and different cell phone locations, different video surveillance from different areas.

figure out how to how to deal with them, and
all that things happened that aren't attending on happening. I see,

ass within forty meters. Things like cell phones, we can
track cell phones again within twenty meters year location.

up with exact locations of.

Speaker 3: So this is an important conversation as far as we
are going to know body at the end of the day,
we already have a pretty good idea of things that happened,
but we're gonna but in the day, we're gonna know
factually physically what happened, okay, through video, through Google images,
through things like that. And I'm not saying you're a
bad kid too, a good kid, you're respectful.

Speaker 3: And the only thing that we won't know why in
the day unless you hear it from you, is why
things happened, whether things are accidental, something accidentally bad happened.
Maybe I don't know anyway, I can't put words into

As far as why things happen, I.
Speaker 4: Don't know what your mindset was.
Speaker 3: I don't know what you were thinking, but I will
I do know that everything's gonna be pretty well factual
by the end of the day as far as physically
what happened.

getting a shot with a forty five caliber casing forty
five caliber pistol. And as we both sit here, we
know that that casing is gonna come back to the
same fire around that you had that was that was
a girlfriends and we have cases from, we have ballistics
from from that. Physically, all that stuff is going to
be matched up, and it's gonna be matched up maybe
by the end of the day.

Speaker 4: And there's surveillance video two of them not fifteen.
Speaker 3: Feet away from where we found the forty five celt
or casing where ken driver was shot.

we wouldn't be sitting here if only I know that
you were there, man, we wouldn't.

can't imagine it being anything out of the tragic accident.

things you do.
Speaker 3: And if you're going to go that route, then the
only explanation is you're gonna be a cold bloody killer
in the court's minds, that's gonna be the only explanation.
So either we can explain you and I are a
little back for you that this is an accident. Maybe
he grabbed the gun and it went off. Maybe he
