, I went out there to see.

Speaker 3: Asked the area. That's not that's that is true?

Speaker 5: That that is to get the fuck out of the area.

Speaker 3: That is true.

Speaker 5: Because of this.

Speaker 1: The closest people that I know, that's all and they

the only people have up here is my dad and

my cousin, and they're in real This is the only

place I.

Speaker 5: Know to freaking who called the police on you?

Speaker 3: I guess, I guess my cousin.

Speaker 5: What did they tell him?

Speaker 3: I don't know. I wasn't on that end of the conversation.

Speaker 5: Will you be surprising now?

Speaker 2: They told him that they called us wondering if we

were looking for somebody and murdered somebody and homeless camp.

Speaker 5: Oh wow, when none of that information was out there.

You sure you don't remember what you texted your father?

Speaker 3: Yeah? I do, veguely.

Speaker 1: Who's saying something along the lines of Kitty's hurt the

She's no, no, because I didn't hurt her, and I

didn't say I didn't like that. I told him that

she was hurt and the ambulance has taken her. Did

you on the phone or did you just text?

Speaker 3: Just texted? It was a vague statement, So idstand.

Speaker 2: If you're blackout drunk and you don't have recollection, but

don't be don't be using your absence of recollection to

frame an innocent person.

Speaker 3: Okay, I'm not framing anybody.

Speaker 1: I'm not saying nobody got or freaking anyone else freaking

killed the woman.

Speaker 3: I'm saying that the freaking that was the last altercation

that we had, and then I fucking was done. And

then at some point I woke up all that fucking

concrete and she's in there, land in the tent, make

my way in, and and I leave you side her.

And then this morning I get up, I freak the

fuck out when I see that she's beat up, and

I run down and she's a day.

Speaker 5: When you woke up, she's dead.

Speaker 3: Shent looked dead. She just looked hurt.

Speaker 5: You woke up beside a dead person in the same tent.

Who the fuck are we supposed to think?

Speaker 3: Did this fair enough? No? They didn't take a rocket

scientist to figure out what's going on here.

Speaker 1: I'm telling you what took place, though, I got to

fight with another dude man and then forget it, and

you got.

Speaker 2: Mad because you got slapped around a little bit, and

you took it out on your girlfriend like you.

Speaker 5: Normally do up there, don't according to everybody in.

Speaker 1: The camp except you, Well, they're all freaking correlating their

stories then or something?

Speaker 5: Is that what they did?

Speaker 3: I don't fucking know how, go you.

Speaker 5: Dam You can do one thing for her, now, you

can do one thing for.

Speaker 3: If you ever loved her. Let's just be straight. I'm

telling you now.

Speaker 2: Now, now, I'm not gonna and not listen to any

more lies. If you want to lie, you can go

lie to your cell mate. We'll stick you on this probation.

We'll come down, we'll drop the murder warn on you,

and then we'll just let it fly.

Speaker 5: What I didn't kill her ship, she's dead.

Speaker 9: I didn't do it.

Speaker 3: Who did it? If had to be fucking old boy?

Old boy? I want to say his name, but you

keep on telling me not just just just seven minutes

a man up. Now I'm getting the thinking that I

don't want nobody to you didn't see.

Speaker 5: You didn't see who did this? Because you're passed out. Yeah,

you're you're you throw a Drey's name out there.

Speaker 3: That's who I gotta do the last fight with. And

I watched that she didn't get on his fucking.

Speaker 5: Ba your ass, who slaps her around on the regular? Bullshit?

Speaker 3: I don't slap her around?

Speaker 5: Or she she five foot three, one hundred and five pounds.

Speaker 7: What was this, drake?

Speaker 5: What's what's this?

Speaker 7: Drag?

Speaker 5: Sixty three two twenty?

Speaker 4: How big is?

Speaker 3: He? Don't know? How big? Is about six foot und

your size, A little bigger, a little bigger than you, taller,

And this is.

Speaker 5: All the danny she was able to do to you

after you're knocked unconscious.

Speaker 3: He was mad at you a couple of times. She

didn't she.

Speaker 5: Didn't look recognizable as a person. Did you take a

good look at your dead girlfriend this morning before you

ran to your dad's?

Speaker 3: I did I have seen that she was hurt? You

knew she was dead?

Speaker 5: I hadn't, Dad, I didn't talk to Ed.

Speaker 3: I didn't. I didn't know she was freaking dead. I

told you went down to the un couple and they

mind of went down and got it.

Speaker 5: That's fine, you go with this.

Speaker 3: This is we're gonna address now now now.

Speaker 5: Here Lake shot your probation.

Speaker 2: Violations, we're election probation officer that we'll get ready file

and murder.

Speaker 11: Worn on you.

Speaker 3: I didn't kill nobody, Man, I didn't kill nobody.

Speaker 4: We don't think you did it on purpose.

Speaker 3: I didn't kill nobody whose are on purpose. You're charging me.

It makes you an animal if you did it on purpose.

But he didn't do nothing to her. Man, you beat

her again, and this time she died, and he didn't

mean for her to die. I want to believe that.

Speaker 2: But the more you keep throwing Dre under the bus

and then you have these flashes of memory, then I'm thinking, no,

maybe he really is as evil as I don't want

to believe that.

Speaker 5: What I want to believe is you got pissed off.

You're pissed off a cowboy.

Speaker 3: You're pissed off at the.

Speaker 5: People in the camp that are ganging on you.

Speaker 2: You go back and you're in your tent, and I

don't know what happens and what sets it off for

kiddie camp, but she starts to take it. Maybe it

starts out as some of this rough love that they

also tell us you have with her, because they listen.

Speaker 5: To it, but they hear you're beating her in the tent.

Speaker 3: Didn't beat her, I really didn't.

Speaker 5: Why are these people making this stuff up?

Speaker 1: If you're so fucking drunk you don't remember, how is

it not possibly true you don't remember? That's at least

I suppose, But I know I didn't get it. I

do recall not getting into any kind of altercation with her.

I don't remember black and passing out.

Speaker 3: After he called.

Speaker 5: You recall what didn't happen, but you can't recall what

did happen.

Speaker 3: I'm telling you what happened. I got into a fight

with the fucking dude. He came down, popped me, and

then fuck her. She jumped on his back. He flung her,

and he reached down, popped me again, and then point

pretty much went Remember when your tent collapsed?

Speaker 1: I think when he popped me, well, when he swung

hit me in the ear, initially behind my head.

Speaker 3: I went into the tent, I went on it, and

I do recall that, But.

Speaker 2: Get inside the tent, because they never would have been

bleeding at that point.

Speaker 3: That's where she was that but the tent wasn't freaking collapsed,

and so freaking later on when it was the tent

collib I fell into it, But it wasn't collapsed.

Speaker 5: When she was beaten inside the tent.

Speaker 4: No, she was.

Speaker 3: She may have been bleeding in the tent because of

the freaking injuries that she sustained for, But the.

Speaker 5: Tent went down before she received her injuries.

Speaker 3: No, it didn't. It got bumped into maybe set.

Speaker 14: It off the off.

Speaker 3: I don't know.

Speaker 5: You don't know, you see, you don't know.

Speaker 3: I don't.

Speaker 1: I have an idea about about how it went down,

but it didn't.

Speaker 3: Got an idea about how to try and save Dan's ass.

Speaker 1: What do you mean save my ass? How I'm gonna

save my ass? The fucking woman that I'm engaged to

is fucking dead right now.

Speaker 3: I ain't.

Speaker 5: And you're feeling sorry for all of yourself.

Speaker 3: I'm not feeling sorry for anything. I'm confused, and I

didn't fucking do what you're accusing me of. Didn't everybody

else out there? Everybody out Well, then I'll then, you

know what, then I'll see them on the stand, okay,

because this is what actually.

Speaker 5: Trying the person I finally got you and no, Jack.

Speaker 3: We'll go out to her and find the person responsible.

For go up there and get fucking at least talk

to We talked to everybody up there. He didn't bring

them into a freaking room and talk to him like

you're me. The only person we.

Speaker 2: Did and talked to her out there was kiddy. Because

she ain't talking to nobody. Her jaws broken, skulls fracture.

Speaker 3: She took a beating.

Speaker 1: You changed bus, No, I took my Well, yeah sure,

I just just got up, changed my fucking shirt and left.

Speaker 5: Because I hadn't there dad. I didn't know she was

she cared and losing.

Speaker 3: But he was dead. I went down and see see

she's hurt.

Speaker 21: Dude.

Speaker 3: I went down on them, called the ambulance. That's it.

So ed, you don't remember, you never, you don't remember

talking to d No. I talked to the young couple. Well,

they might have went down and got it. I mean,

that's that's not how it happened.

Speaker 4: What's what's that looked like.

Speaker 3: He's got long grayish hair, my early forties.

Speaker 22: That's it.

Speaker 4: That's it.

Speaker 1: But I didn't talk then this morning, that regard. I

talked to the young couple down there and told them

they probably went and got it.

Speaker 3: I mean, that's that that. That's what I get. That's

that had to be how it happened, because I didn't

talk to him. I talked to them, and then I said, hey, look,

you gotta go call the ambulance you got.

Speaker 5: I think she's dead. And he saw blood all over

your hands.

Speaker 3: It's just dirt.

Speaker 5: He saw blood all over your hands.

Speaker 1: It's just mud and dirt and grime. And then I

scuffed knuckles from dude. Now getting into it, But that's

not I didn't do it, guys, not in the fashion

you think I didn't care.

Speaker 3: I didn't do it at all. And that's what if

that's what you're saying now. I got into a fight

with old boy and then he.

Speaker 1: Jumped on what she jumped on him, and then he

fucking popped me. And then I remember watching him fucking

hit her.

Speaker 5: Man, Now you remember a little bit more.

Speaker 3: Now I remember fucking seeing m head. Well you didn't

remember that earlier. Yeah, I did say that early checked

the tape.

Speaker 4: Where she hit her or where he hit her.

Speaker 3: I don't know.

Speaker 1: The face somewhere, the face somewhere seen you swung and

popper dude, and I went to get back up and

go after him, and he came, he came. Fuck, he

did a fucking about face and blasted me, and then

I went out. That's that's what the fuck happened, at

least in that sense anyway, And what you mean in

that sense far as the altercation, as far as me

and Dre, that's what happened, dude. I'm telling you right now, guys,

I didn't beat that woman up and I got beat up.

Speaker 3: Perhaps we both got fucking beat up. Well, she got

beat up. You don't look beat up. She got beat up.

Speaker 5: No, i'll beat up.

Speaker 3: I'm just carrying it fucking better than most, that's all.

Carried it better than most. That's the truth.

Speaker 1: I mean, my fucking jaws fucking sore, my mouth bust

like I knocked all over my fucking skulture.

Speaker 3: I don't have any protruding fucking injuries in my face,

but there's injuries everywhere.

Speaker 1: I saw a bruise on her face and I ran down,

and no, I really don't because I didn't stick around

all like that.

Speaker 3: I freaked out. I freaked out. You don't make sure

she's okay at all.

Speaker 1: I looked at her, I was seen that she needed

in medical help, so I went and had someone called

the ambulance.

Speaker 3: What can I do?

Speaker 1: What can I do?

Speaker 4: Well?

Speaker 5: You said, at one point you cray over her, and

that's why, that's how her blood got on you.

Speaker 3: That was last night, cradle in her sense, I held

her last night last night. What time I had? No

early hours?

Speaker 1: After she's sliping and there laying down, I go in there,

slide and beside her.

Speaker 3: After I got up off the ground. And this point

you're tense wrecked? Yes, So how would her blood get

inside that tent? Well, she went to that tent after

the situation went to That was later on in the evening.

That was later on get wrecked. Oh, it shouldn't be wrecked.

Maybe maybe knocked down, but not reds wrecked. How did

it happen? I can't answer that.

Speaker 2: Was it standing up when you left this morning? This morning,

when you left your girlfriend dad in Ashley's tent? Was

your tent still standing? And if so, why was she

in Ashley's tent and not yours?

Speaker 3: I don't remember, Yeah, I don't remember.

Speaker 5: It's very.

Speaker 3: Well you remember what you don't remember? Yeah, yeah, you

remember what didn't happen. I didn't kill her, I didn't

hurt her. I didn't do nothing to her. I love her.

This is this ship is the reality of it is.

Speaker 4: That's what comes down to it.

Speaker 5: And then I can excelt Well, how does that even work?

Speaker 9: What do you mean?

Speaker 3: I didn't mean to I'm.

Speaker 5: Ben, You're a blackout drunk, so what I never mean

to hurt her?

Speaker 14: I never did.

Speaker 3: I didn't mean to her. But you never mean to

heurt her? Ever? Did I didn't have No, We've had

our freaking quarrels, but I've never heard her.

Speaker 5: Yes, you have. People have seen you.

Speaker 3: I don't see how because I don't. I don't see how.

Speaker 4: I mean.

Speaker 3: I'm telling you. The dude and I got into well,

that's obvious. But I didn't do it. I didn't, not me,

not me. But it ain't man. I didn't hear, of

course not. I didn't even mean to freaking that just

took the clothes off because it was the night. The

next day, I mean, I want to go see him.

I letting my dad know what fucking happened, telling him,

did you get a chance to talk to your dad?

I looked at him.

Speaker 5: Did you get a chance to talk.

Speaker 3: To your father this morning? Was the question?

Speaker 23: No.

Speaker 3: The only thing he said to me was I wanted

a pistol in my face with a boot mutch just

was don't resist.

Speaker 5: Your father said that to you.

Speaker 3: Yeah, so I think he said. Today I was up

in front of the house. I guess they called it PD.

Speaker 5: Is there a reason they didn't let you.

Speaker 3: In, Dan, I take it I wasn't there long enough

to wait it out. I said, Okay, Well, if that's

the case.

Speaker 1: Fine, guys, and I and I in reality set in

at that stage when freaking they did call the cops,

And obviously I'm in fucking trouble because Kitty's hurt that much.

Speaker 3: I gathered, Why would you think you'd be in trouble

because Kitty was hurt if you didn't have anything to

do with it because I fled the scene because I left.

Did you think that makes you look a little good?

Of course it does.

Speaker 1: Okay, But I had a parle warrant, so I couldn't

stand around and wait for the ambulance.

Speaker 3: I wanted the ambulance. You were worried more about.

Speaker 2: Some misdemeanor parle warrant than you are some some some

what do you mean, life threatening injuries to.

Speaker 1: Your to your Okay, I got her the help I

could by having someone called the ambulance, and then the

ambulance came in and catch a boss.

Speaker 3: No, I took and was walking and taking my shirt

off off that happened.

Speaker 5: Wait, you told me to change clothes in the tenth

Where did you change clothes?

Speaker 3: The story? Why do you change your story so much?

Speaker 5: I'm not trying to recall.

Speaker 3: It's so much easier if you just tell the truth.

Speaker 5: You don't have to make it up as you go

along with you're doing Dan.

Speaker 3: Look, we talked about this.

Speaker 5: We've been doing this a long time.

Speaker 3: I didn't have to talk to you, guys. I understand

my right some things. I didn't have to talk to y'all.

I didn't have to talk to you at all. But

I want to get to the bottom of this as well.

I don't want fucking Anybody's definitely not for kid.

Speaker 5: It's the last thing you can do for you.

Speaker 3: Just had what I wanted me to say. I do

tell me the truth.

Speaker 1: I'm telling I got into a fight litt old boy

and he she hopped on me, thrown her and then

that's about the That's all I really remember.

Speaker 3: Man, you're the only one up there.

Speaker 5: You're the only one, and that who.

Speaker 3: Can't that has that version of last night, I wouldn't

see why.

Speaker 2: Why why I'm telling you is I don't know my

job to see why I'm trying to tell you. That's

how stupid that sounds, because we talked to everybody up there,

and you're the only one that's told us that, and

and shockingly, that's the story that has somebody.

Speaker 5: Else responsible for her injuries.

Speaker 3: Yet you're the only ones come up with that. And

we talked to everybody and they didn't have time.

Speaker 5: To get their stories straight.

Speaker 3: You know why we walk some of them up They

weren't asleep in their tents when we got there. So

that's my thing.

Speaker 2: You know what happened last night before they went to sleep,

when you and Calboury were tussling and Drake broke it up,

and then you and Dre had words.

Speaker 3: Me and Calvin weren't fucking we so well if he

said that, well, I don't call getting into the covered

friend you.

Speaker 5: You didn't like you up there. I guess it sounds

like it.

Speaker 3: No, it sounds like to me. Then and then and

then I talked to the people who were sixty one

East Mound and they talked to Kit repeatedly about trying

to get away from you. When she shows up over there,

I don't see it. I don't see that. Once again,

why would they?

Speaker 23: Why would I make that up?

Speaker 3: By I never met you before today? Because she comes

in there with her eyes swilling shut, she comes in

there with all kinds of injuries, and they're concerned about

her safety.

Speaker 5: And now she's dead, beaten to death, beaten to death.

Speaker 3: I just beat her up.

Speaker 5: Man, they killed her.

Speaker 3: I didn't kill nobody.

Speaker 5: She's dead, but I didn't do it.

Speaker 3: Who fucking dream.

Speaker 24: To be?

Speaker 7: Yeah?

Speaker 5: Look, nobody said you set out to do this.

Speaker 3: I didn't do anything. You got a problem?

Speaker 5: The hell's that fucking helped me?

Speaker 14: Problem?

Speaker 5: Are no problem?

Speaker 3: Mean you're saying I'm accountable for something. That you're saying

I did something, I'm telling you didn't do.

Speaker 5: So either way, you don't remember, you don't remember.

Speaker 3: You remember this night different than everybody else out there.

Is it possible that you don't recall doing this? Anything's possible,

I guess, But I'm not asking you.

Speaker 5: Not if anything's possible, I'm asking you.

Speaker 3: Is it possible you beat your girlfriend to death and

just don't remember?

Speaker 2: If I'm not asking if anything that's not possible, I'll

ask somebody else if I want to know that that's

not possible.

Speaker 3: Okay, that's not all. So, so what you are is

so this didn't happen in some kind of This is

your you.

Speaker 2: You've planned it, you execute it, and now you're covering

it up bull by taking off your clothes, lying about

where you discar.

Speaker 3: Going to tell me about that. They're going to tell

me about this, uh, this drop box in Relsburg again

that you brought up. I told you highlight about that.

Speaker 5: Why would lie about it? I told you, I ask you,

why would you lie about that?

Speaker 3: I don't know?

Speaker 2: Why would you come up with that lie? I don't

lie to me about the little things. You're clearly gonna

lie to me about the big things. Lig you about

things you don't even have to lie to me about.

Why would I believe you when you're telling me.

Speaker 3: Some of the big things that because but I corrected

myself and told you that freaking the truth.

Speaker 5: This explained to me why you came up with that line.

Speaker 1: I don't know, just seemed freaking see what I don't

see what I don't know seemed like the right thing

to say. But it's not the case I did. I

took my shirt off from the tent and my pants,

put on freaking this blue outfit and went down and

got the couple to call.

Speaker 3: I thought, how you walked back up to Ashley's. You

walked back up there and then walked back up anywhere?

Speaker 4: Did that go by himself and go check her on

where you waited? Is it possible?

Speaker 3: I'm just sasky. I don't think so.

Speaker 12: No, you're awakened alert at this point. I went down

obviously because you saw her.

Speaker 3: You went I saw her. I freaked out. I went

down at the couples. They called. Then, of course I

touched her. She seemed she seemed like she was hurt bad.

She didn't seem dead.

Speaker 1: She looked freaking really hurt bad. Granted, so i'd not

sticking around. I didn't really touch her. It kind of

just shook her a little bit. And she's not coming

to I could see her freaking injuries are fucked up.

So I went to go get the ambulance. There's nothing

I can do to stay there and help. There's nothing

I could nothing I can do.

Speaker 5: What's sit there and tell a story about who killed

her to the police.

Speaker 3: I didn't realize. I didn't know she was dead.

Speaker 2: You could have stayed and told your story to the

police about who had called these catastrophic injuries. At a glance,

you can tell these injuries are catastrophic.

Speaker 3: Right, she looked bad.

Speaker 5: Worse than bad.

Speaker 2: Okay, I've seen a lot of people in this condition

over the years i've been doing this, and she's on

this end of the scale. It wasn't just bad, it

was catastrophic. I don't know what kind of violence and

gore you're used to seeing. I'm used to seeing a

good bit of it, and this would rank over here.

Speaker 1: I didn't beat her up, guys, I really didn't. I

gotta do a fight with old boy, and you fucking

flung her.

Speaker 4: And then from there, Man, Dre's a black guy, Yeah,

I told it. It was a big white guy.

Speaker 3: You can tell Ed anything.

Speaker 4: That's what he.

Speaker 3: Told him, that's what he doing. Well, then not only

makes sense, because I ain't say nothing like that to

nobody for any reason.

Speaker 4: Well, did you tell ed Dre did this?

Speaker 3: No, I ain't tell him nothing.

Speaker 4: You didn't tell him. Why he didn't tell him? You

know why you didn't, Because he didn't do it.

Speaker 3: I ain't talked to Ed this morning. I ain't telling

you ship. I went down and got that couple and

got the hell out of there.

Speaker 1: Where's a couple of lit that you're talking about, a

couple of tenths down from where Eddingham stayed or Ed's

old tent.

Speaker 3: It's a young girl and a little a younger boy.

Speaker 1: I went out and told because nobody else was freaking moving,

So I went down through there and I hollered, Hey, hey, hey,

call the ambulance.

Speaker 3: Kiddy needs help.

Speaker 4: The tent beside yours, the yellow and blue.

Speaker 12: Right beside your You guys have like three spots right, okay,

the tent right beside that to the right, the yellow.

Speaker 3: And blue one, The yellow and blue one beside that.

That's where we was. That's where we was sleep last night,

the big yellow one, the big blue one. No, not yours.

Speaker 4: The neighbors.

Speaker 25: I'm talking about the neighbors one beside your camp. Okay,

what's the question, Kay, who stays in that camp? It's

been used to.

Speaker 3: Be Ashley and her boyfriend or whoever that is, and

they left a while a bat.

Speaker 4: I'm not talking that way.

Speaker 3: The other way, dad, other way, that's freaking Dre and

his girlfriend.

Speaker 4: Okay, you had Dre and his girlfriend.

Speaker 12: You have actual a mars what you're going right, Then

we have yours, which is about two or three long, right,

the one beside that?

Speaker 4: Whose house? Whose house is that?

Speaker 3: That's where Eddingham just set up shopping yesterday or the

day before?

Speaker 5: Who helped you put the tent up yesterday?

Speaker 3: Yes, yes, that's red, that's yes. Nobody was freaking.

Speaker 4: That's the one you told you.

Speaker 3: No. I went down to the other couple because they

were setting out. They were sitting out in front of

their tent. I need you, I think kit Cat's dead.

Speaker 2: I put her in March ten ten belonging to Martian Ashley.

Eddie uh Haggard looks at her, touched her cold to

the touch.

Speaker 4: Because she's been laying in it. She was sitting here.

Speaker 3: Somebody you told Eddie and this is what he's going

to testify to.

Speaker 2: Okay, Eddie, I need you. I think kit Cat's dead.

I put her in March I put her in marked.

Speaker 3: I didn't say that to him though, that's what ship

may say that to him.

Speaker 5: He's full of it.

Speaker 3: Don't even talked to him. The morning I went down

and told them they were out and about. I saw

them guys sit out there and say, hey, you need

to call the freaking ambulance. Katy's hurt.

Speaker 12: Do you know why you haven't talked? Because because of

this stuff? Look at the stuff he's told us. That's

why you can't remember it.

Speaker 3: You don't want to. Danny came to me, He said, Eddie,

I need you. I think kit Cat's dead. I put

her in Mark's tent, the tent belonging to Mark and Ashley.

He walks out, He looks at her, touched her. She's

called to the touch. Okay, this is what he told you,

and it was okay.

Speaker 4: You put her in the tent.

Speaker 3: No, only didn't she crawled in there last night before

I you know what the corner is gonna say, whatever, Well,

what's he gonna say?

Speaker 2: She didn't crawl anywhere after she received these injuries because

she was unconscious. Wherever she received those injuries, she would

have stayed unless somebody moved her.

Speaker 3: That's not the case.

Speaker 4: I didn't move her.

Speaker 5: Somebody moved her.

Speaker 3: Apparently. If that's what you're saying, I'm.

Speaker 2: Guaranteeing you she's knocked uncut, she got a broken charge,

she got a fractured skull.

Speaker 3: She got some Girlhema Thomas. She's beat to death.

Speaker 2: Wherever she received that beaten which with all the blood

is inside the red tent that Ed helped you put

up the day before.

Speaker 5: That's where she received the beating.

Speaker 3: You tell that you carried her at Burr and Mark

and Ashley's tent because they didn't do that charge charged me.

Speaker 4: You're gonna get the wrong dry No, we're not.

Speaker 3: I don't want to do it. I really do.

Speaker 2: Keep telling yourself that no more fucking small liquor in

your fucking count no more more liquor, and state penitentiary.

You're gonna get a chance to dry out. Here's the

good news.

Speaker 5: I will make sure they build a new jail on

top of you.

Speaker 3: Because here's the difference.

Speaker 2: Somebody makes a mistake and owns up to it and

somebody that covers it up hops a bus to get

the fuck out of Dodge to ride to Renaldsburgo, the

love of his life. Yeah, one more time, right before

this thing caught up with you. If you had a

bad night, that's all you need to take.

Speaker 3: I don't recall doing anything to her, dude, I actually no,

I know.

Speaker 26: I didn't you know, Yeah, you don't recall you. I

know they recalled, they recall, but what you told them,

they recall. Seeing you had to beat this girl here

in the beating. Well, we recovering all the blood from

inside the tent that.

Speaker 3: Collapsed the case she was bleeding. Dude popped her in

the fucking mouth. This isn't a case of somebody popping

her in the mouth. That's where they took place at

the time. Now, I don't know how how severe it was.

Speaker 2: I got half down of blood in this tent. That's

where she received the beating. Inside your tent. Did this

guy come inside the tent and.

Speaker 5: Beat her ass?

Speaker 3: We got into it out front, and so.

Speaker 5: How did you bleed out inside your tent?

Speaker 3: Crawled up in there and laid down. She didn't crawl

anywhere after she received these head injuries. She was not mobile.

Speaker 5: The only way she could have moved anywhere is that

somebody moved her.

Speaker 2: I ain't fucking over the huh, because you didn't think

she was dead and you were trying to take care

of her after you gave her this beating beat her man.

Speaker 5: And your tent was knocked down from it.

Speaker 3: Your tent was knocked down.

Speaker 5: From it, so you had to get her inside somewhere.

You play her in market. Ashley's just like you told Edgar.

Speaker 3: But that's not the case. Man, Why didn't you tell that.

Speaker 1: I didn't tell him shit because I talked, told the

other couple that were out there, go call the ambulance.

Speaker 3: Now they may have went down and got d I'll

see him in court. What I'll said, I'll happen. I said,

I'll have to see him in court.

Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, in.

Speaker 3: About eighteen months. That's exactly what'll happen. I am seen.

I didn't do what you're accusing me of doing. I

ain't fucking do it, dude. I really fucking didn't. That's

the thing. I really didn't. I ain't even fucking heard her.

Speaker 9: No, oh baby, any can fucking baby, little baby.

Speaker 14: Fucking.

Speaker 5: I don't work here by.

Speaker 4: No, how fuck you mean?

Speaker 3: No, I don't care what happens to.

Speaker 14: Be and we want to hurt.

Speaker 3: If you have baby?

Speaker 14: Who are you well?

Speaker 5: Homie?

Speaker 14: You cool me? Oh god God, I'm never going to

get to seek.

Speaker 3: Did this to you, baby, I didn't do this to you.

Speaker 5: I didn't do this tour. I didn't do this tour.

Speaker 3: I didn't do this tour. I swear I didn't swear

I didn't do this tour.

Speaker 5: Oh my god, my kitty cat, oh my little baby.

Want to fuck you and the fun you mean I

don't care about what happens to.

Speaker 9: Be he was.

Speaker 4: Kill hold you, motherfucker.

Speaker 5: You don't want to fuck her fucking beat my baby,

but I know he did too.

Speaker 3: And I can't do nothing about it, and I can't

do ship about it.

Speaker 5: And these fucking people think I did it.

Speaker 3: I didn't even fucking do it. I ain't fucking do this.

N No, babe, I didn't freaking kill nobody. Man.

Speaker 5: I don't never get to kiss her and the holder again.

I never got the holder again.

Speaker 14: Oh my god, I didn't.

Speaker 4: Do a stu her.

Speaker 3: M fuck man, Go find a motherfucker that did this

to her.

Speaker 1: That's what you do, quick, fucking baby, me help me

fire a person that did.

Speaker 5: Didn't he's probably still right there.

Speaker 1: I'm going to prison for the rest of my life

for nothing, something I didn't even do, and my woman

is fucking never go back to me.

Speaker 3: Okay, we're gonna get some pictures of you.

Speaker 27: Dang what what what do you mean pictures like we're

gonna take some photographs of your injuries?

Speaker 3: No, you're not excuse me, senu, I refuse. I mean

you're more welcome to if you like. I ain't shouldn't

be giving you a hard time for real, because you're

just doing your job. You should stand up now, dude,

I do what you think. I stand up. We're just

taking some pictures and I'm not asking you. I'm telling you.

Speaker 4: Stand up.

Speaker 1: If that's the case, then this, this, this might be interesting.

If that's the case. I don't want to be threatened. Please,

I'm sorry. I was my wife fucking deceased.

Speaker 5: Yeah, I understand that I spent more time with her

this morning than you did. I didn't.

Speaker 3: I didn't hop on a bust rentals. I wanted to

go in my dad. I knew the ambulance was coming.

There's no there's nothing I can do.

Speaker 5: All these detectives they're gonna do is take some pictures.

I am first in long Let's take it.

Speaker 3: Sorry, IM gonna take your face.

Speaker 20: I can't guess to the guy up, dude, I'm freaking

Speaker 3: This whole still for me. If you would face that way,

you should find at.

Speaker 2: All.

Speaker 16: Right, face the wall behind you, you really believe my baby? Okay,

face the other wall, if you would hold your hands

out for me like.

Speaker 3: They might just need to make a phone or they

could take it. And that's just a scratch right there

for my dog, that's all that is.

Speaker 20: And then hold it down here for me.

Speaker 3: Thank you? Where did you off the number two at?

Out there in Reynalsborg?

Speaker 4: Is the taking?

Speaker 3: Do you take that?

Speaker 5: All the way after Rentlsburg?

Speaker 9: No?

Speaker 1: I took the number two something fricking Hamilton Road. It

didn't take me any further than that, So I walked

up the.

Speaker 3: Road and caught me number two or to Renoldsburg's.

Speaker 5: Okay do you wanna me?

Speaker 4: And yeah?

Speaker 14: Out here?

Speaker 6: Sure?

Speaker 9: Was that.

Speaker 5: Those take you take the number two? Where did you

catch it at.

Speaker 9: That?

Speaker 3: On East Main Street? Somewhere up the road in the

way Maine? I don't know, I don't. Don't you know?

You down on East Maine, Maine and what Main and

eighteenth Maine Maine and mainland hope maybe.

Speaker 5: Okay Maine and high did you catch Maine?

Speaker 3: Go east on Maine yup on the number two, and

where did you take out all the way to Hamilton?

Then you get to Hamilton, then that bus wasn't going

no further.

Speaker 20: So I waited around for a little bit.

Speaker 3: What number did you get on going north to or

to going east?

Speaker 28: I didn't go with him, but I got back all

in a two or and took a straight mominster off

of blank Drive in And then I got off of

Lankster Avenue and walked down to my freaking dads.

Speaker 3: By the time I get there, they're not answered the door.

I know something's all fucking mad. So magis for having

you know, where's this band? After you stop that in

between Langton stop?

Speaker 4: No fucking BN man just made that up.

Speaker 3: I did. I take your jacket off.

Speaker 1: Anything and everything and be looking for as fucking is

at the freaking camp site.

Speaker 4: All I did was freaking well, you didn't make our

job any easier.

Speaker 3: You want us to go catch the killer?

Speaker 2: Are you?

Speaker 3: Also? I did actually freaking beg buddy up man. They

didn't anyone hurt my fucking wife.

Speaker 29: I love my feeling. Tell us what happened to her?

And you had all this knowledge about this being I

had a fucking groll. Lord, there's nothing I can really,

I don't know angel Leaque Woods.

Speaker 3: I didn't know. I knew she was hurt. I see that,

So go down and tell them, go call the ambulance.

They called Juris Air. We need to be aware of

I don't think. So let's take a picture of that,

all right?

Speaker 2: Oh?

Speaker 3: I hold him? Who's puppy? And Ashley left it behind

the one that's in adds ten? No, that's.

Speaker 20: What do you mean, doll or it?

Speaker 3: It's a puppy? Yea, what just gonna have to take

a picture of this?

Speaker 4: Kay, we just told that.

Speaker 3: I don't know.

Speaker 23: Take it.

Speaker 4: Turn around, Let's get back.

Speaker 5: You're not getting off sleep.

Speaker 1: Yeah, I get I get my ass kicked, and my

girlfriend's fri could beat after death.

Speaker 11: She's not beat half to death, sir. Well, at the

time she's beat to death. Probably about four o'clock this

morning she died. She's dead about four or five hours

before anybody called it. Anybody think of.

Speaker 3: The fist impressions. Yeah, you know there's fist impressions.

Speaker 5: You get that one.

Speaker 3: I got into a fucking scuffle with a dude.

Speaker 4: Guys, some of most of us from.

there any like that emblem on it? It's just it's

just completely white, nothing on.

Speaker 3: It, plain white tea, pretty pretty filthy.

Speaker 22: Pretty dirty.

Speaker 4: What the size it is?

Speaker 3: Mm hmmm?

Speaker 4: What sizes?

Speaker 3: You work? Whatever they donate, whatever.

Speaker 4: They give to you. You don't ask for a certain

time used.

Speaker 3: Large between the large and medium meetium or large meeting mars?

Speaker 22: Where's it laying at.

Speaker 3: In the tent? I think there's somewhere I don't know.

I pulled it off this morning, tossed this on it

freaked out. Needed to get her some help, so I

ran to get help.

Speaker 22: Which and when you left there?

Speaker 4: Where'd you go.

Speaker 3: Downtown? Catch the bus?

Speaker 4: Somebody tell me about how were you walking?

Speaker 3: We walked down who is babe? You walked down West

Main to East Main.

Speaker 1: And Maine and High and then took the number two

to Hamilton, got off of Hamilton kind of the two

R and took it to Lancaster Avenue.

Speaker 4: Room Maya High.

Speaker 22: You got on the two bus? You said two separate tooths,

two separate tooths.

Speaker 4: She got on two? Or was it connection to another two?

Or you said it was two?

Speaker 3: Are said, yeah, the two art was Romsburg, the two.

I don't know which one it was. It was too

something that ended at Hamilton. That shouldn't be too hard

to figure out.

Speaker 22: Right Main to High, that's where you're at. And then

you took that to Hamilton, right Main Street to Hamilton.

You got all there?

Speaker 3: Okay?

Speaker 22: And where'd you get on the two? There are no

bus right there that takes you.

Speaker 3: I walked over across the street and walked down the

road a little bit without number two.

Speaker 4: Bustup?

Speaker 1: Where'd you walk to town, a couple of blocks from

Hamilton Road, up the street up Maine going to east,

waited out for a bus and then helped on here.

Speaker 22: Okay, and what you said it was two are this coda.

Speaker 3: Cut of us.

Speaker 22: Two are? And where'd you get off there?

Speaker 3: Lancaster Avenue, Maine and Lancaster And I walked down to

the house.

Speaker 22: The north or east or south of May where mam

dad lives. I think my street just.

Speaker 4: Goes north, isn't it.

Speaker 3: Yes, Yeah, it's just my dad and my cousin out.

Speaker 22: There, cousin bringing granted, that's where your mam do live there.

Speaker 3: Okay.

Speaker 22: When you got over to the uh house, who was

your dad there?

Speaker 13: Yeah?

Speaker 3: He was there. They didn't answer the door though, Okay,

I called p D.

Speaker 4: Alright, so you either talk to your dad or Brandon.

Did you talk to Brandon on the phone at all?

Speaker 3: No, I didn't speak with anybody.

Speaker 4: Okay, h.

Speaker 3: Was you guys charging me with this stuff?

Speaker 22: What's that?

Speaker 3: Are you guys charging me with this?

Speaker 4: Not at this moment.

Speaker 3: I didn't hurt nobody, but you had to fight with

a dude.

Speaker 22: Well, I just talked to I just talked to dad.

I guess two months ago you and you and her

were living with him.

Speaker 3: No, we've never lived with him.

Speaker 4: You never lived there.

Speaker 3: No, he lives with my cousin Brandon and his wife Kim.

Speaker 22: Okay, he lives with them, have you okay, well it's

Brandon's house, right. Have we visited from time to time?

Speaker 3: Maybe come over on a Friday and Saturday, stay for

a night? Okay?

Speaker 30: Have you been a for DV and runsborg bacivated menacing?

I think it was years ago, not a couple of

months ago or or I guess you and you and

Kathleen got into it. You hit her a few times

in the face.

Speaker 3: Huh No, No, mean it wouldn't have that'd be on record,

wouldn't yeah be easy enough to do that if my

dad just told me, that's not the truth. That's not

true at all.

Speaker 22: Had they had to take you and put you in

a hotel room, you get to get you away from her.

Speaker 4: But no, that's true.

Speaker 3: None of that's true.

Speaker 22: None, that's true.

Speaker 4: None of it.

Speaker 3: If that's the case, we we mean, wouldn't be in

PD or Rentalsburg p D records.

Speaker 4: Right, you want any kind of medication right now?

Speaker 22: Should be what should you be on?

Speaker 3: It's supposed to be taking ellaville and lithium for what

five holes and.

Speaker 1: Whatever else they say been in a couple of years

that have actually been evaluated.

Speaker 3: But state doctor had me taken the lithium and laville

for what was it?

Speaker 4: She said something.

Speaker 3: About magic pressure and bipuler and stage two schizophrena or

something to that effect.

Speaker 4: Yeah, you do have stage two.

Speaker 3: I fought from what they say.

Speaker 1: I mean, this is coming from penitentiary doctors, not actual

state doctors on the streets. So I mean, everybody's in

the joint's a little crazy because of the circumstance.

Speaker 3: So sure, I don't see that as.

Speaker 22: A proper rating lithium.

Speaker 3: And what was the other laville? Laville, Anna tripoline, anna triple?

He is a proper named Millaville is an aridama thing.

Speaker 22: Okay, that's for bipolar and made manic depression.

Speaker 3: And they said something about there's something else I was

supposed to be taken for it, schistophone. But I don't

know exactly what the name of this pill is.

Speaker 4: Do you remember the times you got on these buses?

Speaker 3: No, I don't. This morning sometime, I guess you could

say between between seven and ten. I suppose.

Speaker 22: Did you you get a bus pass?

Speaker 1: No, I just asked the operator if I could get

a catch a ride to get out to the house

so I could get a couple of bucks for a

bus fairly.

Speaker 4: Ones you did, you'd just let your own.

Speaker 22: What was the bus driving? White guy or black guy?

Speaker 4: Female?

Speaker 3: A couple of women?

Speaker 4: A couple of women were driving.

Speaker 3: Ye know, all the two busters a black girl and

one and a white woman together.

Speaker 4: Okay, black was the first one or the second one?

Speaker 3: First one?

Speaker 4: Okay?

Speaker 22: When white one was on the two order both of them?

Let you just kill him for free?

Speaker 3: Huh oh, I asked him, told him, I'm homeless and

broke right now.

Speaker 1: I just need to ride tomorrow, so you're gonna get

money when you got There's what you told them, right, No,

I just asked him if I could ride and until

I can get to the house to get a couple

of bucks.

Speaker 3: Tell me, and most of them will let you do

it once just to help you out. You never they

won't do it no more. Right, Well, I don't do

that very well them, okay? Is that the only thing

you changed today with the white T shirt?

Speaker 27: And you said you black swishies black swishes as well. Yeah,

how bunny hats are anything?

Speaker 3: Are the one I wore in today? Cuts in my.

Speaker 22: Property, so black swishy pants and leave beside the white

T shirt.

Speaker 3: In the proximity I imagine somewhere in the area. And

that's end.

Speaker 22: Was a mark in Steffie's tent.

Speaker 3: Those are inside the tent. That's it.

Speaker 1: Everything else you guys have hasn't changed anything. Sorry, I'm

picking my line of ship about the clothing band on.

Just I thought, since you guys told me for changing

my clothes wrong, for changing my clothes after the situation,

it means you panic. So I made up a freaking

white line. But I also came clean with it immediately afterwards.

Speaker 22: I mean, I get all that, but like I said,

you know, you know we.

Speaker 4: Fucked a Brandon and your dad.

Speaker 22: They're both in the telling said two months ago the

two guys got into it.

Speaker 3: That's the case. If that's the case, that would be

there would be a record of that, right.

Speaker 22: If somebody called the police.

Speaker 3: With her and I haven't got into it for any reason.

Speaker 17: The police on you never never, we don't have that

kind of relationship. So I don't know what these people

are freaking talking about now. If it may have been

somebody she was with before me, probably, but they ain't me.

You know, we've had our fucking differences.

Speaker 1: We fight, hargue a little bit like everybody, but we're

also chronic alcoholics with mental.

Speaker 3: Health disorders and used to Did you used to box

years ago?

Speaker 2: No?

Speaker 3: Box? I did in cage fights, case fights.

Speaker 22: What's that?

Speaker 3: M M A mixed martial arts.

Speaker 4: So you're capable of doing this?

Speaker 3: I mean I'm not that good at it. But I

mean she's also a little woman.

Speaker 1: So with that being said, if you people believe I

did this to her, then it wouldn't matter what size

is or what he knew.

Speaker 3: I'm just asking. I mean, I'm not capable of a

lot of things, and one thing of him is I'm

not capable of fucking killing my girlfriend. So you're telling me, well,

I told you.

Speaker 22: I don't think you did it on purpose.

Speaker 1: Man.

Speaker 3: I ain't touch her.

Speaker 27: Man, I got to fight with you, even if you

were in a rage where you're just so drunk you

don't remember, and thanks.

Speaker 3: You just got control. I don't get me wrong, There

is a lot I don't remember, okay, but I'm pretty

fucking sure I didn't fucking heard her well, I don't.

I don't. I don't, I don't.

Speaker 22: I don't think he did it on purpose.

Speaker 4: I don't think I did it all.

Speaker 3: That's what I tell you. Dude jumped on me man,

and she jumped on him.

Speaker 22: I know we've heard that story. I'm telling you that's

that's not what hurt her.

Speaker 10: What is it that hurt her?

Speaker 1: I mean, it looks like she got fucking cold cox

and then freakingment this morning. She was where her face

was bruised.

Speaker 4: She was hit more than once, many.

Speaker 3: She was hitting multiple times.

Speaker 4: Okay, that's why I thought, you know, the one hit

by what you know by trey At.

Speaker 3: I don't think it ended there though. That's the thing.

He came back over and piped me again too, and

then I hear the commotion, but I can't.

Speaker 22: He just said she's a a little smaller. She didn't

hurt She didn't hurt.

Speaker 3: Him, Chris, not because she did jump on him. And

he's fucking drunk and homeless and crazy himself in an

offbeat way, he knows what the hell happened in the

process after he fucking knocked me out.

Speaker 4: Like I said, I don't think you meant to do it.

I think it was accidental.

Speaker 3: It doesn't stand. No, there is no accident. I didn't

do it. It does make a difference, how my fucking

my wife is gone. There is no difference. Jesus, she's gone.

Speaker 1: She's gone, and now I'm being accused of it, and

in turn only she lost her life.

Speaker 3: But I can give mine up in a second to

see her one last time.

Speaker 13: I wouldn't think twice about it that once. Just one

hold her one more time, all right, don't.

Speaker 3: Get it, I don't get it.

Speaker 4: I ain't fugging hurt me.

Speaker 3: Jesus, gotta understand, she understand. It's a fucking lover, fucking lovers. Chill.

Speaker 31: She's good, he's good. She's fucking gone. Good, God, she's gone.

Speaker 1: And why the world is my pop telling you guys

some freaking made up story about freaking giddy.

Speaker 3: In a hotel and me going to jail for the meth.

It ain't none of that happened.

Speaker 2: That matt comes home a couple of months, Matthew comes

home in three months, and he's never gonna need to

see his mom again.

Speaker 3: Oh, never gonna get to see anymore. I gotta be

fucking kidding, man, I didn't murder. You didn't. Fuck you

guys think.

Speaker 4: I fucking did. And then if you think I did.

Speaker 21: And I don't have no money, I don't have no lawyer,

I don't have any education per se. If you believe

I freaking did it, how can I freaking beat it?

How can I beat this case? If you how can

I be the case?

Speaker 4: What you damn it?

Speaker 3: I don't even care anymore.

Speaker 4: Just miss my baby.

Speaker 3: I need you, kiddy, need you, baby, so.

Speaker 5: My baby, won't baby, won't, baby, won't baby?

Speaker 3: Oh my god?

Speaker 5: You guys think I heard right?

Speaker 3: I get you, fucking.

Speaker 6: H oh.

Speaker 3: Oh. I give anything just to see you.

Speaker 21: For two more seconds, just to GISs you until you're pretty.

Speaker 3: You're so pretty beautiful.

Speaker 32: You're the most beautiful person in the little worlds.

Speaker 3: The fucking no little It wouldn't be no, how fuck

bitch too about fucking woman for me.

Speaker 14: I know you did.

Speaker 3: I knew he did. He had to these people talking

and ship about how what did this? That? And the

other man?

Speaker 1: Then motherfucker's up there kicking each other's house all the time.

Speaker 3: That's what they do do ship to no boggy.

Speaker 10: Him, Yeah, panicked, that's funk out there. When I'm calling

ambulance and I left. It's just there's nothing more I

can do for the situation. I can't help her, do

anything for her from in jail, and she because if

I was gonna get some help, I can come freaking

be buy her side.

Speaker 3: I can't do that bumped up.

Speaker 10: Calling ambulance, get us some help, get to the mercy room,

and then go down there and be buy her bet side.

And you know if they came out and questioned me

and ran me and did all that, so I've been

going to freaking jail right then, right there, and there

would have been no chance to be able to fucking

go st buy her betside and make sure she gets well.

So I let these motherfuckers mirandize me and talk.

Speaker 3: To me, and they don't even want to help with

the fucking do take care of it. They just want

to try to pint it on me.

Speaker 10: Fuck the fuck the Georgia's funck all is just a

you're gonna be slated to county jail on your probation violation.

Speaker 3: And that's an account of murder. That's what's going on today.

And like you said, you were very defiant about it.

Speaker 33: Well, you just have to bring those witnesses into court

and and that's exactly what we will do, along with

all her injuries and all the inconsistencies in your story

and all that.

Speaker 3: And what we are resting on right now is called

probable call. We have probable cause to believe this.

Speaker 2: You fled the area, your your your story is inconsistent

with everyone else.

Speaker 3: We have found a report out in Yllsburg where you

beat the ship out of her before. It's not possible.

It's not possible.

Speaker 5: They're getting it right now.

Speaker 3: Go ahead. You know we didn't find that because that

didn't happen. Okay, well told you that, and she that's

not the truth.

Speaker 5: Well she's not beat the ship to death either, right,

that didn't happen either.

Speaker 3: I saw it with my own eyes. Yeah, but I didn't.

Speaker 21: You know what.

Speaker 5: You just sat there for eighteen months in the county.

Speaker 2: You know what?

Speaker 3: That's true?

Speaker 1: If not longer, and then that when it does go down,

if I do wind up in bed situations, and I'll

appeal until the day I dit.

Speaker 5: Okay, well god, you're gonna have I don't occur nothing,

but she's gone. I don't care about me.

Speaker 3: She just go my buyer and tell the truth. Well,
