Speaker 1: Ask me.
Speaker 2: And the big part our live show is back on
Speaker 2: the twentieth of July. So we've got our Fletch one
Speaker 2: and Haley ask us. Anything in this question that we're
Speaker 2: going to answer today has been asked a lot from
Speaker 2: these submission forms and online, and we see yesterday in
Speaker 2: the pod that will answer it today, and we will.
Speaker 1: Can you think we're just gonna be honest? I've been
Speaker 1: We've been nothing but honest this entire time. No, No, Vaughn,
Speaker 1: let's actual honest. Okay, let's head, let's actually it's even time.
Speaker 1: We told Fletch he was literally there the entire time.
Speaker 2: Now, let's I have a backstory, Grace, reset and recap.
Speaker 1: Grace from Totrong. I was going to read this out
Speaker 1: because everybody was like, ask another question. I was like,
Speaker 1: that's a big one. The next one's a big one.
Speaker 1: Grace from Totrong says, can you address the rumors that
Speaker 1: Vaughn and Hailey slept together and that Hailey getting a
Speaker 1: leg tattoo of one contributed to Haley and her husband
Speaker 1: and Greek's partner splitting up? Love you guys and sorry.
Speaker 1: I read readdit.
Speaker 2: More than happy to now this was discussed on Read
Speaker 2: It quite a lot last year and fueled fuelled by
Speaker 2: people in this industry, in the radio industry, because after
Speaker 2: Radio Awards last year, we all stayed at Fletcher's house.
Speaker 1: Yes, and a big night, and the next day I
Speaker 1: was a piece of shit on the.
Speaker 2: Floor and there was apparently some wild after party at
Speaker 2: my house, which.
Speaker 1: Wasn't the case. It was Fletch, me, Hailey and Mattie MacLean. Yeah,
Speaker 1: with just some light like drinks and just just some
Speaker 1: d and ms. Really we were going through it like
Speaker 1: I was. My marriage has sort of freshly ended, and
Speaker 1: Hailey your relationship had ended. And there was all these
Speaker 1: people and everyone was talking about us, but not to us.
Speaker 1: So like, let's just get out of here and go
Speaker 1: to Fletcher's and a comfortable, small crowd of close friends
Speaker 1: and have a couple of drinks to end the night
Speaker 1: and celebrate what was a pretty successful night you met.
Speaker 2: The funny thing about this whole thing about because the
Speaker 2: rumor is that you two on my couch would be
Speaker 2: so disrespectful when there was an entire bedroom there that
Speaker 2: you could have used without you know.
Speaker 1: With being more discrebed. You know, in the momentary.
Speaker 2: But the funniest thing about this whole thing is you
Speaker 2: were so drunk you comb it out in the bedroom.
Speaker 1: You you took yourself, myself off to bed, as I
Speaker 1: do when I've had a couple too many.
Speaker 2: Yeah, on the couch and then we you, me and
Speaker 2: Maddy stayed up for another hour or so. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Speaker 2: and then yeah, Maddie left. You stayed on the couch
Speaker 2: and yeah, it was crazy.
Speaker 3: Definitely all started. But when like privately, our relationships were
Speaker 3: ending at very similar times, and we were obviously keeping
Speaker 3: that private. But I think a lot of people clocked
Speaker 3: the change in our language, you know, because we refer
Speaker 3: to our life all the time, so we stopped referring
Speaker 3: to our exes, and people were like, oh, they haven't
Speaker 3: mentioned this for a while. They haven't mentioned this for
Speaker 3: a while.
Speaker 1: And then going through very similar situations, you know, professional
Speaker 1: it's hard getting up four o'clock in the morning, and
Speaker 1: when you're going through that stuff, it's another element of hard.
Speaker 1: Two people going through a similar situation leaning on each other.
Speaker 1: It must be with Fletch, the tr you know, the
Speaker 1: tripark the year we got very close, Yeah, and people
Speaker 1: assumed that it must be it must have been fucking
Speaker 1: And then it was a spur of the moment decision
Speaker 1: for you to get that tattoo because you really like
Speaker 1: the photo of me on the horse in front of me. Yeah,
Speaker 1: the timing of that such and just saying we heard
Speaker 1: about it.
Speaker 3: Like lovely, Sammy has done a few of my tattoos,
Speaker 3: you'd had the photo on the horse, she messaged me.
Speaker 3: And I started getting tattoos really frequently at the result
Speaker 3: of my relationship ending and me being like, you know,
Speaker 3: this is what this is how I'm expressing myself. And
Speaker 3: so Sammy emailed me saying we've got to do this,
Speaker 3: and I just thought, yes, like it's a great photo.
Speaker 1: She's an amazing artist, Like I.
Speaker 2: Just wasn't a statement of your undying life.
Speaker 1: Why would you if we'd been sleeping with each other
Speaker 1: behind our ex partner's backs when we're still with them,
Speaker 1: who in the right fucking mind versus somebody who you're
Speaker 1: just really good friends with.
Speaker 3: And then genuinely like, it's like that thought never crossed
Speaker 3: my mind that that had any impact.
Speaker 1: And then I loved it.
Speaker 3: And then the next day and I showed you and
Speaker 3: we were like, yeah, it was like nothing until suddenly
Speaker 3: people on this reddit threy.
Speaker 1: Were like, that's fucked that she's done there.
Speaker 3: And then I think it was like a bit of
Speaker 3: a I'm a homewrecker situation or then yeah, how must
Speaker 3: they feel about and the case.
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it was a relationships that ended. By then
Speaker 1: Mine was like the start of March.
Speaker 3: Mine was the end of March, so like we were
Speaker 3: a few months.
Speaker 1: Going through it. Yeah, and yeah, I mean my mum
Speaker 1: was funny, she was like, that's an amazing tetror. In
Speaker 1: my mind is like Teta's timing is a little bit.
Speaker 3: Of always.
Speaker 2: Calling it like it is.
Speaker 1: But no, by the time the tattoo showed up, where
Speaker 1: had we finger blasted each other on Fletcher's couch, which
Speaker 1: I was, by the way, you're blasting you as well.
Speaker 2: It's not like that I did to get rid of
Speaker 2: that couch. By the way, just in case you're I
Speaker 2: also wanted to on that.
Speaker 1: Couch because the cat had destroyed it was discot couch.
Speaker 1: Had we as two consenting adults, it wouldn't have been problem.
Speaker 3: I think this was my bigger problem was like every
Speaker 3: and then on that reddit thread, be like I have
Speaker 3: inside and you're sitting there knowing in your core that
Speaker 3: this is not true.
Speaker 1: I know that, so that that was the thing, and
Speaker 1: then to be everybody knew it wasn't true.
Speaker 3: Yeah, and then to be completely frank without saying more
Speaker 3: than I can. When you're going through a separation after
Speaker 3: a long time fourteen years, twenty years and this ship
Speaker 3: is happening in the middle of it, it can kind
Speaker 3: of get fucking messy, and so people come in with there,
Speaker 3: I know this situation and when it started actually impacting
Speaker 3: my legitimate life and breakup.
Speaker 1: It was a bit ship for a while, and it
Speaker 1: was anonymous. It was all no one was putting their
Speaker 1: real name to some claims online and it was it
Speaker 1: was horrible.
Speaker 2: The accounts would disappear. It's like who was making these accounts?
Speaker 1: And then it was during that brand new accounts one
Speaker 1: post never heard from again. Yeah, yeah, yeah, and they knew.
Speaker 3: I think it got a bit much for my ex
Speaker 3: who liked to keep private, and so that's when we went,
Speaker 3: we'll do an Instagram post, yeah, and then did that,
Speaker 3: and then I went away for the weekend day or
Speaker 3: something like that and came back and that was sort
Speaker 3: of I think it kind of starts dying down and
Speaker 3: then your birthday was just.
Speaker 1: Like Yeah, it was a real like.
Speaker 3: But like some days we laughed, some days we laugh,
Speaker 3: but sometimes we had a big grit.
Speaker 2: Yeah, there'd be times in the songs that playing they'd
Speaker 2: be tears rise.
Speaker 1: In the songs.
Speaker 2: Yeah it was pretty but yeah, it was definitely a
Speaker 2: little bit like a fever dream some of aspects. And
Speaker 2: it was bizarre to see, like what that kind of
Speaker 2: like rumor and salacious gossip does two people like changing
Speaker 2: my Like if I hear someone saying I've heard that,
Speaker 2: maybe this you kind of like have you have you
Speaker 2: because some of the ship that was said was like
Speaker 2: just so wrong.
Speaker 3: Said in this way of like I've been I'd have facked.
Speaker 3: You're there ads the person You're like, but that's just
Speaker 3: not true.
Speaker 1: So you can literally just say anything but engaging, you know,
Speaker 1: like what is it you're fighting a pig and ship
Speaker 1: you both end up covered and ship, but only one
Speaker 1: of you likes it. Yeah, it's basically arguing with anonymous
Speaker 1: people on the internet. Does Yeah, so that you go.
Speaker 3: And I think we're always like playing it up as
Speaker 3: like no, I'd never but like genuinely we're we're just friends,
Speaker 3: but you would never No, look at his face.
Speaker 2: It doesn't look like you know.
Speaker 1: Tell me what I tell me what is it about
Speaker 1: the vast and tell me how to have six I
Speaker 1: just don't think you're in the right for today. I
Speaker 1: just don't think today is the day to deal with that.
Speaker 1: For you to not damn it, god, damn it.
Speaker 3: Anyway, that's put the share with those who you.
Speaker 1: See for it. Yeah.
Speaker 3: And also that is that thing. And if we wanted
Speaker 3: to none of your busy exactly, we don't. And again
Speaker 3: I just refer to the face.
Speaker 2: The irony of that.
Speaker 1: What is it about the face? Give me three three things?
Speaker 3: Okay, it's not not the position of the eyes.
Speaker 1: We'll just start that.
Speaker 3: It's not that us join us for another episode and
Speaker 3: ask me anything when they measure.
Speaker 1: We've got to get the child said in here.
